Nice looking booties but after wearing them for couple days they is no arch support it’s really uncomfortable walking with them you because they do not snug your heel. At this point it’s more comfortable to walk with flip flop! I wish I could return them but according the return I can’t . I do not recommend this shoes

Really loved the look/color of these but they are not a true size 8M. I could hardly get my foot into them. Very disappointed.

These were beautiful boots, very stylish and well-made. I wanted to love them, but they front top part was painful on my ankle when walking. It felt stiff and would've caused blisters and pain had I kept them.

I'm a Lucky Brand fan and I'm sorry to say that these particular Lucky Brand boots were not well-fitting, or stylish. In the past these boots were of better quality. They are too low and wide at the ankle but I liked the heel. I could already see the gap that would form on the side( not the toebox) , as it was already pronounced, I ordered both a size 9 and a size 9.5. Just not for me. Thank you.

really strange fit

Even the wide width was way too narrow

I sized down a half size because I had to do that with prior Lucky Brand boots. This is not the case for these boots. I think they are fairly true to size, just not consistent within the brand. Also, the other reviews that say the quality of these boots compared to similar boots from Lucky Brand are true. The leather is much more fake looking like it's filled with plastics.

The boot fits so loosely at the ankle that the heel is not secured and flops in the boot. Returned.

These were so cute with a pair of cuffed jeans, and my teen girls thought they were adorable, BUT the heel of the shoe was wider than my heel (never had this happen before) and I could practically walk right out of the shoes. My heel would come up completely separate from the shoe like I was wearing flip flops. The length was true to size.

Wanted to love these, i have had them on for 8 hours, the ankle part has stretch like most reviews have said, and the bottom is "rubber" is already fading from walking on wood floors. They also scuff so easily . Would not purchase again.

I didn't think these were as cute in person as they were in the photos. They look to me like old lady rain boots.

I wanted soooo much to love the fit of this - not too high/not too low bootie. It was going to be my main shoe for work but I'm on my feet 8-9 hours at a retail job and this is too narrow to even be comfortable for more than an hour or two. I've tried it in the wide width and that didn't work either - it was wide all over, as if I had trees for ankles, and wouldn't stay on my foot. Love the look, not the feel. Other Lucky Brand booties are great for my feet so I'm hoping this is a fluke. DEFINITELY runs very narrow in the toe-box. Oh, and there is basically zero cushioning in the sole, and no room/too shallow a shoe to add an innersole. I'll keep trying.

This bootie was not comfortable at all, it feels very hard. I had to send it back.

This boot was a disappointment- even the wide width felt very narrow and I ordered up a half size. Zippers on both sides not very cute- it would look better if zippers were only on the inside.

My regular size was too tight in the front & shoes kept slipping off the back, so returned.

Gorgeous boots but felt awkward and uncomfortable

I loved the look & feel of these. The leather wore off where I must click my heels together. It also started to come apart in the crease (bottom of toe area). The wood heel also went from dark to light in areas. All of this happened very quickly - within a month of wearing the shoes. I'm not easy on shoes, but also not rough. I haven't had the leather wear off like that on any other shoes.

Thankfully I didn't spend the over $100 price for these... bought them on Black Friday for half the price. Had high hopes for really cute shoes. Very comfortable, but like the many other reviews, the soles started wearing out strangely quickly. Started with visible scuffs and wear way more than they should have. Disappointing. I'll be sending them back.

These shoes felt cheap, stiff and uncomfortable.
