Even though I went up a size, the shoe is too narrow at the ball of the foot. Very cute, but needs to be comfy.

I have a narrow foot and this bootie felt very narrow, almost too narrow for me. Super cute style, just didn't feel very comfortable to me. Unfortunately they are going back. They were very stiff and didn't love the level of quality. Maybe after a break in time they would be more comfy. I usually buy Fryes or Sorels and I love how they are such good quality and comfortable right outta the box.

I love these boots! Or did until I zipped them up. They are super comfortable in the sole. The problem is the top hits right at my ankle bones, with added pressure right there from the zippers.

only after several wears I notice the discoloration in the heel and sole. very disappointed

These felt a half size smaller than marked and narrow. I had an older version of these boots, and this version was not as comfortable, either.

Returning the boots. Poor quality and fit.

felt tighter. had difficulty with zipper. not Only that, I walked for about 300 feet. worse shies about an hour and the heal of the shoe was getting scratched more than usual. The black paint was already coming off.

The arch was so high that I cannot wear them. I have had to return them. Super disappointed as they were quite cute.

Cheaply made shoes. The color of the leather transferred onto my cream-colored pants and the heal looked as though I’d worn the shoes over rough terrain for 6 months. This was after wearing them for 8 hours in an office. Unacceptable.

Pretty uncomfortable sole, with no padding or adequate arch support for my foot. The top rim of the foot was also too hard. Thought I would adjust but not even a few rounds around the house, just too uncomfortable. Was hoping to use for an upcoming trip during Spring Break, but have no desire to attempt even leaving the house with them.

The leather upper looked nice but the man made materials were very stiff. Even with the double zippers, it was hard to put on.

Have been buying these boots for years. This is my third pair of black. Within weeks the color on the heel and visible edge of sole wore off making them look like I’d been wearing them for years. The thread on the boot started to unravel this week. I’ve only worn them for a few months. Very disappointed - the quality has declined. Will not be purchasing these any longer.

A little disappointed. The shoes came did not look new which was a surprise. Did not fit as hoped. Felt lack of arch support.

I love these boots but after I wore them 2 times the finish was coming off the heels. The finish was flaking off.

Great looking booties, but they no longer fit the same as the previous model of the same shoe. I was hoping to replace my old black pair for a brand new pair, however the shape of the shaft has changed such that your heel can easily slip out of the booties while walking. The back heel portion of the shaft is not as curved as it was before allowing your heel to nearly come out of the boot while walking. In addition, the leather is much softer and the shaft almost immediately starts slouching down when you stand up in them. I’m super bummed.

It is a nice boot, but the heel would not hold and was slipping up and down on my foot with each step

I loved the look of this bootie but they hurt my ankle bone. The video for this shoe said that it was leather lined. It is not!
