I have had these boots for less than a year and the heels have already broken through. I wear these maybe once a week? I only wear them to work and they already need to be replaced.

Works only if you have a really narrow foot

Very disappointed with the quality of the heel. I have worn them once and the heel and sole of boot are already scufffed and showing the lighter color "rubber" below. For the price, I would expect better quality.

This boot is obviously high quality but it was not a good fit for me. They were quite tight across the arch. I hate to have to send them back.

These boots are so cute and go with everything, but they are already falling apart and I've had them for about two weeks. The coloring on the heel is rubbing off and the suede is fraying. They are also horrible to break in, you will need lots of bandaids! I returned another pair about a month ago and am still waiting for a refund despite calling the company, so I would not buy them again.

The color and leather are beautiful, but the fit did not work. I am a true 5 1/2 and ordered that size first. Way too small. Then I ordered the size 6 and my heel was slipping out of the back. I think the back of the boot should be higher

Same experience, the top of the right boot has a chunk of leather peeled off already. I have had these shoes since only Black Friday. Worn them 3 times only for the past 3 weeks. I'm very upset that I thought this is a good quality leather boots. But now it looks like they're not. They seem have the same quality of pleather that's peeling, which is sad because these shoes are supposed to be leather.

I literally live in my Breah style Lucky Brand booties that I bought nearly four years ago. The leather, zippers, and most importantly the heal of the booties have stood the test of time and I still get compliments on them when I where them. When I saw these Basel Flat Booties, I figured that they looked almost exactly like my Breah style booties, so I bought them in the cognac brown leather. I had them shipped to my local Lucky store and upon opening them up was already disappointed. The brown leather already showed several scratches and scuffs and the leather looked so cheap. Trying them on and walking around in the store with them, the poor quality of the leather made itself so much more apparent as it was stiff and already digging into my ankles. So NOT the quality I had come to expect in my Lucky Brand shoes. The salesperson told me in a whisper "We are getting A LOT of people saying the same thing." Come on Lucky Brand, I've been a loyal customer for nearly a decade, please don't do this to us.

Really disappointed. This boot shipped to me because it wasn't available in store. Well the pair I got is all scuffed up like someone wore them! Not what I would expect for nice leather boots. I will be returning.

I adored these boots so so much when I got them! But less than a year later the heels are completely destroyed. The heels are rubber, and separated from the leather uppers and no cobbler I've taken them to could fix them. I'm heartbroken that I can't fix them, so I will have to find some other brand to replace them.
