I wear a wide width in the toe box, however, they were a medium in width and too large in the heel area as well as being too long.

In the shank there is a hard metal lump near the heel and not anywhere near the arch

Sole is hard, uncomfortable, returning

Fit was fine in the toe box but the heel was way too loose… even with orthotics. Love the leather and the styling, but not so comfortable when walking around on the carpet while trying on.

I really liked these boots but unfortunately the opening around the ankle is too wide for my foot.

This boot is a lovely leather and design, but is sized much larger than I expected.

They were too big. I had to return then. Felt wide and too long. Should have ordered a smaller size...think they just run big.

I got these because I bought them several years ago and mine are just worn out. While they are very similar in style the leather on these is much thinner so the quality feels lower. For the price I expected better leather.

So much wanted to love these. Color and style perfect, but the arch supports hits oddly on my foot.

The shoes are comfortable, but the color is much less vivid than it appears in the photos on both pairs that I purchased.

It did not feel like the old style of the boot which I loved.

I normally wear a 9 but these boots were very tight and uncomfortable.

I’ve purchased these boots before and they’ve changed something in the form. They just don’t fit quite the same but I love the style - hence the desire to purchase again.

These are narrow and run small. Cute but because of the fabric and the pattern, it looked like the toe of one boot was dusty. Even if they had fit that would have made me want to return because I would have been constantly trying to “wipe it off.”

I ordered two pair, one a half size larger just in case. The larger pair came in a lucky's box and looked brand new. The smaller size looked faded and came in a generic box. Like it had been returned to you already. I am going to keep them, under protest, because all of a sudden the prize has gone up considerably. Thats a shame ZAPPOS

They are beautiful boots, but I received a pair that was all scratched and had worn areas. They look like someone wore them for 2 yrs then returned them.

Loved the look of these, but unfortunately the bottoms were so firm that they were uncomfortable to stand in. It felt like they weren't completely flat under my heels, so all my weight was hitting one spot in the center of the shoe. Really wanted to love these... maybe they would work if you sized up and used an insole.

The show for fine in the toe box area, but was WAY too wide in the heel. My heel kept slipping up and down, so that, in a matter of minutes, I began to develop a blister, even with socks on. Not good...

I was so happy to finally find red booties. The color is perfect- not too purple, not to orange. The problem is that they are so stiff that it feels as if your foot will be cut off at the ankles. I have 3 other pairs of this brand so I am very disappointed.
