Pinched in the toes

Cute but hit low on ankle and so they felt wide

Tor box too shallow. Very pretty style and color.

I really wanted to like these but back they go. To me the leather is really stiff and uncomfortable. But the worst part was the weird shape of the insole right in front of the heel. It didn’t taper down as much as it should, so it put a lot of pressure right between my heel and the arch of my foot. It was in both boots so not a fluke. I did like that it zipped on both sides and the color was okay. However the leather looked kind of cheap and with it also being stiff it’s just not for me.

Bought wide so my toes would have room. Unfortunately wide is still to tight and boots looked cheap.

I feel like sizing is very small and narrow. I used to have these boots and loved them to the point of destruction. These new ones are not the same at all. They are so narrow that my bunions were aching even after wearing them enough to break them in. Not much give and the quality of the upper leather is so thin I'm afraid they'll rip. Not what they used to be.

I wanted to like these shoes so much. But after ordering two different sizes, I had to concur. They just didn't fit me right. My heel kept slipping out the back slightly, even though the size was definitely a fit and not too large. Too bad, they looked stylish and I feel like they could have been comfortable as well, if they fit me right!

The color on the sole started wearing off after just 30 mins of wear! Very Comfy but poor quality

I ordered medium width but I received a wide width and shoes appeared to have been worn. I sent them back for that reason

I wanted to love these shoes. They are gorgeous. I ordered a 10w and couldn’t get my whole foot into the shoe let alone zipping. Not sure if it was the shape of the shoe or what. If they work for you I’m so jealous since they are beautiful and appear to be really nicely made.

Didn’t fit

Felt very stiff. Not as comfortable right out of the box as my older suede boots of this brand. The sole is some kind of man-made material, not leather, and I am wondering how long before the black polish wears off and the plastic/rubber sole and heal look appear cheap in design.

These are nice looking boots, just stiffer than I like, and the zipper area rubbed uncomfortable on my ankle bone through thin socks. I am returning them. I ordered my regular size 8 and they fit.

The hill starts peeling fast. Overall stylish and comfortable, not very durable.

The leather on this boot is very soft but I could not even get my foot into this boot. Literally felt 2 sizes too small.

Boots run a whole size small

Super cute. But, leather?? Feels cheap, will likely scuff easily. Very tight in toe area, very little interior padding. Cute low boot though, goes with everything. Not sure if I’ll keep them or not

This boot in black is not a size 12, too small, maybe a size 11. I ordered the same in brown and it fits perfectly.

I already have a pair of Lucky Brand booties like these and when I ordered the same size I couldn’t get my foot into the new boot. Zappos was great in exchanging for the next size but they were too small as well. Something about the batch they had makes the inner suede too “grippy” to slide your foot into the boot. They probably would have stretched it I forced my foot into my normal size, but I did t want to go through that. I tried the exact same boot on at a local store and my normal size went on and fit fine. This is obviously a production issue, not Zappos issue.

Really wanted to like this shoes. The top ankle is cutting into my skin and it is very uncomfortable to walk.
