Comfortable shoe right out of the box. I wear a 10.5W and the shoe is adequate in width, without looking too wide. Very satisfied so far, time will tell as to durability.

Bought this shoe for my husband for his birthday and they were a huge hit. The shoes are beautifully made and were at an affordable price as well. The details are subtle and attractive. My husband wears them a few times a week and said they feel great and are quite comfortable.

The previous 10.5 was the right size - it's just that the toe box was too long for me (a full thumb width) which made it look/feel like to long of a shoe for me. I will return these and get something else which is a shame because this is a great looking shoe and very comfortable.

I was in the local store looking for a traditional black dress shoe. I had every intention of limiting my purchase to the immediate need, but the Conard I tried on a lark was absolutely the most comfortable dress shoe I had ever tried. I did walk out with an extra pair of brown brogue cap toes (about the opposite of what I was looking for). They broke in completely after wearing them for one work day.

I like these shoes so much, I went out and bought them in black as well. I wear them everyday and get a compliment on them everyday. Make sure the buy the extra shoe laces, it's like having 10 different pairs of shoes.
