My new boots are warm and comfy. They are easily the most comfortable winter boots I have ever owned.

I love my new boots, they're so comfortable and I feel secure when I wear them. I injured my ankle last winter, slip and fell on black ice. This winter i was looking for new boots and I found the BEST pair of boots. My foot is secure, it has cushion around my ankle and they're light when I walk. I highly recommend it, it's worth every penny! Besides its very stylish too, not bulky and you can wear it with anything. I am ready for this winter and you should be too, if you purchase this pair of boots you'll love them and I promise you won't regret it!

Bought this for my wife, she normally wears a size 8.5. Read the reviews about it running small, however they only had a size 9 online, and she thought it would be big enough. However when she got it and tried it on, it was still too tight. I was able to call around and find a size 10 @ the North Face Store in the Westchester Mall. The size 10 was perfect for her. The reason why it runs small is because it has a lot of cushion and padding on the inside at the front by the toe area.

I bought this boots for my mom. She wear size 6 but 6.5 is a little bit tight so i had to return unfortunately. But boots are so pretty. I will definitely buy amother one.

The insulation is thick and they are very comfortable. I had read reviews and bought them a half size larger than I typically wear and I am glad I did. They are still a bit snug but I believe that they will be fine with wear. The good news is I don't think I will have to wear heavy socks with the way they are insulated and they are perfect for the coming weather.

Very nice boot , but runs a size small. No 12 in women's so I am out of luck

I just purchased these today for another long Midwestern winter. These are so well insulated and comfortable, I know they will get plenty of use and keep my feet plenty warm. That being said, I normally wear an 8.5 and I had to go up to a 9.5 because they are so insulated, FYI. Excellent boot!

I will test this product during the Chicago polar vortex of 2015! It appears well built and sturdy.

Purchased these boot for work (rural carrier) for the winter months. I walked with them at home first then a little at work and they were just too big. Tried to purchase again but a smaller size & they are no longer available.

Very warm boots, I ordered a half size larger than I normally wear based on other's reviews, but not sure I needed that extra length.

Great boots in terms of warmth and waterproofing. I had a similar pair from 15years ago which I loved and finally broke apart this year. But the other reviewers are right in that you will probably have to size up a full size. I tried a half size and it was still too tight across the instep for me, tho my foot is not narrow.

I love these boots! They're very comfortable. They don't keep my feet quite as warm as I hoped, but my feet are still comfortable enough. I'm so happy I decided to purchase these! They are absolutely perfect for the days you want a comfy pair of boots to just throw on & get out the door.

I have not worn them yet, hoping they are as warm as the other pair

Great boot, runs tight. 4 stars for the sizing. I'm normally an 8,8.5 and I had to order the 9. My foot is on the narrow side so I could have gone with the 8.5 but with thicker winter socks, I didn't have much toe wiggle room. The 9's fit way better in width but are a tiny bit loose in the heel so I gotta lace them tighter. Meh... nothing is perfect. I have yet to wear them so I can't say how warm they are but they feel pretty insulated.
