I bought these boots because I knew North Face products are high quality and will last me years. The boots did not disappoint; they are warm, comfy and waterproof.

I absolutely love these boots. I cannot wait till winter gets here to wear them! I normally wear a 7.5/8 but based on other reviews I ordered a 9.5. They fit great. There is so much padding and that's what makes them run small.

The other reviewers were right that these boots definitely run small. Order up at least a full size! I did and they are still a little snug with my wool socks. After years of having cold feet in the winter, these boots are AWESOME!

Love these boots. They are heavy, but well worth it. During the cold season my feet are ALWAYS cold, no matter if I wear one or two pairs of socks. Boots usually don't keep my cold feet warm, these boots keep my feet so warm, not hot, I love them.

These are the best boots I've ever purchase. So warm and comfortable. Great for very cold weather. I read the reviews before I purchased them and everyone kept saying not true to size. But I could not understand if I needed to order a size up or down. The boots are heavily instilled and it is hard to get your feet into them so you have to order a size up from your usual size. I wear my without any socks in order to make them fit and be comfortable. But there is so much padding you will not need socks to keep warm unless you want to wear socks. Overall great quality. Well worth the price.

Purchased these boots after the cold weather boots I had cracked (from the cold weather!) I ordered a size up since there was so much insulation. They are awesome!! Keep my feet warm, dry & enough support so my lower back doesn't hurt. I highly recommend these boots!!

i absolutely love these boots!!!!!! I live in Chicago, so the winters are horrible (if u can imagine). It can go anywhere from 20* to -14*. The boots are so warm and comfortable. I love them! Will highly recommend these boots to anyone.

Extremely warm comfortable boots for wide foot.Much smaller than normal. I usually wear a 6.5-7 and I had to get an 8! More flexible than I expected so you don't get the "ski boot" inability to walk.

LOVE these boots! I wear a 7.5 but did find I had to order up a size because of all the insulation. I'm glad I read the reviews! These are GREAT boots to romp around in the snow with the kids and keep my feet nice and warm while out snow shoeing, shoveling or just standing around and chatting.

Needed to replace a pair of winter boots that literally fell off my feet and ordered these a half size larger than I normally wear, as suggested by others. They're cute enough, but I absolutely could not believe that they were the size I ordered. I am outdoors all day and I need a great, warm pair of boots. I think these might fit the bill, but I normally wear an 8, I got an 8.5, and I'm returning them for maybe a 9.5.

I just got these in last week. Hands down the best winter boots I've ever worn! I live in Columbus, Ohio and lately the winters have been pretty brutal making these boots perfect. I've also received lots of compliments on the style. Like most the other reviews, I would suggest ordering one full size up (I'm normally an 8 and went to a 9 and it fits great). The boots are a little more firm on the inside and a little heavy in weight but hey, they're comfortable and do the job. All in all, I can say I'm very happy with my purchase. These boots will last, keeping my feet warm and comfortable and therefore are worth the price. Thanks North Face!

My wife loves her new boots. They do run a full size smaller than you may normally wear. My wife has always worn a size 7 in virtually every shoe she buys. I bought a 7 1/2 based on other reviews and I still needed to exchange them for the size 8.

The most important thing to know before buying these boots is that they run very small. Purchased them as a gift; the person wears a size 8 and ended up buying a 10. Why? Because the interior has a layer of warm padding to make them warmer, and the construction of the boot is such that the toe area is narrow than your average shoe.
That aside, they are built to last and look beautiful. Got the taupe color, for the brown looks a bit too masculine for my taste.
