Way too big, even though I always wear a 7.5 in other Keens. Consequently I ordered a size 7, and even it is a tad too large in the heel area. But I love the them so much, so will try to wear the 7's with heavier socks for a dressier looking winter shoe.

I really liked the look of this shoe. I planned to wear them with jeans. But once I put them on they had good room in the toe area but slipped badly at the heel. They will be exchanged.

Darn! I wanted these to work out for me, but they are way too loose in the heel. They felt comfortable underfoot, but my heel slipped out too much. I could slip them on and off without unbuckling. If I tightened the strap all the way, that helped somewhat, but I am sure it would be uncomfortable to wear the strap that tight all the time. Oh well, back to square one to find something else with a wide toe box and a narrow heel.

These shoes are very well made and I love the color. Unfortunately for me, the fit just doesn't work. As other reviewers have noted, the sizing is a problem. I normally wear a 5-1/2 or 6 in medium width. I first purchased a 5-1/2 from other vendor. They were very, very wide and way too long. I returned them and ordered a 5 from Zappos. The width fit my medium width foot but the length is a little short for my foot. They just don't feel good on my feet. I'm disappointed because these shoes are so well-made and are really stylish. I hope that in the future Keen will be more consistent with sizing. Sadly, I will have to return these.

Runs a bit large. I'm usually a 9/9.5 and this was an 8.5 Even with cinching the strap, the heel was slipping. I have other types of Keens and each are different sizes. Great durable shoe (as are all Keens). Not a cute shoe, but definitely ideal for long term daily, etc., wear.

I am consistently a 9 and needed a half size smaller. They are still a little bulky looking. I wish the strap provided more support. I still feel like these slip off a bit.

Shoe fits great. I have inserted orthodic under insert works great. I will be buying the red pair. The neutral or brown is a rather boring color. They fit great!

I am reviewing these shoes as if the fit were like clogs, because that is what they feel like. They are loose, and they move around while walking, but that feels natural. They rub a little at first, but break in quickly. The buckle presses on the top of my foot, but that is not unbearable. I have sensitive feet anyway. The foot bed is what I really like - good support for walking and standing. I am on my feet a lot. The sole is Keen-wide as usual. They appear to be made well. I have owned several pairs of Keens and they do not ever wear out. These shoes seem no different. I got gargoyle, and I am planning to get the brown.

These run wide which is awesome for my wide feet. They are super cute, I love them. More arch support and cushioning can be achieved by changing the insert.

I have the Presidio lace-up, and was excited to try the MJ version. While the lace up fits my feet like it was made just for me, the MJs felt huge! Even on the tightest buckle setting I was slipping out of them. Will try a half size down next time.

These were comfortable with the nice wide toe box and good arch, but they are way too big and clunky looking. My foot looked gigantic. I bought the Merrell MJ also and will stick with that even though it is not as comfortable.

While I love the shoes, I did not order them for me. I ordered them for my daughter, but the shoes were so much bigger than the size marked, I ended up keeping them and ordering a new pair for her.

I am a completely average size 8. I am jealous of everyone else who can fit these shoes because they cause me actual pain when I try to wear them. The leather on the top of the shoe cuts into my foot. They look really cute and theoretically, if they fit, they would fit my lifestyle. Currently, I am attempting to stretch the leather with objects since I can't return them.

These are lovely quality and stylish shoes. Unfortunately, the sizing is large. Needless to say, I am disappointed that they did not fit.

The wicking lining is rough and lumpy and if I do not wear socksI have rubbing away of skin all over my feet. This is really sad because my older pairs of keen mary-janes are supremely comfortable for my wide feet and big toes and high instep. I am thinking of returning this pair.

I'm really disappointed. I have owned two other styles of Keen MJs and loved them. They fit perfectly. When I needed a new pair for my upcoming trip I ordered these. They looked and felt like I had boats on my feet and I wear wide in sneakers. Sadly, they are coming back.

These look great, but I was sent the wrong size. Size 10 in a size 12 box was disappointing to say the least. They seems like good weather-resistant shoes, I wish they had been the correct size.

I really wanted to like these shoes. They had great arch support and were really cute. The toe box was great. However, I thought the heel was a little wide and my foot slipped up and down when I tried to wear them.

What is going on... I have ordered keen MJ's before and had no problem. The last 2 pair I have ordered are over an inch longer than the ones I currently have and do not fit at all. I am going to re-order 2 pair - one a full size smaller and the other a half size smaller because I want the security of an MJ with closed toe and closed heel. If neither fit... I am losing all faith in Keens which have been a go to for both my husband and me.

I was looking for something that is just as comfortable as my presidio lace ups but cuter. I hoped this shoe would fit the bill. Alas, as soon as I tried it on I knew it would not work. Although the toe box is nice and roomy and it is cute- the heel is way to roomy and my feet slid out. So sad that I had to return them. If they just made the heel fit better this would be a great shoe

I wanted to like these because they seem well-made and sturdy, but I sent them back because they just didn't fit at all. While I don't have narrow feet, my ankle are narrow and my feet kept lifting out of the back of the shoe. Some other reviewers have reported this happening, too. I have average width toes, and I also "swam" a bit in the toe-box. So this may be a good shoe for you if you need slightly more than average room in the toe-box and in the heel but aren't a true wide. A shoe that ended up working for me--that I tried as part of a comparison with this Keen--was the Acropedico Scala.

Comfortable but seemed too large in heel, as foot kept slipping. Have same size shoe in red with no problem.

These do run bigger than my old Kenn Callistoga MJs so I sized down a half size but my heel was popping out. So I tried a full size down but my heel still popped out. And on both sizes the front of the door pressed down on the to of my foot on the edge of the leather. This shoe is stiffer than my old ones. The shoe is very sporty looking and I love how it looks but I had to return them and go with a different brand sadly.

I love these shoes. Unfortunately, they rubbed at the heel & top of my feet. Am returning them ordering a different style. They are well-made & have great arch support.
