Great product! Only complaint is when there aren't a lot of books in it the bag gets slouchy.

This backpack is small enough for a petite person to use and not appear as if they are overwhelmed by it. It has enough pockets to be able to organize your personal and work related items, and it fits comfortably on your shoulders. As I have been dealing with back pain for 6 months now, I had to find a sturdy and compact backpack to balance the weight of what I need on a daily basis while commuting to work, in order to protect myself from further back issues. Happy to say that this backpack is already proving to be the best choice!

Great backpack , very suitable for business and travel, not too bulky. I like the clean lines and low bulk of the backpack, yet it is large enough for my 15" laptop and other work related material. The straps and handle are rugged enough to withstand my daily use.

I got this backpack for my work laptop (15" Macbook Pro). It holds everything I normally carry in my purse and has room for a sweater, scarf, and a side pocket for my water bottle (17 oz S'well fits but it could accommodate a larger bottle). It's lightweight and comfortable to carry. It's smaller than I expected and that was a positive for me as I'm a petite woman. I love the bonus bottle opener on the strap although I haven't needed it since I got the bag last week!

Bought this for a friend who stands about 5'2" and carries a giant North Face backpack. This suits her much better & I already own one to match :-)

I like the small size of the bag but the downside is the lack of pockets for organization. I purchased a couple of organizer pouches and a Grid-it. Works great!

I am a teacher that rides my bike to and from work. I bag that looked professional, would fit everything I need for teaching, and not be too bulky. This design accomplishes that well because the bag is so long that so much can fit. I am very happy wth this bag and it seems like it will last a long time.

I got it for my wife as a gift because I have one. She uses it to commute to work and carry her computer with accessories, lunch container, phones, and extras. The best part with all of that in there the bag doesn't look bulky or over sized on her. Its the perfect fit and she loves how comfortable it is.

This backpack is great because not only does is not look like you're off to class, but it still has the functionality of a backpack.I think it has just enough pockets. The water bottle holder on the side is stretchy enough to fit a bigger water bottle. I got it in the grey color with a little blue and it's perfect. Goes with everything. Seems very well made and sturdy. Bought it for a trip in March.

I'm surprised the weight this backpack can carry without deterioration. Bought it in Singapore - bit more pricey at the time but it has been a worthwhile investment - best backpack I've owned - use it daily and it hasn't missed a beat - really impressed Timbuk2!

I love this backpack and use it every day for school!I bought it about a month ago and it has held up very well. The backpack looks slim but is surprisingly large (fits my two 1.5-inch binders, laptop, small planner, book, PE clothes and sneakers, as well as my phone, wallet, and snacks). However, I wish that it had some zippered pockets on the inside and more padding for the laptop sleeve (there is pretty much no padding on the inside, but this problem could be easily solved by lining the pocket with an old sock).

The laptop backpack's small size qualifies it as an airline "personal" item meaning it will fit under a seat (allowing me to bring on my suitcase for the overhead compartment). There is ample room inside to carry my laptop and my micro 4/3 camera (with an extra lens) in a camera case. On the airplane I have convenient access to my laptop, iPad, and iPhone. At my destination I can take my camera gear and leave the backpack in my room. When I wear my backpack shopping, it is thin enough so that I don't have to worry about bumping into a retail display behind me. Last, but not least, the overall size is perfect because I can't overload it.

I love this bag. It's professional enough to bring to the office and durable enough to carry every day. I use this for my daily commute to work and also for school. I like this bag because it's comfortable to wear and fits everything I need- laptop, notebook, textbook, umbrella, packed lunch, etc. However, if you have multiple (large) textbooks to carry around with your laptop I would go for a bigger bag. Also important to note: this bag functions wonderfully in the rain & will keep your things dry for the most part, but it is NOT waterproof so be sure to carry an umbrella with you.

So my normal use cases are commuting or a light day trip bag. It has a excellent amount of pockets. Two front ones are perfect for commuter items or any quick access needs like kindle, headphones, keys, phone etc. two big top zip sections are great for laptop, cables, electronics, change of clothes. I love that even with a laptop, a change of clothes, laptop cables, phone cables, kindle, battery pack, and some other stuff it still keeps a slim profile even without any straps.

Great bag, very happy with it. Most bags I've had were uncomfortable to wear with tank tops but this one is perfect.

I've used this backpack daily as a college student and at my full-time job for the last nine months and it is amazing. Very durable, and does not show any signs of wear yet. I also took it on a three-week trip through Europe that required a lot of walking and I had it with me every day. It got pretty dirty but the dirt practically fell off the bag (no washing required) within the next few days. It is a great size, not to big or bulky but still has enough space to fit my laptop as well as a couple of books or some clothing. The bag is somewhat waterproof, with only some water seeping through the zipper portion after a ten-minute walk in the rain. This is an amazing product, I will be keeping it forever!

I wanted a backpack that was light and small, but could fit my library books, a change of clothes for after work workouts, and my tablet. I love this backpack! It's just what I was looking for when I'm tripping around the city on foot or bike and also when traveling. As a petite woman, it fits me really well. I didn't want a backpack that would overwhelm my frame or my look. I wish that it had a few more pockets inside the first compartment, like a zippered slot inside or a key ring, but it's a basic pack. It definitely needs a front chest strap, which I'll have to purchase, but I would make that a required feature since it can get pull back on your back if it's too full. I think it's durable and I've worn it in the wind, rain, and drizzle. Thanks for making such a great backpack!

Use the backpack to commute and for travel. It easily carries what I usually carry, and has room for more. Straps sit comfortably, and the material seems tough. Wish there were a few smaller pockets, and an additional mesh pocket on other side. But all in all very well designed, and well put together.
