I ordered and tried on many different leather booties like these (thanks Zappos for your great customer service!). I have really wide feet and often even extra wide shoes are too tight. The selection of stylish shoes that come in extra wide is limited. But these were great. I bought 1/2 size larger than my usual 9 and wore them comfortably for a whole day. They are perfect with pants.

These are some seriously comfortable boots. The leather is high quality, and the design looks more like APC than SoftWalk. I have a very wide foot, and these were comfortable for me right out of the box with trouser socks. The zipper is plastic, but seems strong. I highly recommend!

I immediately loved these boots. They were very comfortable and sleek looking along with fitting me perfectly. I will probably order another color.

Just too narrow with the cushioned footbed, I wear a regular narrow 81/2 shoe and boot and these I have tried two pairs are too narrow, I wanted these desperately to fit me but just cannot do it even with a very thin sock! Just too bad for us women with narrow feet!

These shoes are so comfortable! Well worth the cost. I have been wearing them almost daily since I got them, with lots of walking, no breaking in needed. The leather is very soft, and there is great cushioning on the bottom. Plus they look cute with skinny jeans or nylons. I ordered a half size larger than I normally do and they have plenty of room for thicker socks or extra comfort.

These are my favorite boots, so comfortable and stylish. I love the cushioned support. These are great for all day comfort.

These are extremely comfortable! very padded on bottom and lots of arch support. I have a normal width foot and ordered Medium width and they are plenty wide though not too wide. I generally wear an 8 or 8.5 and the 8.5 is a little large in this bootie, even with socks, so I need an 8. Overall, these are insanely comfortable boots. I'd like to order more than one color!

These boots are amazing! I bought the shoe that started this trend but they are so uncomfortable compared to these -- the insides are really soft and after walking about 2 city miles in them the first day, I had absolutely no discomfort. They look good with dresses or with jeans, I get compliments every time I wear them. Don't be dissuaded by the low rating on colors with grey spray, they are wonderful shoes.

I love these booties. They are stylish and oh so comfortable. The footbed is supportive and well padded. The toe box is spacious but does not look boxy. I will wear these booties with skirts and leggings. They are stylish enough to go with dressy/casual outfits while feeling like a comfort shoe.

Love these shoes...exactly what I was looking for. Comfortable walking shoes. The white 'paint' at the base that I read about in other reviews brushed off readily from the suede with a towel leaving a light "pickled wood" look to the heel.

These boots are great! They really are *soft* on the inner sole, so feel extra comfortable. True to size.

Stylish and comfortable! A great combination. The boots were incredibly comfortable from the moment I put them on. I do quite a bit of urban walking (3-4 miles day) and they are comfortable all day long. They're also very stylish and look great with skirts, tights and skinny pants.

I love these shoes! They are extremely comfortable and cute. I can wear them all over town. I've worn them with skinny jeans and sweater dresses this fall. I usually wear a 7-7.5 and when I ordered both, the 7's fit best. The heel is low, but you can still dress the boot up. I love the black with the wood sole. My new favorite go-to shoe!

2nd time I wore them was to a 5 hr event where I was on my feet the whole night! Most comfortable pair of shoes /boots I have had in a long while! Fit is true to size!

I absolutely love these. The black leather is beautiful, they are super comfortable, and look really expensive. I am considering buying another pair so I do not wear these out - I wear them almost every day.

Great little bootie! Contrary to some comments, I LIKE the dusty look of the gray suede. And if it is too much for you, a little rubbing with a suede brush will diminish it They look great and have the expected SoftWalk comfort. I have noticed that Softwalk narrow width is not as narrow as it used to be (have 10 pairs) and certainly not as narrow as my benchmark of Munro. But they are about half the price of Munro shoes and generally a lot cuter. I wear a 10 or 10 1/2 narrow but found the 10 narrow to be perfect.

Really comfortable boot for the time I tried them on, but ended up returning them as the top of the boot was flush to my ankle and I was looking for something with a little more gap to it.

Just what I've been looking for! I have been hunting for a comfortable black ankle boot for two years. These are offered in wide width, so they fit perfectly and they loo. great. The sole has a decent cushion. I have gone on 3 mile walks in these with no complaints at all.

I love this boot. I wear a 9 1/2 narrow and I did have to put a liner in it but I do with all of my shoes. They look great with jeans or tights. I like the wood look sole. Makes them look different.

I broke my foot in two places and just got out of my boot and needed comfy shoes to walk in on a trip. These were it!!! I ordered like 8 different pairs and these were by far the MOST COMFORTABLE!!!

These are great ankle boots. So comfortable and stylish. These fit my high arches and skinny ankles. I am between 7.5 and 8 and went with the 7.5, even with athletic socks, so I think these run slightly large. I ordered the dark brown color- the leather is beautiful with a subtle grain.

Five stars for the Sand Dusty Suede. I've tried on a lot of booties, and these are the most comfy ones I've ever tried. I like their cute, understated style, for everyday. The sprayed on white stuff on the bottom doesn't bother me. It's not very visible when the shoe is on your foot, because it's on the bottom. But I actually like it, as it adds a cool distressed/weathered effect. I got these in black leather as well. They don't feel as soft as the suede, and the arch support on them is way off and hits me at the heel. Might be just a fluke, I don't know.

Super cute boots but the white stuff all over the grey suede looks like someone took a can of spray paint to them and there's tons of overspray. Really sad as they are super comfy. Will return.
