I previously had a pair of Sorrel boots for about 30 years, passed them on to my granddaughter and love my new boots. Ordered slightly larger to accommodate a thick pair of wool socks. Recently went three days without in 20 degree temps and could go outside in the snow and my very stayed comfortably warm. Thank you before making a reliable product.

Nice, comfy,warm boots! Due to some foot problems I have to wear a wide width. These boots are wide enough that I can wear them. I love them!

Good boots, a little clunky at first since I had to order a full size up. The lining does come out of one boot when I take it off, so that a little annoying, but not a big deal as it slides back in easily

I love this boot. It's perfect for winte! I bought them for my daughter and she uses them for school and also in the snow and there's not one drop of water in the inside and the feet are warm all the time. When is time to buy snow boots, this is my choice.

These are a little clunky but comfortable and very warm. They are big enough that with my usual size I can wear thick socks and my feet are on the wide side. There is not much arch support and they fit similar to a snowboarding boot. Overall, pretty pleased with them.

So cute, so comfy, so happy I have these! Have gone on several winter walks and kept dry and warm in these boots.

These boots are really warm. I wear them on cold New England winter mornings as I stand and wait for the school bus with my kids. They are good for walking in the snow and look cute. Since they are designed to be worn with thick socks, yes, there is extra space inside and they're not the most comfortable to walk in. I hope the discomfort will decrease as I break them in.

I have a pair that I got in 1987 and although I have replaced the inserts, they are still great boots! They are the best for walking dogs in the snow, as they have enough traction and weight to keep me upright.

These are just fantastic! I wanted a sturdier looking boot and these are not too heavy. I originally ordered the size 8s but had to exchange them for 8.5s - how nice is it that 1/2 sizes are actually available? I typically wear an 8-8.5 or 39 in shoes. Plenty of room in the toe box for thicker socks, but comfortable and very warm with thinner socks on as well.

Have worn these for long periods of time (New Years Eve ball drop, football games) in freezing weather and in snow (shoveling). They keep my feet dry but not particularly warm.. Need thick socks and even then my toes get a bit numb the longer I'm outside. They're quite heavy too so I always feel like I'm trudging when I'm wearing them. Good for short walks in snow or brief outdoor tasks but wouldn't recommend for extended/strenuous outdoor activities.

These boots are great for snow but maybe a little bit too much for rainboots. I ordered a half a size smaller than I normally wear based on other reviews I read but had to send them back because my toes were touching the end of the shoe. I feel these boots are true to size but a little wide so they feel a little big and clunky. Still happy with them as a winter boot.

I followed the advice of getting a half/full size smaller. Not for me. I normally wear size 8 shoes and ordered 7.5. Too small for me. I have to return the 7.5 and ordered size 8. Perfect size! Still have room for thick socks. We just had a snowstorm in IL and got to use my new boots. They kept my toes warm and dry.

Of course, great quality. I ordered my exact size and they feel a little big, but I am probably going to wear thick socks so it works perfect. Stylish and very attractive snow boots! Going to order more Sorel in the future.

I have been looking for snow boots for over a year, and more specifically at these Sorel Winter Carnivals in Dahlia. I was very pleased with the color and to find that they were true to size. Unfortunately, I am getting some nasty blisters from them on the front of my ankles. They are also quite a bit "clunkier" than I hoped they would be, but they are Winter boots after all. I'm also disappointed that the tongue of the boot does not go all the way to the top. There is at least a two inch dip down to the tongue that I did not notice and bothers me quite a bit. They do keep my feet warm and are a pretty color and I can appreciate that. I hope if I wear them in a bit that I will stop getting blisters. But until then I might find a different pair of boots that I like better.

I so wanted to love this boot! It's very cute and looks much better than similar styles by other brands. I was very disappointed though, bc the part where the rubber bottom meets the shaft of the boot rubbed very uncomfortably on the outside of my ankle, and that was only in the first couple minutes while trying them on. I ended up going with the cozy carnival by sorel; they're not as heavy duty but will do well enough schlepping around in snowy Chicago winters.

I felt this boot was great quality, but the fit was a bit off for me. Despite their large appearance, the inside felt smaller than I expected. it seemed to push down from the top of the boot onto my foot. The width was great for me though, and I typically have trouble with narrow shoes. Definitely a sturdy working boot, good for serious outdoor activities, but not something I would wear to work.

These are super cute and have kept my feet warm and dry in the snow. Based on other reviews, I sized half a size down and they fit well!

These are very warm and very comfortable. Great for snow and wet conditions as your feet will stay dry. They do feel wider and bigger than marked. If you don't intend to wear thick socks with these, then order a size down.

These boots are great and true to size which is hard to find in snow boots. I have a wider calf and they work since they lace up, but don't look like they would on someone with a smaller calf
