Great looking boot but SO UNCOMFORTABLE! Gives me blisters everytime

I love Sorel and own three different pairs/styles. But I have to return these because they give me blisters. Where the rubber boot meets the fabric portion is so uncomfortable. Sorels are usually the most comfortable boots so I don't know if my pair are defective or if this style just missed the mark. I ordered my regular size and these felt too big even though my other three pairs fit of the same size of Sorel fit perfectly.

Love love love these new boots! So warm and so comfy right out of the box-no "breaking in" necessary. I expect these to last 25 years, just like my last pair of Sorels. I'll never buy another brand. Never.

I had a pair of Sorels some years back. Loved them except for the felt liner, which was tight and a pain to get on and off, so I hesitated to order them again. I was pleased to find they have changed the liner. These boots go on and off so easily. They are warm, waterproof, and I love that they are made from recycled materials. The red color is great, so bright and cheery, and I get compliments every time I wear them. I did make the mistake of ordering a half size up, but I think with my heavier boot socks they will be fine. I recommend sticking with your usual size. Also, I have slightly wide feet, and these are perfect.

Comfy boots, but too wide and clunky for my narrow feet. I tried a half size down as well, and I felt they were too short.

This are super comfy and a nice style - I just needed to return because they were too big.

Unlike some other Sorel boots, these are true to shoe size, so my typical 9M was still fine. They are a clunkier boot, but that's what we need for Wisconsin winters in deep snow. I liked that these went partway up my calf & the sherpa top doesn't let the snow in like fur does. The ties/laces are also really easy to tighten as opposed to some other styles that have fabric 'eyes'. A+.

I think these are really cute boots. I didn't read carefully enough that these were just laces, I was hoping for the cinch/toggle kind for a faster getting them on experience. The boot rubbed a little at the top of the heel. Returning this for a different toggle pair, but love how these look!

I’ve been eying these for a while and finally ordered 2 pairs (8.5 & 9). I normally wear either. I’ve seen these boots on other people and they look really cute. I have a wide calf and they looked very odd on me. They could lace up tight and snug but the foux fur part at the top didn’t come close to meeting in the middle by the laces. There was a huge gap and it looked and felt strange. As for size the 8.5 fit well. They are big and clunky so a good way to tell if the size is good is to try on just the liner. If that fits well then the rest of the boot should be good even if it feels/ looks big. I wish these had worked out because they seem very warm.

Pros: -better arch support than most shoes (I have high arches) -cruelty free -seem warm, though I didn't try them outside Cons: -too wide inside: I had to tie them as tight as they could possibly go to keep them from sliding off my heels; if they stretched at all they wouldn't work -too wide outside: the toe box looks enormous, very clunky and unflattering I wanted to love these but had to return them. If you have very tiny but wide feet, they may fit and look okay.

The shoe is too bulky making it hard to walk and I couldn’t drive with it on at all
