I use boots for casual dress and hiking. Boots are very comfortable without any break in needed. Appearance is very nice and easy to maintain.

Boots are great. had to replace my other ones form Timberline that lasted me 5 years.fit very well on my feet and find very comfortable to walk in. Worth the money.

These boots were better then what I was expecting! I ordered a 14 double wide because they were sold out of 15 wide, they fit perfectly! May be ordering another pair, I use them for my motorcycle and they get the job done!

I have had 2 pairs so far, both held up for well over a year. I did replace the insoles on both pairs for better comfort. The logos on the tongue of the boot will rip off after a few months of common use. I also found that the rubber till will slowly come off but putting super glue on the tips after you have broken the boots in does help. These boots are great daily drivers and offer a great range of support on the trail. These boots can be used all year round from 90 degree days all the way down to 0 degree days. All around great boots.

Purchased after reading reviews and comparing to gold standard Merrell mid heights. Found this to be an extremely lightweight boot, more so than Merrell's. Has a more pliable sole, reminiscent of a gum eraser rather than stiff Vibram, but has a sturdy last so that it's great for hiking on rocky terrain. I wear a size 11D in Merrell; these were just right in the toe box with thin sox; I'm returning and sizing up 1/2 size so that thicker wool sox won't be a problem. So they def do give Merrell's a run for the money. Plus these are all leather and still lightweight! Oh, I have not checked waterproofing, so I cannot comment on that aspect.

These boots are the perfect combo of warm, waterproof, lightweight, and comfortable. They feel like sneakers. They're warm but don't suffocate your feet. They're versatile enough that I wear them in a business casual office on snow days without looking ridiculous. Got them for winter in New York but will keep wearing them through the rain in the spring. Great value.
