Just that for extensive use, you will need to get a new pair each year. The tread is not too big to clog up with mud, a good choice for weak ankles.

I don't like my feet to get wet, so I purchase two pairs of boots every year so I can alternate daily between the two. Timberland is usually my boot of choice because of the quality of the boots they make. Timberland have not let me down so far.

The boots feel nice and comfortable. I hate getting my feet wet in the rainy season and these boots keep my puppies nice, dry, and warm. This is in fact my second pair of these boots, I had a pair last year as well. I highly recommend these boots.

Love these boots. This is the third pair I've purchased. Comfort can't be beat. 8 hours on concrete floors, still no foot pain.

I wear these boots to work at the barn. They are truly waterproof tested and true! From the minute I put them on they feel broken in and 100% comfortable. I recommend them to coworkers and will buy them again and again. They are great for summer and in the winter as I work outside I order 1/2 size up for extra socks- my feet stay warm and happy

I broke these shoes in during a week-long trip to Olympic National Park in Washington. They handled everything very well from chunky rocks, dirt paths, to thick tree roots. The fit is very snug but also has some breathing room. They're super lightweight and generally very cozy. Only negative is that they scuff very easily. Love my new hiking kicks.

Need the comfortable shoe for my permanently damaged foot and these shoes do the job !

I wear them every day for work and also on hikes. I had bad feet and these are the only things that let me keep moving. I've tried so many others and these work for me. These shoes have been around the world and I honestly hope they never stop making them.

My son needed boots for hike with college buddies, and I bought them as a gift. There was no break in period as this was planned as a last minute get together before a wedding event. The group summited two, 4000 footers in the white mountains of NH and he had no foot issues (blisters, discomfort). I have huge age related foot problems and totally believe you need to take care of your feet before you need to or even have to think about it. Buy these boots- quality, support and an annuity for your future foot health.

I use this boots to hike and they have a very good grip! They are also very comfortable and doesn't let you be fatigued. I really like them!
