This is such a great winter coat and I'm so happy that I got it! I commute to school in Boston and needed a very warm coat to get me through the winter and this is definitely the best option for that (I was deciding between getting this and a Canada Goose jacket and chose this one, I feel like it is just as good or even better than the goose coat, especially for the price). Although some reviews said that it fits small, I feel that it fits true and is a perfect length, it hits right above my knees. This is a very stylish coat as well and doesn't make me look like a marshmallow!

I bought this jacket for myself as my very first really nice winter coat. It is amazing! I am a chubby/curvy woman and I'm tired of coats that don't fit and make me look even larger. This coat has a great lines for accentuating your waistline, it also has snaps in the back that you can tighten or loosen as needed. Great feature! My goal was to look like a cute snow bunny, and this fit the bill. Perhaps expensive but an investment, as it will be a coat I will wear for years. I can't wait to go watch the boys ski on the mountain, and not be frozen.

The coat runs small but the next size up fits great with room for a sweater underneath. It's very warm! I love the length too. I buy a new coat from Northface every few years. This one was a gift but by far the best one I've gotten :)

It really keeps you warm!

My girlfriend has been asking for a new jacket all year, and quite frankly I was stumped. There were brands that have great coats but ridiculously priced and then there were relatively inexpensive brands with horrible coats. It wasn't until my manager spoke to me about the amazing experience he had with The North Face, that made me hope onto the website the very same day. I knew she wanted something stylish and warm, so as I searched, I came across this parka and instantly thought of my girlfriend. It was one of those meant to be moments. After receiving the coat, I surprised her with it and saw the excitement and instant love she had for it, now as much as I want to take all the credit for this, I can't. The North Face, thankfully makes amazing and beautiful products, which made this gift a breeze.

I am always cold and have been dreading this winter. If I had it my way, I would stay inside all winter but I have a dog who's built for the winter (border collie/great pyrenees) so I spent hours a day outside making her happy :) So far, this coat has exceeded my expectations and is the warmest coat I have ever owned. I am no longer rushing my poor dog on our outings together. The only negative I have about this coat is that is does run very small. I am by no means a large woman. According to the size charts I should solidly fit in a small coat but I ended up opting for a large. I probably could have gone with a medium but I like extra space in my coats in case I wear bulky sweaters, etc. No big deal as I was buying in store and could try on the coat but I could see how this could be a huge problem if you're ordering online.

It is very stylish, warm, and has these very convenient magnet buttons. I was hoping to wear this for my trip to NY and Boston. However, I am returning. I am 5'4", 108 pounds. The xs barely gives me any room to wear anything underneath, and the s is just too puffy for me. Sad though, it has everything I want except the size.

I'm really glad I bought this coat. I would advise to go and try it on in a Northface shop if possible to find the size that is most comfortable. I am a UK size 12 and opted for the Medium sized cost which is a snug fit. It's half the price of that certain other company people go on about.... but the Northface coat IS waterproof and uses goose down and not duck down!!

I love my new jacket. It is warm, comfortable and stylish. I love the magnet buttons.

This coat is so worth the money. It fits great it is not to tight around my hips. It's light weight and comfortable.

This jacket is amazing! Super warm, comfy, and stylish. This jacket is perfect for anyone who is outside walking a lot or lives in a cold area. You will not ever feel cold in this jacket even on the coldest day with a t-shirt underneath. Fits true to size.

I love the magnetic buttons and the pocket on the sleeve. It is very convenient!!

Excelente jacket for winter

one of the best tnf coats i have bought!!!! keeps me warm everytime i wear it in winter....i would definiter recommend this coat. i dont need to wear layered jacket underneath plus the magnets works great!

This coat is beautiful and fits beautiful. It is a bit heavy but I do not mind. I am going to purchase another one for my daughter. Love it...

Best winter coat I have ever had

My boyfriend purchased this coat for me for my birthday. It feels and looks amazing. It's comfty and warm. Definitely one of my favorite North Face coats I have.

This coat will provide me with the protection I need against cold winters and harsh winds.

Very high quality/durable and warm enough for deep winter. It is a bit heavy but is not bulky at all compared to other jackets of it's kind - I look like a stylish human in it and not a marshmallow. The hood is really cute and I love that there are so many pockets. Also, MAJOR kudos to North Face for responsibly sourced down standards. Would absolutely buy this again!

My wife loves it second coat like this the last one was about 11 years ago and it is still in pretty good condition. With a family of five we always looking for garment that are of quality, and "The North Face" means and passes the grand in quality. Only thing is I wish they would bring some of there manufacturing jobs back to the States.

This jacket is, by far, the best purchase I ever made in my life. :) It is so comfortable and warm. Edmonton is a winter city and on top of that, it's very windy as well. Termaya keeps me warm and protected. I love the magnet buttons that cover the zipper. If the shipping was free, I would definetly buy onbe for my mom and ship it to Serbia for her.
