Ordered 1/2 size up and it was perfect. I’m a solid size 8 foot, and the extra half size gave me just a tiny amount of extra toe space without causing the heel to slip. Definitely recommend going up a half size. Pros: the boots are very comfortable! I have somewhat narrow feet and these were just right. Comparing them to other boots, if you have even slightly wide feet, you might want to buy them in wide, because the medium width is fairly narrow. Cons: there aren’t any. I just happened to like another pair more. These are super comfy, stylish snow boots.

i am not able to leave accurate review as these boots are NOT WARM .. the tag says insulated to -25 degrees and after a3-40- minutes on a non snowy 38 degree day my toes were freezing, even tho i had thermal tights AND warm socks on .. they should not be sold as warm and insulated .. maybe my pair is faulty . all i know is that my toes are frozen .. they are comfortable which is something i usually can;t say but completely disappointed and glad customer service was so helpful

These boots are a real winner. We live in Arizona and I needed a good pair of boots for a trip to Chicago where there was LOTS of snow and ice and it was very cold. Absolutely perfect in every sense. I wore them on the plane and only took them off to sleep the entire trip. They are cute and stylish enough to wear anywhere. They were immediately comfortable - no "breaking in". I will take them on a ski trip and I know I'll get compliments and "where did you get those" comments. Buy them - You'll be very glad you did

I love these boots. I got these and a pair of Sorels. The Sorels were so uncomfortable. These were so comfortable from the very beginning. The fit true to size with room for socks but not too big if i wear running socks. If I'm out on the ice/snow for 20 minutes, my feet do start to get cold. I'm not sure if other boots would insulate from that - my feet get cold like the do in a ski boot aka because it's cold outside. I am sooo happy with this purchase.

These are very warm, good quality boots. I would like a bit more arch support, but they are comfortable otherwise, and they look nice for snow boots. They are not for a very wide foot, but for my somewhat narrow foot, my normal athletic shoe size fits perfectly.

I was really disappointed with these. The insoles in these were uncomfortably hard. The toe box was so narrow that it pinched my pinkie toe. I had kept in mind that these run small and I ordered a half size bigger, but I still should not have felt pinching at the sides like that. I was wearing thin socks and don't have wide feet, so there's no reason they should've been pinching on the side. I found the construction of the tongue to be very bulky (the kind of thing that might hurt and cut into your shin if you tied the boot tightly and wore thin socks). These may be good for below zero weather, but they're just too uncomfortable in every way. Not all of the issues would be solved by getting a different size, either, otherwise I would've re-ordered a full size up instead of just a half-size up.

Nice boot, but... I needed a WIDE size which is not offered, so my review is biased by that fact. This boot was almost comfortable for me... it has a roomy toe box and I could easily wiggle my toes, BUT, it was too narrow at the ball of my foot and put uncomfortable pressure there. I also have a high instep,l also felt pressure across the top of my foot at the same position. So, top to bottom and side to side, I found them to be too tight just at the ball of my foot. Arch support is very moderate with no heel cup. What I liked: Overall appearance, lightweight, cozy feel, waterproof and insulated to -25*F, fairly flexible and bottom seemed to be good for traction. Plus, the lacing was easy to adjust even tho' I prefer a zip up boot.

Bought these for my teenager. I have mixed feelings. On one hand, I want them to last her for a long time. She really likes them! On the other hand, I want her to outgrow them so I can have them for myself!!! (Bad parent!)

Fit well. Comfortable to walk in. Look great!!

My husband and I have season tickets to the Pittsburgh Steelers football games. I needed a warm, comfortable pair of boots to wear in the winter months (we park a 1-1/2 away and walk to the stadium). I ordered the Sorel Joan of Arctic and the Columbia Heavenly Omni Heat as well as these. While I liked look of the contrasting fur a bit more, there was no comparison in comfort. The Ice Maiden feel like athletic shoes. I can't wait to test them out!

Great fit in a size 7 for me and size 10 for my teenage daughter. Very easy to put on, comfortable, sturdy, and stylish looking!

These boots are comfortable and warm, and seem to be made well. I ordered one pair in the same size as I wear dress shoe and one pair in my athletic shoe size (1/2 size larger than dress). Both fit OK with fairly thick socks, but the "athletic" size was more comfortable, so that's the one I kept. Before I decided, I wore it at the gym on the treadmill for a mile and a half, and it was very comfortable. It is a fairly sleek styling, so more attractive than some, but probably not suitable for someone with a very wide foot. It could use some more arch support, but has a removable insole that I plan to put a mild support under. Overall, a great boot, and attractive for a snow boot style.

I normally wear narrow shoes so I needed a lace up boot for a great fit. These fit perfect and I can't wait to wear in the snow, super comfy.

Purchased these for vacation in New York and wanted something lightweight, waterproof, and comfortable. These fit the bill perfectly. I did order a half size up and they fit perfect with my thick socks. Love the soft flannel lining, so soft. Ordered the red and love the color not too bright. Would recommend these.

Woohoo! They are perfect. I’m typically a 9.5-10 and the 10 fit perfectly with a tiny bit of room to spare. They feel cozy on. These are keepers!!

I ordered a 1/2 size up so that they would fit with thicker socks and it was the perfect adjustment. They fit perfectly and are so comfortable. Plus, they keep my feet warm. We have been having icing weather and I haven't slipped once while wearing these boots. Very easy to put on (just tie on) and very easy to take off. Great boot!

These boots are perfect!!!!! Living in California, boots this warm isn’t necessary but I wore them shopping as a trial before packing them for Chicago Not only are they warm and comfortable but they are super cute!!!!

Size and fit are fine , room for warm socks. These are rated for-25 degrees which I bought them. Hasn't been that cold since I got them so we will see. They look awesomm and feel cozy

I love these boots. The laces let them fit with any style pants, and wider calves (like I have). I ordered 7.5, which is what I normally wear, and it's a good fit. I can put my insoles in, or I could wear them with really thick socks (although they're quite warm as is). I would highly recommend these shoes.
