I really liked the look, the height, and the warmth promised by these boots. Furthermore I read several recommendations and these were on every list. I have worn them several times and they are warm, and my feet get cold easily. Only problem was I needed to order them a half a size bigger to accommodate medium weight socks, Plus the toe bed was narrower than usual despite how they look on the outside. The size I normally purchase pressed on my big toes and made the boots very uncomfortable. Ordering a half a size bigger solved that problem, but they feel a bit too big on my feet. I can easily solve that problem by pulling the strings tighter before tying them. Overall, I love these boots.

Bought for my sister Xmas present. She loves them. She wears them to and from work, when driving in the car and when walking the dog. She claims they are the best boot ever. She has an average foot. Didn’t need wide or narrow but she likes arch support and she got it. I’m happy not to hear her whine about lack of good boots on the market. Totally surprised her.

Great boot, especially for the price! I live in west Michigan and these kept my feet warm and dry. I've had boots that performed the same as these (or worse) but for double the price. I did remove the insoles and instead put in a sheepskin liner (UGG) which I highly recommend doing (not because these are bad, but I do this to all my boots). It accommodated the liner which was important because while I don't have a wide foot, I do have a high instep. I will say these have average tread grip, but I find that to be true of a lot of brands (ice is ice) and I'm used to putting on Yaktrax. Happy with my purchase!

Not a lot of arch support or padding but thicker socks will help with that. I want to say how great Zappos is though! The first package they sent was either stolen or misdelivered. They immediately sent out another package without a problem.

These boots are the real deal. They can handle anything — snow, sleet, ice, water, mud, and just plain really cold, single-digit temps. I’ve thrown every winter condition their way, and they keep performing and look new. My feet stay dry and warm and the boots are super comfortable. I can wear them for fifteen hours or longer. The traction on the sole is excellent too. The sole really grips the ground, no matter the terrain.

The boots have a nice amount of flexibility and ankle support. They are warm and have plenty of room in the toe box. They don't look as bulky as some other winter boots and it's easy to tighten the laces so the boot is snug on your calf. There is a nice about of bounce in the provided insert but very little arch support. I used a removable insert to add arch support on top of the one that's included which made the boots comfortable enough for a 5 mile walk today. My friend complimented me on how they look. I'm very satisfied!

Love my boots! Definitely waterproof/resistant- stepped in multiple 1.5ft snowbanks to dig my car out, and my feet stayed completely dry! They're mostly comfortable, as much as snowboots can be- tight on the ankle, but a bit better after I've had to wear them consistently. They're a medium weight for snowboots- I wouldn't say they are heavy nor are they light weight.

The boots are comfortable and warm. Perfect for winter in Ann Arbor
