I just received my order 4 days after it was supposed to be delivered. No tag on the boots, scuffed a bit and grass / hay stuck to the boot. They seem like they were used but the bottoms don't show wear, so I'm not sure what's up. Problem is, if I tried to return them there's no tags attached to the boots . All I have is the box from delivery. Ordered these "new" direct from the website. I've never had issues with Columbia in the past so im a bit surprised. Fortunately the boots fit great, a tad big but if I'm wearing thick socks I'll have perfect toe wiggle room. Recommend a size down if you have narrow feet as they seem to run wide (great for wide feet like mine). They are soft inside, cushioned well and are warm. I haven't worn them outside yet but my daughter has the same boot and I can tell you they are good boots, waterproof, and warm/comfortable. Not sure what recourse I had with this, so I'm just gonna leave my review.

These boots are wonderfully warm and very comfortable. They seem to be well built and should last a very long time. Everything I have purchased from Columbia I have always been very satisfied with. Thank you for such great products

Love these boots. They are comfortable and well made. I can't wait to get to the snow for Christmas!

My mother has been happy with the pair I purchased for her. They run true-to-size, unlike the "Women's Heavenly Omni-Heat Lace Up Boot" which run very small and are a huge hassle to fit right if you can't visit a retailer that carries them.

I haven't been able to fully test these but they are great straight out of the box. No need to break them in for me. I went up half a size because my last Columbia winter boots should have also been sized up. I took a chance and these fit me perfectly. Though my boot sizing can be all over the place, others may find their regular size will work. The inner part of the boot is very comfortable and the sole has so much grip and tread. I'm excited to use them on winter travels!

Ordered 1/2 size up for warm winter socks,still too snug in toe box for me.

Haven't worn them yet but when I tried them on they are super comfortable. Bought some for my mom as well for xmas. Not bulky and fashionable.

I got these boots for a trip I'm taking to Boston and hopefully for future ski trips. I can't yet review based on functionality or cold protection since I have not gone yet. But I'm writing this review because I'm slightly disappointed that when I opened my package there was a chunk of glue staring at me. Other than that they seemed comfy when I tried them on. I ordered a half size up to leave room for thick wool socks and they feel like they would be great to wear with thick or regular socks.

They look just like the picture. I am usually a size 8-8.5 but ordered a 9 because some reviews said that these run small. The nine is fine, I might have been okay with a 8.5, but they're not too big so I'm keeping the 9. I walked in snow, mud, and puddles and these kept my feet completely dry and warm. They also have a pretty good grip and I felt comfortable walking.
