The Zappos site recommended a size 7 for me in this boot. My normal size is 7.5M which is the size I decided to order. As a few others mentioned, I found it too tight in the toe box, specifically for my big toe on each foot, (don't have bunions). Decided to return & reorder size 7W. The fit is much better & my narrow heels don't slip thanks to the good design, however my big toes are still a little impacted which I didn't expect and find odd. Maybe they're still somewhat impacted from trying out the previous pair.(?)

To take up the width, I added double innersoles because my feet are skinny and I don't wear heavy socks. They are extremely warm and comfortable as long as I'm moving. Standing in them hurts my back because of the lack of arch support. Overall a very good buy at a good price. I'll see if arch supports help.

Have worn these a few times in the snow, and my feet stayed dry. The insoles have a nice amount of cushion but no arch support; they are removable, so can be replaced with orthotics. Wide width is great, with plenty of room in the forefoot. I have had good luck with Columbia boots for my very fussy feet.

Great looking boot and perfect for winter walking. Comfortable right out of the box. I wear a size 8 pretty consistently. The size 8 medium for this boot was too snug for me across the top of my foot. But the size 8 wide is a perfect fit with room to wiggle toes. The lining keeps my feet warm.

This has become my daughter's go-to for the last several years. We just keep sizing-up as her foot grows. She loves these boots!

Nice looking boots but not wide enough for me.

I am 5”3 115lbs and wear a size 6. I ordered 6.5 regular. They have no give and the toe box is extremely narrow. I wouldn’t even trust exchanging them for a wide. I ordered them checking out with Amazon. You CAN NOT return these at Whole Foods and get an immediate credit. They can only be returned at a USPS store and take 5-10 business days to process. You’ll get the same quality on Amazon with a better return policy. I wouldn’t waste your money on these. Some things you really do need to try on at a store. I have had no luck purchasing winter boots online. The quality of products has really gone down so much.

They are snow boots, so don’t expect high fashion! I am impressed with their warmth, dryness, and traction on slippery sidewalks. Exactly what I needed in New England.

Love the feel of these. I typically wear a 9 in a sneaker or casual shoe and the 9W was a perfect fit. I wish the trim wasn't white (I got the gray), but overall these are nice looking and are comfortable walking in. Next test is the below zero temps outside! Love Zappos for their quick shipping and easy returns. I had to try a couple of sizes to get the right fit.

Got the stamp of approval from my 13-yo daughter, which is good enough for me! And I love that it's a trusted brand with quality products and well-established environmental consciousness. Win-win-win!

I absolutely love these boots! Everything about them, except the toe box is too narrow. I'm so bummed to have to return them.

I got these for Christmas I live in MT we haven’t had much snow this year so far. It has been snowing for two days and it’s -15 feels like -29 and I was wearing them for the first time to shovel my walk way. So an hour at best feet stayed dry but my feet were so dang cold I came in a took a break to warm them up!! Style is cute and comfortable as long as you don’t need to stay warm.

I love how these look and feel. I am not liking the tie up and untie. I wish there were a zipper for a quick on and off.

the fit was excellent. my problem was that the sole of the boot was very sticky - i thought it could be a problem when walking. i am very disappointed.
