I normally wear an 8.5 medium but in this boot size 9 medium fit the best for me. The boot is very comfortable to walk in and it feels very warm in the cold outdoors when I walk our dog. I am very pleased with these boots.

These boots are comfortable, warm and attractive - the reviews reflect what they are. A bit clunky but I was looking for something that would keep my always-cold-feet warm and these do the job.

I was hoping these would be keepers. They look good and were fairly comfortable. But the gusset on the right boot dug into my ankle when it was laced so I was hesitant to keep the boots. And honestly, while wearing them in the house, I wasn’t convinced they’d be all that warm outside.

Bought these for my 9 year old who has large, wide feet. It's so hard to find her shoes! After trying numerous others that just didn't work, either too narrow in the toe box or had some other uncomfortable piece, we splurged and ordered these in 7W. My daughter loves them and has been wearing them often for our rainy PNW winter walks around the neighborhood. Excited to see how they eventually do in the snow.

Perfect except for my bunion!!! Not wide enough to be comfortable due to my bunion.... Otherwise I loved the boots!!!

I usually wear a 9.5 but they were to big even with thicker socks so returned for a 9. Very comfortable and cute.

These boots are excellent! Lightweight, waterproof, comfortable, warm, nice-looking. What more could I ask for? I ordered 1/2 size up to accommodate thick socks, they are a little on the large size with regular socks, so my usual size would have been just right in that case. It’s hard to find women’s snow boots designed for wide feet, and these are perfect. The insoles are removable, which is an added bonus, I can replace them with my orthotics. I took a couple long walks right out of the box, they were comfy and warm. Very happy to have them!

Bought these for function, not style (although they are stylish enough in a "sporty" way!) These super-comfy and warm boots felt true-to-size and width from the moment I put them on. Arch support appears to be decent. The cushioned insole really helps return energy as you step! Haven't worn them out in wet/bad weather yet, but I have no reason to believe they will not be waterproof. So far, I am very happy with these boots!

I needed a half size larger which was perfect, particularly with fat socks. These boots don’t have great support so I put my own insert in which did the trick. In the snow my feet stayed warm and dry, they are water proof and high enough no snow managed to get into the boots even in deeper snow. They are exactly what I wanted, and are not heavy despite the sturdy construction.

The boots are very stylish and keep my feet warm and dry. But they came with no arch support. So I got a insole to put in them and now they are one of the best pairs of boots I have ever gotten!

The wide width boot is very narrow in the toe box. Too bad because it seems like a nice boot otherwise.

I received the boots two months ago, but today was my first chance to wear them. They were very comfortable, easy to get on, and kept my feet warm in snowy conditions and cold windchill, and I wasn’t even wearing my warm wool socks, just regular socks. There will be room for wool socks too. The boots felt supportive and the bottom grid kept me from slipping since it was a bit icy on the sidewalks. Would order again.

The boots look great and I was delighted with the construction. Sadly, the toe box is not wide. Even though, I ordered a half size larger and a W width my ties were crunched. I returned them.

I love these boots. I purchased them mostly to wear inside because my feet always get so cold in the winter. I think with age my feet expanded a little so I had to get an increased width. I really appreciated the free return to make sure I obtained well-fitted boots. I will buy from Zappos again!!

These were cute and I WANTED to love them, but there was no arch support and I knew my feet would hurt a lot after a couple hours of walking.

Very comfortable and feet stay dry even in lots of snow. Kept feet dry and warm even after a full day of shoveling snow. Cute style.

Ordered Wide, as always, and 1/2 size longer hoping to be able wear warm woolly socks. Too narrow, and going up another 1/2 size isn't likely to help. I guess too many people live in places that aren't really cold, or don't really spend much time outdoors because I read too many reviewers that say they strongly dislike socks! If you need wide in regular shoes, don't bother with these.

Today is the first day that I actually wore these boots & I must admit they arrived just in time for the snow & they are "Amazing"!!!

I usually have to buy men's shoes in EE width so this pair of boots in a woman's size in wide was astonishing. Who knew a boot like this existed?

The toe box is too narrow for a boot marked "wide." I will be returning them.
