Simply gorgeous boots. Comfortable. Little too wide for my calf. Order half size up. I even want another pair in olive color.

I bought these in a 7W in black a few years ago and love them so when I saw the brown ones on clearance for half price I jumped on it. Unfortunately they only had 7 regular width left so I figured I’d give them a try. No such luck. They are very long and narrow. They are about an inch too long in the toe and super tight width. The calf is also not really that wide calf. I have 16” calves and couldn’t zip these up without a fight. Super sad but I’m returning. I wish they fit because I do love the style of them and the leather is super soft. Beautiful boot.

Beautiful boots but returned them because they were too small and the next size up was an 11.5!

Order the wide even if you have medium feet!! These were soooooooo narrow I could barely get my foot in. Other than that they are a cute and decent boot for this price point.

These are gorgeous boots. I love the style and look of them and I had high hopes for them. I’ve been in search of the perfect wide calf boots for years now. These boots fit but it is a struggle to get them zipped! Like I can only wear leggings not jeans with them and even then I can barley zip them. I am hoping that they just need to be broken in. Fingers crossed. I have a 17” circumference calf and the reviews said that these would give me plenty of room. Not so much! ?

First and foremost, they are gorgeous and I soooooo wanted to love these boots!!!! I ordered a 10M which didn't fit then I ordered a 10.5M. Sigh, unfortunately it was extremely narrow and I struggled to put my foot in plus it was hard to zip. It was too tight, uncomfortable and hurt to walk in. Maybe a 10W or 10.5W would have fit better. If you have narrow feet and wide calves this is your perfect boot!

This is by far one of my favorite boots, I have 2 pairs and looking for a 3rd!!

I feel great wearing these boots. They are extremely stylish and versatile. I am mindful, however, of the leather getting scratched. It's very soft and any scrapes or scratches will leave a mark. I love these so much I am getting another pair by this designer!

These are my second pair of the Sam Edelman Penny boots, and they're my go-to boot for fall and winter at work. My first pair felt a bit more true-to-width than these, and I almost returned them due to how narrow even the wide width felt on my only slightly wide feet. However, I wore them around the house with some thick socks for a few days and they are now much more comfortable. I would say that if your feet are wide to very wide, you might not get these to feel comfy as they seem to run rather narrow. The boot shaft fit my 16 1/2 inch calves snug, but a good snug. From experience I know they'll relax even more with wear. Overall, these are very beautiful boots that last with some care. Glad I stuck it out with the width!

It is very hard to find a riding boot my 8,5 foot size with a wide enough calf. I have a 16.5" calf, and these fit!!! Actually they are about 1.5" too wide. I am hoping with the socks and the tight riding pants, that the loose gap will close enough. I can always put on thick socks as well. However, I think this is about as good as I am going to get. I did not realize women had such thin calves who wore sizes 9m and below.
