I bought this Matt and I love it the quality is amazing.

I just used this mat today and found it to have excellent grip, cushion and stability: the 3 most important features in a mat. The grip is so good that I may not use my other mats again. It's a visually pleasing color and pattern, much like the Caribbean waters. The only bad thing is the smell, but that should weaken over time.

Bought this abt 4-5 wks ago. I am pretty fit but "new" to yoga. I luv yoga and I adore this mat. Due to my level of fitness, yoga comes pretty easy for me. When I do downward dog, I really push hard on to the mat and the mat does not move at all making it easy for me to hold my poses without a worry. There is a rubber smell when it is new but hang it over a chair for about 2 wks and the smell will go away. I did quite a bit of research before buying this mat and it got pretty good reviews. I went with this as opposed to prolite.

I love this mat for hot yoga. It provides great traction and cushioning. I really like all the different color options.

I bought this a few weeks ago and love it. I expected it to take a little while to get a good grip, but I don't find myself slipping at all. It's more purple than I would have liked -- I expected something more in the pink realm and it's definitely not pink -- but overall is a great mat. Really thick. It's a bit heavy, but that comes with the quality I suppose. A great stay-ay-home counterpart to my Eko-travel mat.

My old eKO mat was starting to pucker. I am very happy with my new mat. My feet really like the feel of this mat. The length is the same but this mat is 2" wider than my previous one so it is a bit heavier. I also bought the travel mat. It is great because of the size and it is light. Easy for me to take anywhere.

Very happy with my Manduka 5mm mat. It has some heft to it, no slipping or sliding, and is super comfortable on my back. Thanks, Manduka!

bought this a few weeks ago and I absolutely love this mat, I'm a yoga teacher and have used other name brand mats but I'm in love with my Manduka eko, like other reviewers also mentioned the mat is very smelly, hoping it'll dissipate with continued use, it's good size and supportive, a little heavy but you'd expect that from a rubber mat

This mat is beautiful! It's so durable and provides so much cushion without making me feel unstable. One of the best things I have ever purchased!

This mat is just enough cushion for my knees without compromising my balance in standing balance poses. I love it!!

I bought this model and I am happy with it. It is thick enough, so I use it for my workouts too.

I have had many mats in my 15 years of practice. And this is my very favorite. I have always loved natural rubber mats (and have owned ones for Jade and lululemon) but this has the best grip of any because of the texture you see across the top. It does have a rubber smell - that doesnt bother me at all (in fact I like it! Smells like yoga to me :)) - but just something to be aware of. The cushion this mat provides is JUST right - enough that you feel supported, but not so thick that you can't feel the earth beneath you. I have used it for flow classes and restorative and enjoyed it for both. Its also a good weight for transport - not too heavy for the amount of support it provides. I am very happy with my mat!

I bought it few months ago because I was extremely fed up with classic mats for yoga, since then my yoga excercise has changed completely. The best yoga mat I have ever had!

This mat holds up in any vinyasa class I have taken it to and helps me grip even when I am sweaty.

I had used a different popular brand's mat for a while and switched to Manduka eKO recently and boy, what a difference in my practice! My knees in lunges feel safer and cushioned. It's just an all-around better mat than any mat I had ever used.

My hands and feet would slip on my old mat when I began to sweat even slightly. On this meet, my hands and feet stay put. Excellent grip! Leave it outdoors, out of the sun for several days to remove the mats odor.

Doesn't slip and has great cushioning. I love the pattern, it reminds me of the earth. I use it at home and take it to my yoga classes.

Love my new mat! There is no slipping even when I'm sweaty in a warm class. (I don't do Bikram hot so cannot speak to that.) The support under my feet and knees is cushioned while not at all squishy. I look forward to many years of partnership with my Mandyka eKo!

I bought my new 3 new eko mats for my home yoga studio and as always all my students love them. They love the cushion and grip.

Lightweight but strong, this no-slip mat is perfect for my practice at home or in the studio. I also love the fresh and upbeat color combo!

I've had this mat a few months now and I love it! My feet can really grip the mat, I don't slip when I'm sweating, I can jump. It's great! It cleans easily. I knew there would be a rubber smell but it did go away pretty quickly. I use it every single day. If I had to pick a downside I would say that you have to really work certain poses since the mat is so grippy you don't need to use your muscles as much as you do with a cheaper mat to keep yourself from slipping so keep working those legs!!
