The backpack straps being stitched so close together is a bad enough problem that it's surprising that this product hasn't been recalled yet. My neck is a small--14.5-15 so if I have this problem I can't imagine that anyone other than a child could comfortably use this as a backpack. Also, the weight listed here on the Timbuk2 site *does not* include the padded shoulder strap, and this adds an additional 6-8 ounces to the bags total weight. Not Zappos' fault, but deceptive of Timbuk2 since the previous Wingman design's listed weight did include the strap. I own the previous Wingman design and have taken it all over the world at this point--love the Timbuk2 style and the MLC (maximum legal carry on) dimensions. Was hoping for an upgrade but this 2014 model is going back.

Shockingly bad design of the backpack straps, which are not functional because they cut into the neck and upper shoulder area. I really needed this to be carryable with the backpack straps, so this means the bag doesn't work for me at all. I also think the bag is heavier than necessary; weight is a major issue when traveling with a lot of stuff on your back.
