I've used Timbuk2 messenger bags for decades. A few years ago I splurged on a high end "Seattle" brand waxed canvas, and wore a hole through it in less that 2 years, just from carrying it every day and it rubbing against me when I walked. I still have and use every Timbuk2 bag I have ever carried. The extra small is my most recent one. This bag is perfect for work and conferences when I just need a small notebook, business cards, a water bottle, and a cereal bar.

I bought a large custom messenger 20 years ago. I've used it countless times for work, school, travel, hiking, and likely other things I can't think of at the moment. It has seen hard use but is still going strong. I love my bag and I just bought my son his very first custom large messenger bag. It made me happy buying it for him because I know it's going to be with him as he makes wonderful life memories on his own adventures as well as the ones we're on together.

I love that it's possible to customize your own messenger bag. I have several custom messenger bags, acquired over the years, and the fabric choices and strapping updates have made the bags even better. I love my bag, BUT, I miss having all of the mini pockets that were located inside the zippered pocket. I would pay extra to have them back.

Love it- only had it three days. Looks great- very well organized. I got the medium size. I had one of these bags many years ago and a large seemed to big then. This new version seems to be sized smaller- but none the less- I love this bag. Computer sleeve is very protective for your device. Waterproof liner, and durable outside canvas!!!! Highly recommend it!!! Customer service is outstanding!!!

I use the messenger bag when I travel. This is about the 4th bag I've had. Computer fits perfectly. Only one small flaw was the logo which I ordered in yellow came in black. No big deal. The bag is still great!!

This quality and design of this bag (a custom classic messenger bag) are better than I expected. The only thing I would change is to eliminate the velcro closure on the flap. It has quick-release buckles already, so the velcro is unnecessary. I'd prefer not to have the sound of releasing the velcro when I'm in a quiet venue like a classroom.

I purchased this custom bag and it came out perfect! The quality is great and it's super comfortable on the shoulder. Great bag and can hold a good amount!

This is my 3rd purchase but my first customized bag. Definitely worth the extra cost.

I bought the small messenger bag, and figured it could never replace my large backpack. But it does! It is roomy, but compact. The shoulder strap is a must! It makes it so comfortable. Using it recently, I have carried my computer and assorted components, 2 2" binders, a water bottle, the contents of my purse and 2 phones. It is quicky replacing every other bag and purse I use.

I purchased this bag for work and it holds my laptop perfectly and has all the pockets I need to keep everything in place and organized!

I use it for work where I carry my laptop and essentials everyday at the office. My MacBook Air 13" fits perfectly (padding is awesome). Love the size. Feels like it will last forever. Will recommend and buy again.

This bag is my daily go to bag. As an artist I usually carry a sketch book, pencils, markers and other art tools that I use. The size (S) is perfect and I love the various compartments. The bag is very well made, durable and fits snugly against my body. I have two minor complaints. 1) it doesn't with a strap pad. 2) The black bag's strap is gray.

I custom ordered a bag for my husband and he loves it. I was able to make it a left handed carry with iPad sleeve.

When it came time to customize my 3-panel classic messenger bag, it hit me to make a bag in the colors of the Irish flag (I am half Irish and half Mexican). The finished product looks amazing and a lot of my friends want one now. A great way to celebrate one's heritage while also being super useful!! A great functional bag for my commute and daily use!

I use this bag for everything. I got the medium sized bag and it's the perfect size for everyday. I mostly use it for work, pack it with everything I may need for the day. The only thing I would suggest is to make the water bottle holders inside a bit bigger. I can't fit my water bottle in them but do use them for other things. Other than that it is a great bag.

Ordered the stabilizing strap. Happy that the custom bags are made in San Francisco

I bought this bag because I needed a new computer bag. I have a number of Timbuk2 bags and new that I would not be sorry. It's very spacious, holds my 13.5" laptop, my journal, mouse case and other gadgets easily. Love that it comes with a padded area for laptops, other brands do not. Love this bag

I have been buying these bags for 15+ years and they are consistently at the same level time after time. I started customizing my bags about 4 years ago and LOVE this feature on the Timbuk2 website. With Covid19 looming over the country I had to put my latest bag on hold until the factory was back online. I placed my order and my bag arrived ahead of schedule and nicer than I could have imagined. I also dealt with a customer service rep before the factory was up and running and her info was 5 stars. Thank you one all for a great product.and customer care.

This is my second Timbuk2 messenger bag my older one is 25 years old. I love this bag I use it on my bike daily. It has tons of pockets. I love the reflective material and I love the function of the straps they are easy to adjust while wearing or riding.
