Disappointing.

leather too stiff to turn for cuff.

This slipper was VERY narrow across the forefoot. I bought it for my mother in law who wears a size 7. I had heard that the UGG slippers run small so i bought her a size 8 and she couldn't even get her foot in it. I wear a 6 1/2 and could slide my foot in but it was VERY tight.

Very disappointed. Not top quality sheepskin but polyester backing with wool glued to it...I am allergic to polyester and the online description does not correctly describe this product as having polyester. Returned product and waiting for my refund, where is it???

Ran way too small and not anywhere close to true to size. I know Uggs stretch out but these were just way beyond that. Had to return them.

Bought these for myself and returned two months later when the seam came apart. Six weeks later I have no contact from the company. No slippers. No refund and they know nothing. Returned according to their instructions. Now I'm just out money, and they have lost a customer!!

The stitching broke after 2 months, the second pair the leather was so stiff they were uncomfortable waiting for my replacement.

I bought this slipper around Christmas time- loved them as soon as I took them out of the box. Wore them for two weeks around the house, and then the stitching fell apart around the top of the slipper. Major disappointment.

I really like ugg australia.but I feel disappointed.I wore them two times. The line was open.I have already changed them.I think they are different.

My boyfriend purchased these UGGs as a gift for me on Christmas. Within the first hour, the lacing came apart. I felt mortified. They were the exact size for my foot so I felt embarrassed. We went to the post office and returned them. He re-ordered a new pair for me. Once the second pair was received, same thing. Within the hour, the lacing split. Frustrating. I've never owned an UGG product in my life and this was not a good first impression of your product. I called customer service to help me not tell my boyfriend this has happened yet again. Thank god for your customer service staff. Very friendly and polite. Your product, not so much. She issued a gift card and I went online to purchase the same pair for the third time because I did not like any other options you had to offer. Finally I received the third pair -my boyfriend still thinks it is the second paid- and I honestly do not ever wear them. Your product had one major flaw and I am sure this isn't the first you have heard about it either. There is nothing great about these slippers and honestly, I don't want them around because of the whole ordeal. However they were a gift so I feel obligated to have them around. I have never had an UGG product aside from these slippers and I will ensure I will never have another UGG product ever again. Your customer service is top notch. Maybe you should invest more money into the people and not the product. This was a GIFT and god bless my boyfriend, he's amazing, your product is not. I am disgUGGsted!

I've never purchased any Ugg products before, and decided I wanted a pair of Ugg moccasins for myself. Everyone always talks about how warm and comfy Uggs are, but I'm not a fan of the boots, so I thought moccasins would be the way to go. Unfortunately, the stitching along the top came undone within an hour after I wore them. I could've purchased an Ugg knockoff from any shoe store, but I ordered directly from Ugg because I wanted quality. Yeah right. I called customer service to try and get a replacement sent out, but they informed me they were on backorder for a month and a half. No thank you. That being said, my first Ugg experience was extremely disappointing and I will not be ordering from you again.

My UGG boots in size 8 are perfect. The slippers, however, were too tight in size 8 so I returned them for size 9. Even the 9's are too tight in the toe box but I kept them hoping they would stretch. Before the sheepskins was able to stretch the lacing broke. I called and returned them again. They're sending me a new pair.

Was so excited to get these for my birthday. Within ten minutes of wearing them they ripped ! For this price this should not be happening at all. Will be rethinking ever purchasing from ugg again.
