I returned this product

Really clunky & unattractive. Very stiff & the back seems unbalanced with the front. I'm so pleased with how simple Ugg makes returns. I will be sure to to my Christmas shopping with them online. Very reliable. Package was in perfect shape when received.

I was so sad because they are so cute. This was a gift for my mom. I went a size up so she can easily slip on and off, but when she tried them, they were too narrow. I was so sad she gave back the gift and said thanks but no thanks :( The width on these were just not working with regular width feet.

Very cute looking slippers but found to fit one size too small. Very stiff material it was not as easy to bend the sides to look as pictured. I felt that the material was not as soft to the feet either. Was it bc it UggPure material instead?? It was not the usual soft Ugg feel that I get with most of my shoes from them. I would not recommend this slippers. I'm truly disappointed bc I bought this at a great ugg australia online sale + discount percentage off so it was a final purchase. You are better off buying the coquette slippers those are soft, comfortable and true to size. My favorite go to slippers.

Need to offer half size.

These are very cute I normally wear a 6 in any ugg shoe and dress them up or down. I normally wear to work because they are so comfortable but when I received these they were way to small I was able to get my foot in it but it hurt they were so tight and narrow I had to send them back for a size up hopefully the 7 s will fit better

I'm at 8.5 and based off the reviews I ordered up a size but the 9 was way to big! Should of ordered the 8! Instead of exchanging I just got a refund and customer service was very helpful with that!

I ordered these slippers during the holiday season. I was so excited when they arrived, however, they were to small. I am a size 7 and would have changed to 7.5 but this slipper does not come in half sizes. An 8 would be way to big so I returned them. This slipper is not true to your actual size.

The bottom line is that inside of the slipper, it's not pure sheepskin. There's no arch support. I use to be able to get the plush sheepskin inside on my old purchases of your product for women. I bought my husband some of your slippers again, and his is dense plush sheepskin. Also, when I purchased three pairs of slippers, the contact at your UGG store reassured me that I would get a label emailed to me and there would be no charge to me. I've called the store many times and can't get the gentleman that took my phone order, and all the other employees say that I have to pay for shipping it back. I would have also like to see the slipper in smooth leather like your past slippers instead of suede. It's like you've gained clients, but product has declined in quality greatly.

Too narrow, feels really tight

The fit was weird for me. I'm normally a 6 or 7 -- the 7 was clearly too big, and the 6 was quite tight but my foot would slip out when I walked around. Didn't work for me so I had to return.

Comfortable, but the threading unraveled after several wears...had to return twice for the same issue

Returned the slippers for another pair . After wearing them for two days the stitching came out. I have had gg slippers before for years without a problem. These even don't feel as comfortable as my other pairs.

So disappointed with this slipper. I've waited for the chestnut color to go on sale and finally they do, place my order only to find out that they're too narrow. If you have a wide foot, this will not fit. Returning
