I purchased to replace a pair of similar slippers that I purchased last year. Not a good match at all.

The color wasn't like the photo... I'm going to exchange for a bigger size and different color

So completely dissatisfied. I have bought UGGS for years same size which is a 9 even though I am an 8. So disappointed when I put these on. They pinched my toes and it took me ten minutes to get them on in the first place! I do not have wide feet so I don't get it. Like I've said I have 9 pairs of UGGS I think the quality is going south on sizing. BTW along that line bought s pair of leather boots too same problem! They need 1/2 sizes or something because I am done buying UGGS for a long time. I buy for me and my mother they are loosing out. Bought these for my mom too. I guess I'm returning hers as well. Merry Christmas

This is the first pair of UUGS I have ever been satisfied with, I hate that I spent that amount of money for something that won't be worn

There needs to be a half size. If you are a true 9.5 the 9 or the 10 will not fit

I sized up and there was no difference in width

I currently have 5 different pairs of ugg boots. They are my regular every day shoe in the winter. I've been wearing uggs for years, all of my boots are the same size(9), I naturally ordered the same size slipper as my boots, and these slippers aren't just a little tight/small, I cant even get my foot in them. Super bummed. Now, bigger size is sold out, and the customer service rep I spoke with says the whole refund process generally takes 3 weeks!

Too fit on the top, too loose on the bottom. I returned.

The shoes themselves are great, and so so comfy when I first tested them out in the store.

They are not made for everyday wear they just not good quality

These UGG mocassins were a Christmas gift for my daughter along with UGG boots and UGG socks. They are not true to size. They are very narrow! I paid full price and then received a price adjustment when they went on sale. NOWHERE on their site does it say that all sale prices are final and no refunds or exchanges are possible after a price adjustment! Now my daughter has a pair of mocassins that she can't wear! I couldn't get anyone in customer service to help me! So disappointed in this purchase and product that is not at all true to size!

I received a pair of these slippers thinking that they would keep my feet nice and warm and last - they have after 3 days of wearing them began to fall apart. the stitching on the left slipper has pulled out over 2 inches and I have to keep trying to tie it together. I've asked for help in getting another pair or getting the fixed but Ugg doesn't seem to want to help their customers dealing with their defective products. This is very sad - it was a Christmas gift from my husband and I now have pair of slippers that have fallen part after 1 week.

I ordered the Alena house shoes, a pair of shoes & a pair of men's socks. The package came today in Decker Boxes. Inside the Decker Boxes were the igg Boxes but the house shoes seem really small & the shoes. They don't have the ugg quality or look as I have purchased several ugg items in past times. I will be calling Ifg TODAY!

Comfortable stable

On the above order 15650346 I returned it for refund because it was too small. I received an email in December saying the item was received by Ugg and a refund would be credited. However, I have not received the refund. I would like the refund as soon as possible. Thank you

After wearing them only in the house for less thanks 2 weeks, the threading came loose. :(

I purchased 2 different pairs of slippers. Surprisingly, they both felt way too narrow/tight when I put them on. This is so surprising because between myself and my 6 kids I have bought at least, 12 pairs of boots for the girls and myself and 1 pair of slippers for my son. All the shoes have always felt roomy and comfortable immediately. I don't even have a wide foot.

I read the reviews to go up a full size but I didn't. I usually wear an 8 1/2 and I went up to a 9 which I had to return because they really were too small. Well, the 9 1/2's although they fit, looked immense. They really made my feet look too big. Back they went. Disappointing because they are really cute.

As you may be aware, i have already returned these for an old faithful Dakota pair- which I have not received yet. I know once back to my perfect pair of UGG slippers will make everything better. Sorry, just didn't work for me, problem with catalogue shopping.

I ordered my normal shoe size 9, and had to give them to my sister, who has an old pair of UGGs that are size 7 (size still readable). My purchase fits her perfectly. These cut into my heal and squished my foot. Thought I had to break them in, but that was not the problem. Sizing is apparently unreliable. Very disappointing, as these are expensive slippers.
