These shoes are just ok as far as I'm concerned. They do look nice on, but after wearing them a couple of times, there are a few quirks that I'm not so happy about: 1) the insoles are removable and the impact of that is that in one of the shoes, it moves so much that it does not adequately support my arch and actually rubs on my instep, which is bothersome; 2) these shoes are not "true black" as suggested in the Q&A above - the mesh that makes up most of the shoe is clearly navy when in sunlight; 3) these shoes make my feet really hot; 4) they squeak a bit on hard floors, which can get annoying. Not sure I can recommend these...

Great shoe with the exception of the roll up bar on the ankle which was very uncomfortable sadly I had to return.

I ordered the Black/White color combination and didn't realize until I took them on a trip that in daylight the mesh upper appears navy blue! I dislike they way they look with black yoga pants.

I love these sneakers but the gap at the ankle when I walk! So sad! Will have to return!

loved the look but they were so tight on me width wise & I ordered a wide.Had to send back, seems New Balance changed.

I was excited to receive these but bummed when I tried them on and my toes immediately hit the top of the shoe. Unfortunately I can't order a size up since the size 12 was too small. Usually I have good luck with New Balance. Cute shoes though.

I loved the color of these, but the heel is terrible. I felt more comfortable standing on a hard surface with bare feet than I did with these on because of the lack of cushion in the heel. Also, be sure to order a half size up from what you'd normally wear because these fit snug. I like that about them, but the heel is a dealbreaker.

Sadly these shoes are going back. They run extremely small. NB is usually known for the wide toe box, but not with these as well as being very short. May try the next size.

I wish I'd followed the advice of another reviewer. These shoes are very comfortable, cushy (almost in a weird way - like the first time you sleep on a memory foam mattress), and lightweight. I purchased them for cross-training, Camp Gladiator, specifically. I know what I need in a running shoe and often try other options, but wasn't sure what I needed for a trainer, so I tried four brands. Kept these for aforementioned reasons, but this morning discovered that they're not great for agility. My foot just slides around in the shoe on quick turns, making me less agile. Wish I'd kept the Inov-8 instead. But was worried that I'd get injured on the laps/runs involved, as it has zero cushioning. Overall 3 stars because it's marketed as a trainer. Comfort & style are great.

Could barely squeeze my feet into these shoes. I don't know about those people who said they had foot issues that these shoes solved. I knew instantly I could not wear these shoes, not even in a bigger size. They were too narrow and snug for me. I couldn't get the shoe off fast enough. I guess I'm not Cinderella!

Padding inside the heel area was odd and uncomfortable. Had to return.

The shoe fits odd, it causes a slight tilt in my ankle which makes my feet pronate. I think it is due to the shoe insert, the outside edges are angled such that it causes the ankles to slightly pronate inwards. It is hard to explain. They look nice though. However, unfortunately I have to return them. Also, no real arch support.

I love the look and feel of these shoes but after 3 months I already have a hole in the top part by my big toe. I'm extremely discouraged. I contacted Zappos but unlikely they can help me. I guess the material is too thin.

This is a nice comfortable shoe, but I have had them less than a year and my toes are already starting to wear through. Holes are starting to develop on the sides where my pinky toes are. I am very disappointed that I'll need to buy new shoes soon. New Balance usually is of better quality.

I wanted to love these sneakers but after testing them out it was clear that they weren't what I hoped for. I love the style (great colors), the flexibility of the shoe, the cushion under the heel, the width which allowed my toes to not be cramped together...but I felt they seriously lacked lateral support and cushioning under the ball of the foot. I'm not a fan of "minimalist" sneakers so these are not right for me. The shoe itself is comfortable and I'm sure I could wear it out and about but not to exercise.

I was sad to return these... I loved the pink color, the lightness and all the mesh that would keep my feet cool. Unfortunately these just didn't fit properly. I ordered the same size and wide width like I do for my other NB sneaks, and these felt narrower (even tho they were Wide). They didn't feel as padded or supported as I would have liked either.

Not my favorite pair of New Balance. I got these to replace an older model, but the design changed completely. No more lateral movement support. Also, for the first time the wide width was not quite wide enough for my bunions on one foot, and took several weariness to become comfortable. I kept these because I desperately needed a new pair and none of the others I ordered worked at all.

For a size ten I thought the sneaker was small and narrow. The sneaker is lightweight and not very cushioning either.
