Terrible! No arch support, no cushioning whatsoever. I bought this style two years ago and either New Balance changed the shoe or this is not authentic New Balance.

I've been buying a version of this shoe for the last several years, and they've been perfect for my home workouts. But something has changed - they have become really flimsy and there is very little support, very little cushion, and no stability. It's very disappointing and I won't buy them again.

These seemed very cheaply made. Spending more than $25 on these would feel like spending too much. The tongue of the shoe isn't long enough so you can't adjust the laces for a good fit for the length of the shoe. However, since they were also loose in the heel and ankle, they were just a terrible fit all around. Also you can easily fold the sole in half. This shoe would not provide the kind of support I need for workout classes at all.

I am very disappointed with these sneakers. I ordered wide width and they are not wide at all. You can tell at first glance that they are narrow and not meant for anyone with wide feet

I used to love 711 but last years version and this version are terrible. Last year's was too small and as I worked out my feet were hitting the toe. So, in this pair I bought an 8. At first they fit but after 2 workouts they are too big. My feet move around too much. Plus there is no arch support. After an hour workout my feet are killing me. I'm so disappointed to have wasted money on shoes that I cannot wear.

711 v3 shouldn't be given the privilege of being called a 711!
I'm a huge fan of the 711... bought my first pair a while back. I've bought 5-6 more since then. When I saw these 711s on sale, I bought 2!
I had no idea 711's had versions until these MONSTERS were delivered.
They look like my trusted 711's but after my first run in them I came home, kicked them off and my husband asked if I had been attacked by an animal at the park because my heels were so badly cut up and bleeding.
Surely I just had to break them in... tomorrow will be better I told myself.
Lies! All lies! Despite bandage, ointments and TWO pairs of socks, the next run was not better. In fact, I was in so much pain I ran into the bushes, pulled out the padding from my bra and shoved them into the back of my heels to give me more cushion. It didn't help... it did make for an interesting run in this chilly December weather. I've never had so many men greet me during a run
On the third day, I bought real cushions to go in the heels. Yep, still painful.
I've given up.
I have a brand new grey pair and a slightly worn, black pair with bloody heels if anyone wants them.
Way to ruin a perfectly good shoe New Balance!

These athletic shoes were lightweight and very comfortable. But they were completely worn out within a couple of months, with only moderate use. I can not recommend them. I returned them and Zappos provided immediate and complete satisfaction. Zappos is the best.

Absolutely no arch support what so ever!!! Sole is soft but flat. Will never order on line again!

Returned product. Although, I ordered a D width, the fabric did not reach the shoe tongue. It was so strange, as if the sole was D width but the fabric was short of width.

I have (5) other pairs of NB 711 Series and these do not match the comfort and fit. This pair is stiff, much narrower and uncomfortable. My others are like slippers from the moment you put them on. I thought that they might just need to be broken but had to cut my regimine short because they hurt my feet and gave me a blister in less than 30 minutes. I am returning them.

I have had these less than a month and I cannot wear them. The have no support at all. The result was pain in my legs that actually woke me at night. Unfortunately, this is an expensive loss. I just wish I could return them.

Super disappointed in this shoe. It was uncomfortable from day one. Felt too small and too tight. And here less than three months later the sole has come unglued on both shoes. One worse than the other.

I ordered these even after reading the negative reviews. I should have listen to the comments and saved myself the disappointment. When I first opened them I loved the shoes. I thought the color and style were great so I put on the left shoe and it fit perfectly and felt good. I then put on the right shoe and the cushion near the heel felt so awkward. I then took a closer look and the bottom insert cushion was made poorly in turn making the shoes impossible to wear comfortable. I ended up returning them the same day I received them.

Ordered this cross trainer in a 7D. I could get my foot in it, but it felt like there was no cushioning at all. Planned to wear it to fitness classes on hardwood floors, but I couldn't even stand still comfortably in them. Too bad, as I thought this attractive mesh shoe would be perfect for summer workouts. Got an Easy Spirit Roma in 6.5 E instead and it's very cushy and fits perfectly.

If you're looking for a supportive sneaker, keep looking. These New Balance WX711 are cute, but feel like slippers. The shoe itself is made of a very soft fabric that allows your feet to lean to each side. Not good. Returning.

This shoe seems to run a little big. I felt like they looked like clown shoes on me. Also there is almost no cushioning in these. They are going back today.
