Pretty comfortable. Could be softer. I have a very high arch and it helps support my foot. Good for Plantar Faciitis.

I love the look of these, they were exactly what I was looking for - a smarter flip flop that was comfortable without looking too clumpy. Only problem was the arch support. As many other reviewers have said, the arch support is very high - I have quite a high instep and these were too high for me. So, unfortunately, I am having to return them. Other than that, I really loved them!

Orthaheel was recommended by my physical therapist to help posture (re arthritic hip, and knee injury). It's not very fashionable...reminds me of a man's flip flop, which is maybe why they add fake shiny patent leather to the tops. Wish they were prettier. They are also a little on the large size in all dimensions. Wish they made half sizes. I am usually a straight 10, and these are 10s (9s are too short). But they are functional as needed, and feel heftier than other strongly arched sandals I've had. I'm keeping 3 pairs (had ordered 5, to see the colors, and as they are not inexpensive, can't keep them all). I'd also like to say that Zappos is fabulous as usual! Thank you Zappos!

I have several pair of Orthaheel sandles and these did not disappoint me. I still love the soles of Orthaheel shoes.

I am a very harsh critic of shoes, due to multiple foot problems (plantar fasciitis, neuromas, and a bunion). My typical footwear is running sneakers with orthotics, per my podiatrist's recommendation. I wanted a cooler option for summer, so I took a chance on these flip-flops. I am quite pleased. I wish the footbed was a tiny bit softer, but since I can hardly ever find comfortable shoes these are definitely a winner. I normally wear size 8.5, so whole sizes are tough, but the size 9 fits perfectly. If you have foot issues and need support, these are worth a try.

These shoes are incredibly comfortable, however, I am very disappointed that they are wearing out under the toe part. They do not seem to be very well made considering that I have had them since June. I will order another pair and hope that they do not do the same. They seem a bit cheap.

Since Vionic has been making Orthaheel, I think the footbed it much softer. That's not a good thing. This sandal has great arch support. But I will be watching to see how well it hold up, as compared to the original Orthaheel.

I bought these because I was having ball of foot pain. No more pain. They have excellent arch support; however, they are heavy and stiff, and the straps don't hug my feet. I also bought the Shawn slippers which I highly recommend for foot pain. I usually wear size 7, but these run big so I bought 6's.

Jury is still out on this one. Kind of have a love-hate relationship with the shoe. Has excellent and needed arch support, but seems like it is not quite deep enough, or the toe post is too short, as it pulls to the outside putting uncomfortable pressure on the second toe. Wearing them around the house to see if they will get more comfortable with time. Still debating to keep or return.

I love these shoes. They are nicely made, great arch support, but unfortunately they are way too wide for my feet. I don't have narrow feet, I think these just run wide. I will be sending them back.

Runs large. Wear 6 1/2 tennis shoe but ended up with size 5 in this thong. Size 6 was too large. Otherwise, a great wearing thong. Would recommend, if you can figure out your size.

Great shoe except for the wide strap that goes between your toes. I think if I wore this shoe it would probably rub a raw spot. Otherwise loved the fit and the feel.

These are fantastic, and offer excellent support. I've been suffering from plantar faciitis and these have helped immensely. The only reason that I give them 4 stars instead of 5 all across is that the soles make my feet hot- which seems like it'd be impossible in a flip-flop, but somehow the rubber (or whatever it is) on the bottom of these make my feet feel hot on the bottoms. Still, I'm willing to overlook that because of the comfort that they offer (and they are cute, too!)

I had two issues with these sandals. When I first got them, they had a strong odor, kind of like Magic Markers. That has mostly faded over the weeks. Also, the first time I wore them for an extended period (most of a day with lots of walking) the straps rubbed the tops of my feet raw. Maybe that's why they say to break them in with shorter periods of wear. Otherwise I really like them.

Good shoes for plantar fasciitis relief. First time I wore them all day, the texture on them irritated the bottom of my feet, making things worse. Once stretched out, they got more comfortable.

I really like these shoes! I have to ease into wearing them, but after just a few minutes they are fine, and my knees don't hurt as much. I will be getting another pair.

At first, the arch seems high but you get used to it. The bottom of the sole gets dirty easy with the minimally raised bumps but overall a great very casual sandal. I think the sole will be easy to clean as it's rubber. I would recommend the suede Vionic sandals that are more stylish and go with the Olukai sandals for comfort.

I highly recommend the Vionic shoes for anyone who needs good arch support. I tried two other brands (Spenco and Propet) but their arch support was inferior to Vionic (Orthaheel technology). I have stress fractures in one foot and my podiatrist recommended this brand - and it has made a big difference in my foot pain. The strap between the toe on one shoe was painful. It may have just been that particular shoe, but I was unable to wear it for any length of time.

The best flip flops I have ever owned. Previously, I have used Fit Flops, but they are bulky and clunky. These look contemporary, and not like orthotic shoes. The only concern is that the toe post has been a little hard to break in - it's been a couple of weeks and I'm up to wearing them about 4 hours at a time.

This shoe is too large across the top. I don't want to feel like I have to work that hard to keep the shoe on my foot.

I think Clarks are a much better fit for the average person.

Super cute! I may have to return though. Unfortunately the arch support is a little too "excellent" meaning high for me. In pain after standing in them for 20 minutes. They are comfy otherwise though.

These flip flops are comfortable but they take a little getting used to because of the support (which is what I was looking for). I've been wearing them for relatively short amounts of time so I am not sure how they would feel beyond an hour or two but I think they are much better for my feet than regular flip flops.

Nice sandal. Slightly wider than the orthaheel I bought two years ago that was similar in style which was good for me. I got purple and it's a pretty rich color.

I'm so excited that I can wear flip flops again. I need an orthotic for my shoes and they never fit in sandals. This works pretty well for arch support, though I do find that after several hours walking around in them makes my shins ache, which to me suggests the support is not quite right for my foot, specifically. I imagine if someone wanted arch support and didn't have the horrendous foot problems I have these would be perfect shoes!

I have super high arches and a lot of foot pain, so the arch support in the Vionic is perfect. They feel good at the end of the day after wearing "bad" shoes. I just wish they fit a little more snugly around the top of the foot and had a bit more cushion, the way the Olukai Ohanas fit.
