I love this shoe! I bought one pair and after wearing it for a few weeks I bought another pair in another color. They have a nice roomy toe box and great support.

Beautiful, bright colors, very comfortable, lots of gel. I ordered one size larger and they fit perfectly! They fit as well as the Kayano 19s.

I bought these shoes to both run and train in. I run about 15 miles a week, and go to the gym 1-3 times a week and do everything from the elliptical to weight training. The width of my heel and mid-foot are normal, but I have moderate bunions and tailor's bunions on both feet and these were the best fit for me. They are comfortable, don't crowd my toe box, and still fit snugly enough around the rest of my foot. I'm not crazy on the colors either, as some other reviewers mentioned, but I'm at the point now where I'll gladly buy a shoe that doesn't cause me any pain.

This is the first time I've had Asics and I was a little hesitant to spend the money but these shoes are great...I got 10.5 narrow and it fits my foot wonderfully. I have an odd size and I was excited to find a shoe that was cool looking in my size. They are definitely for the runner who needs stability and it offers great arch support with enough cushion...it was a pleasure to run in them. They are a little pricey but if they hold up will definitely be worth it.

I love Asics shoes and by ordering them online I knew that I would get yet another great pair of shoes. Most times when I go to the stores in town they have no size 11 women's shoes in fun colors. Ordering through Zappos they had 2 pair that fit my wishes for, no waiting for shoes to be ordered at a local store level.

I got this primarily to be a supportive walking shoe because I have ligament damage due to rolling my ankles. Most expensive athletic shoe I have ever owned. I really like the support, especially in the arch. I usually wear a 10N, but the 9.5N was a better fit. The toe box is more rounded than usual, but I like the look. So far, so good, but I haven't worn them for a full day of being on my feet. I really like the support!

The Kayano 20 is a great shoe, well worth the price. I use them for workouts which usually include short periods of running. The insoles are much more padded than less expensive shoes and the shoe offers great support, comfort and stability.

Love this shoe. This is my 3rd pair. They wear very well and the fit is perfect. I have long narrow feet and always order the narrow.

Excellent, supportive athletic shoe. I buy the gel kayano every year. I have a bunion and wear orthotic inserts and this is the perfect shoe; comfortable with good support. I can't address the "true to size" question. This shoe was recommended to me and fitted at a running store in Honolulu many years ago and I order that same size every year. Always a great fit; never a breaking in period needed. I wear these for my daily walk (treadmill and streets), for everyday errand running etc. I have only 1 request. Can Zappos get this shoe in more colors for those who wear the wide size? I'd love a lighter colored shoe for Vegas summer days.

Love these shoes! I use them for my work and also for running. I don't have any back problems or tired feet at the end of the day. The fit is true to size and I don't have any problems with it fitting my small feet. I went from Asics Gel 19 to 20 and it's a big difference.

I really like these shoes. I wear them for work, and stand and walk a lot and my feet never hurt.

Finally!! The shoe that works! I'm 43, just had my third child and my feet keep changing. Even with arch and heel pain, I could wear these right out of the box without orthotics. Awesome! Thank you, Zappos, for letting me try upwards of TEN pairs of shoes (that I would never have found in my local stores) until I found my salvation!!! I am a customer for life!

Love these shoes! But the best part is Zappos customer service. I came home from work yesterday at 3:30 PM to find them on my step and after trying them realized that I had ordered a 1/2 size too small (my fault). I called Zappos and they did an exchange and emailed me a shipping label. Today -- not even 24 hours after I called the shoes with the correct size arrived. What do you guys have secret ninjas delivering shoes through the night? Amazing Zappos! You are my new running shoe store! Thank you. Oh -- and I can't wait to try these on a long run this weekend!

I am loving these running shoes! I ordered the pink/white/purple color in my usual size 10. I love the bright, fun colors, and the sizing seems true for my feet. I do have a fairly narrow foot, but I do not find that these are particularly narrow. I've been running about 10 miles a week on the treadmill in these (only because it's still winter where I am), and they are very cushy and comfortable. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase.

This was my favorite shoe many years ago, but then they changed....WELL..THEY ARE BACK! ..the shoe you put on in the morning and forget you have them on.

I've been a fan of these for years. This pair is great, wearing them now, extremely comfortable. And love the black.

Favorite shoe ever! I used to get shin splints when running until I tried these shoes. I like the look, I like the feel, they breathe well, they are just perfect for my running style. Plenty of support without being too heavy. They are the best running shoes I have tried so far, and I have tried many.

I LOVE THESE SHOES! I am a daily 3 mile walker 51 yrs old. Found my feet, knees, and hips aching until I tried ASICS a couple of years ago(recommended by a floor duty RN). Now I buy a new pair each year and keep on walkin'. I do go up 1/2 size from my casual shoes to allow room for my feet to expand a bit when warmed up and make sure my toes have room. My foot is a bit wide and they are perfect for me, probably not good if you run Narrow. The colors are awesome this year. :)

These ASICS are a beautifully fabulous sneaker. The pink and orange color are gorgeous and already people have commented on how great they look. I have extremely flat feet, and a heel spur. I live in NYC so walking everywhere is a given. I was looking for a sneaker to support walking everyday, would provide cushion for my heel spur and feel like heaven for my flat feet. These have been great beyond words. I was hesitate because of the hefty price tag, but the comfort of my feet are very important to me. I'm so glad I purchased these. I'm a size 10 and have wide feet but the 10 in mediums were perfect. My feet feel like they have both the support needed but also shock protection when walking and running. I absolutely recommend these!! Thank you Zappos for getting these to me next day.

Comfy, but a little too narrow for me to run in. Ordered wide, but they're a bit narrow for a wide. Also, a half size up is a good idea.

Shoes are fantastic! Zappos fast service replacing 1st order which box said 11.5 but shoes inside 11. Best shoes purchased in years. Roomy in toes, stylish, well cushioned & great support. My feet love this shoe. Asics Gel rocks.

Wow, I just adore these. I have been trying to find the perfect pair of running shoes that I can wear all day (12 or more hours on my feet)- and here they are! I bought a pair of the gel-kayano 19s, but found that I wasn't in LOVE (it was probably just the color choices, honestly) so I returned them for a pair of the 20s. Not only did I have a WONDERFUL customer service experience, but I am just infatuated with these shoes. They are my first pair of Asics, and I just can't talk them up enough. They seem lighter than the 19s (in a good way). SO comfortable from the moment you put them on and for the entire duration of wear, SO supportive, and SO pretty! These are just the best. Also, couldn't get them from a better place than Zappos- I really love you guys!

I've tried five different brands of running shoes in the past 18 months and by far these are the best. I usually have pain in my heels as well as my right knee after I run over 6 miles. The first time I wore these shoes I ran/walked 10 miles, the day of and the following day, I felt no pain whatsoever. They are pricey, but worth every penny. I will get the orange pair as well. I love the way they look. I went one size up of my regular shoe size and have plenty of room in the front. Highly recommend them.

These continue to be the best shoes for me: having achilles tendonitis issues, I love the low cut 'V' in the back. They are light-weight, supportive and over-all wonderful. I have a very high arch and these work for me in that area, as well. I am on my feet for 8.5 hours a day at my job, and I am lucky to be able to wear these - as long as they come in black I will continue to be able to do so. I Have discoved that I must replace them twice a year - no fault to the shoes, but a testament to my hard-wear of them.
