I got these shoes because I needed something comfortable to wear since Im constantly on my feet for hours. I was thinking they were going to look weird because of the rubber heel and the black straps but they are actually very subtle. I have flat and wide feet so I was worried about fitting right. I normally wear size 8W so I ended up getting that size anyways and it fit just perfect. The rounded toes make my feet look really fat though. It took a while to break in the shoes because I felt like it was squishing down on my toes but i do have wide feet so maybe it just need some adjusting but i do feel like they have helped me a lot. I don't complain as much but it's not like walking on clouds. I think I've came to terms that my feet will always hurt just being on them for 8 hours a day.

The shoe is adorable. And very comfortable - wore them all day new and still felt good at the end of the day. I have the black and the ribbons are subtle while still being sophisticated. I wear size 9 US wide and the fit is perfect.

I ordered the Cobb Hill RevChi in an 8 W. I normally wear a 7.5-8 D. The 8's showed a noticeable gap between my heel and the shoes on all sides. I have a wide toe box and narrow heel. Since I needed the shoes asap, I called and CS sent a new 7.5W pair that arrived overnight, and I easily returned the bigger ones to the same UPS messenger who delivered the second pair. Easy! These fit. They are comfortable, easy to walk in, and suit my purpose. They're simple, not flashy, but not plain.

Love these shoes. The comfort I was looking for. They do run wide. I wear a 7 or 71/2. The 7 were too short. Even though I normally wear a med width but the narrow was perfect.

These are so comfortable. Been searching for supportive and stylish shoes and these for the bill. Nice padded heel and decent arch support. And they look cute on. Will wear mainly to work.

I love these shoes. Very pretty detailing with the ribbon and super-comfy. I got some Foot Petal insoles to wear in the wide shoes. (By the way, I wear a 7.5W New Balance sneaker; I took a 6.5W in this flat.) Looking forward to the next semi-dressy occasion so I can wear them!

What a delightful shoe this is! Comfortable and true to size I wore this shoe straight out of the box for several days in a row. The pewter color is subdued and in my opinion quite lovely!

Zappos has great patience with me. I have returned a lot of shoes this spring. I ordered these in two different colors in a narrow 40 or 9. They were a bit too short so I ordered a 9½ or 41. These are too loose to stay on my feet. Sorry but they are coming back, too.

May I say FABULOUS? May I say it again? I had a foot injury a few years ago and have been unable to find a cute flat until now. I read the reviews and thought. I'll try another. They are comfortable in every way. I have been wearing them around the house for several hours to make sure I had a good 'test run'. I have 'tender' feet...some because of my age and some because of injuries. I say...'try them'. I don't think you will be disappointed! I got the black. I wonder if they will come in more colors? (I'm not a big fan of 'snake' or 'pewter'.

These shoes are amazing! I do a lot of walking, so I am always on the lookout for comfortable shoes. These definitely fit the bill! They are padded and have pretty good support. The best part is that there was no break-in period and the extra padding by the heel meant that I never get blisters.

At last, comfortable, chic ballet flats for wide feet! Usually ballet flats hit right at the widest part of my bunion-afflicted feet in a way that hurts or else looks odd. These come up just high enough to wrap around the bunions, but still manage to look chic. And they feel like sneakers. It does not getter better than this!

Great support and pretty comfy. Insole was not as soft as I would like. I could not use my insoles because they cause the shoe to shift up and down on my heel. Great fix would be memory foam or similar insole. Overall happy with these.

I have two bunions and searched far and wide for some flats that I could wear and these fit the bill. They're wide enough and have almost enough support to prevent foot pain.

Wore this shoe out of the box and on a two week trip to Germany, I originally ordered the wide but it was too wide, so medium width worked great. Very soft insole, good traction and very supportive and good looking flat.

Love these shoes. The best flats I have ever ordered. I wore them to work the day after they arrived and they felt great. I think I am going to get another pair, different color.

Several people wrote that the shoe runs large and I found just the opposite. I have a very narrow foot and always wear an 8. My toes hit the end of the size 8 shoe. I ordered the "snake shoes" which were very cute. I really wanted them to fit and even cut my toe nails in hopes that would help. It didn't. Unfortunately Zappos doesn't have them in 8.5. Very sad because they were comfortable and I really wanted to keep them. Love Zappos!

The other reviewers were right. This fit my 8 1/2 AA foot with a AAA heel perfectly. They were comfortable from the first moment. And the pattern lets them work with khaki, taupe, grey, brown and black. I'm on Zappos today looking for more Cobb Hills. Although these were my first, they won't be my last.

Great style and very comfortable. They seem to run a bit large but all in all I would order this shoe style and brand again in a different color also.

Very comfortable flat. I have a narrow heel and wide toe area; the shoes fit both perfectly. The "pewter" color is more like "copper" but that is okay as well. They seem true to size.

These shoes are some of the most comfortable I've ever worn. As a person with Rheumatoid Arthritis, I"m super picky about shoes. These are comfortable all day long. The styling is not exactly haute couture, but if I can wear them for 15 hours comfortably, then I am happy. Very well constructed, good grippy soles, fantastic pillowy soft footbed. Even cushioned at the Achilles area. Lovely shoe.

Very comfortable shoe, fits well, good support in the arch. I have rheumatoid arthritis, and bought these for work. I wish the styling was a little younger feeling, but you can't beat the comfort. They're well made, and will likely last a long time.

I have this shoe in black and love it. I'm a teacher and I am on my feet all day, and my feet ferl so supported. These are a must. I heard that New Balance owns this company. So your flat is comfortable like a sneaker.

I only bought these because of all the reviews that said they had a hard time finding shoes that would fit their odd shaped feet. I had low expectations and figured they wouldn't work for me, but they did! I'm not crazy about the ribbon on them, but they fit and that is all that matters at this point!
