I love the shoes, when I found the size that fit. I typically wear a 9M in all shoes but I needed to get a 9½W in these flats. They are very comfortable especially with the Foot Petals that I ordered. I just needed to send back a couple of times before I found the right size.

Finally a pair of flats that I can wear for more than an hour! Another reviewer said that these shoes become more comfortable the longer you wear them, and she is right. The older I get, the harder it has become to find shoes for my narrow feet that are comfortable enough to wear all day. These shoes have a wide enough toe box to fit my increasingly problematic bunions while remaining narrow enough that I do not walk right out of them. I normally wear either a 7.5 or 8 narrow. I ordered these in 8N. They are slightly roomy but very very comfortable!

Comfortable shoes from the start, no break in period. I like the style as it has a very rounded toe; I wear wide and like a design that is wide as well. No pointed toes for me. The ribbon is a nice look, not too dressy.

These are brilliant for my hard to fit feet. I have wide feet, narrow heels and high arches. These fit well and the sueded interior ensures that the heels don't slip off. They are very padded and have decent arch support.

I don't generally wear flats because they're just not comfortable. These are! It took a few wears to break them in, but now they are super comfy!

I like the shoes very much. However, the top edge of the shoe cuts across a bunion. At the beginning of a day, it is not too bad and I think I can tolerate it. But by the end of the day, it just plain hurts. Unfortunately, I have worn the shoes a few times to work, so they cannot be returned. I will have to find someone who is my size and without bunions. The shoe is a very pretty shoe - I wish I could wear it!

Love these shoes. The crisscrossing on the heel is adorable. Have never had a ballet flat stay on my skinny sensitive feet but these work. The is a little more shoe to hold them on but not enough to change the look. Super comfy too, love this brand. Third pair I have ordered and everyone has fit perfectly and felt great. I've never had that happen before.

Comfortable right out of the box! Very nice looking flat, true to size, lightweight, flexible. Wore them on a trip immediately. Love them!

Normally, these shoes are a bit more money than I am willing to pay, however I liked the simple but sophisticated styling and the promise of good arch support. I was not disappointed. The trim on the shoes is subtle and securely stitched. The workmanship and materials are very good, but most importantly these shoes fit the bill. I wanted a simple flat with good support and that is what this shoe provides. No break-in period was needed and I have worn them twice in the few days that I've owned them.

For the most part, I do not like flats, but I know I need some. These are the best. They are comfortable and cute, and I cannot emphasize the comfort enough. I highly recommend them.

I have always loved Cobb Hill! Very comfortable, true to size, great looking shoe especially for traveling when comfort and style is important in one shoe!

These are the absolute best flats I've ever owned. Regular width was a little loose, so I went and tried a narrow of the same size, snug, but a good fit. I have flat feet, lots of issues - super hard to fit. These are perfect, built well, great support. I wish they made them in nude and brown I would buy all the colors! I'm tempted to buy another pair of black ones to have when this pair gets old or worn out.

Just received these shoes and think they are a very cute and comfortable shoe that are true to size. Haven't done any serious walking in them yet, but they feel as great as my first Cobb shoe purchased for a European vacation; and yes, I've feet issues, so I'm careful about shoe purchases. Grateful for Zappos' return policy.

I was looking for stylish but comfortable shoes to take on an overseas trip. Something that would work with jeans or dressy slacks and be good for wearing when I go sightseeing. These will certainly fill the bill. They are flattering even to my wide feet and have needed no breaking in for comfort.

These may be the perfect shoes! They are cute, comfortable, supportive, and stylish. I have them in all three colors. I absolutely love the pewter metallic! I wish Cobb Hill would make them in more colors - I would buy them all. I hear they are being discontinued? Buy them quickly!

I ordered the 11C. Too wide but very comfortable, and perfect length. I got the 11B, and it is just the slightest bit short. The shoe is otherwise so comfortable. There is no such thing as an 11.5. A 12 would look really big in this shoe, which is already a bit of a Minnie Mouse style. And I like Minnie Mouse, but she never wore a 12.

Unfortunately this ran about a half size too small for me. It is well made and would be very comfortable in the right size. Looks good with capris and long ankle pants.

Very cute comfortable shoe. I bought these for fall trip to Europe. I think they will get a lot of use. I am 8.5 medium and the fit was perfect. Nice with skirts or jeans.

These are very cute shoe. And it feels like I am wearing house slippers! I bought them in the taupe snake and the black. I may get them in the other colors also.

Cute shoe, but more than anything COMFY! I wear an 8 wide and they fit me perfect. I need an arch support because of high arches and these seem to do the trick.

These are very comfortable shoes with a nice cushion insole. The arch support is very good. I normally wear an 8 M and the 8M in this shoe fits fairly well. I have a narrow heel, so there is a little extra room, but the fabric lining at the heel keeps the shoe in place fairly well. Not all that stylish, but for a comfort shoe, they aren't too bad. They look good with skirts, jeans, and capris for the fall. I bought the pewter color and really like it. I think it makes the shoe look a little more stylish.

I don't usually wear metallic colored footwear, but these are a perfect neutral shade that can pair with anything. Excellent fit and very comfortable. Love them!

This is the most comfortable shoe I worn in a long time, I don't want to wear anything else. I have to buy wide but it still stays on my heel.

My quest for the perfect flat has finally come to fruition! I have searched for a pair of flats like this for so long! This totally embraces my feet and are so comfortable. From the moment I received them, I wore these shoes and it felt like walking clouds. I then walked 2 hours in these shoes and my feet were fine afterwards. The only caveat is that I usually wear a size 7, but that pair was too big on me and I went down 0.5 size smaller and ordered a size 6.5 and they fit perfectly! Love everything about these shoes, the fit, comfort and style great shoes!
