These are cute if the whole boot is going to show. If your pant goes over the top of the boot then all the cuteness is hidden. They were fairly comfortable the short time I had them on for trying on purposes. I returned them as they weren't exactly what I was looking for.

Love these boots!

I needed these boots for a very specific costume, but I also wanted them to be something I could wear with skirts and leggings – I’m very pleased I think I got both accomplished – the inside is very slick leather and although comfortable and supportive, without my arch supports my feet do tend to slide down into the toe box just a little bit. I have wide feet, and that can pitch if I’ve been wearing them for a couple of hours.I wouldn’t suggest wearing them all day when you’re touring or sightseeing!

I wear 7.5-8 size shoes. The 7.5 way too tight, 8 too big. 7.5 wide perfect but in all cases there is too much room in the top of the boot. As much as I like the look of these shoes, the best color, the grey brown isn't available anymore. Besides having a bit too much room in the upper part of the boot, these are very comfortable

I wear between a 7.5 and 8. I found 7.5M to be too tight but the 7.5W is much better and 8 is too big. These in general have a lot of space from the ankle up so if you have very thin legs you prob wont like them. You wont feel any support around the ankle up. on the other hand, if you have large calfs, these will prob be really nice for you. ( I have narrow calf/ankle area so I think my leg moves around too much- feels sloppy)

This is a beautiful boot. I own the Abilene style in an 8 N and it is a great fit. I ordered the same size in this one and could barely get my foot in it so it runs at least 1/2 size too small. Otherwise the quality and the construction of the boot is very nice. I own at least 4 more pair of shoes by Rockport Cobb Hill in 8N and if anything some are a little generous so this inconsistency is confusing and frustrating.

This is a cute boot, especially if you are into period costuming, this would look great for a Victorian ensemble which is what I was going for. It still looks modern with the side tab though. Unfortunately, I have to return it because it is tight at the top for me. It would be the perfect boot if it came in size 10.5 WW or if it had some elastic at the top. Nice leather, style, feminine for a flat, would recommend this boot if you don't need an extra wide size.

Fit and comfort are great. My only disappointment is that they don't really look great with a skinny jean tucked into them - I think the opening is a bit wide. They do look great with straight or boot cut jeans worn over them so I will keep them as they are super comfortable!

I love the design of this shoe! It’s surprisingly soft to walk on; it doesn’t make the clunky boot noise one would expect. Though I ordered the widest version available, it still feels slightly cramped on one side of my foot. I’m able to wear it for several hours, but am hoping it will stretch for better all day comfort. I did need to add arch support. I received several compliments on the shoes when I wore them. I

I really like the style of these boots. They are comfortable. The leather is soft. I'm sure in time they will mold to your individual foot. I happened to walk past a mirror in a store and saw the boots on my feet. I really liked what I saw. I've always liked boots over shoes with pants. These are keepers. I'm not disappointed I hope they hold up well and last a long time.

This is a beautiful boot, but did not have enough arch support for me, the medium width was too wide for my foot without big socks on. Wish it had more arch support because the narrow width would have worked.

The style of this boot is what drove me to purchase them. They are comfortable but narrow. Fortunately I have a narrow foot but with thick socks it would be tight. Overall a very nice product.

wanted to have this be my "keeper" but unfortunately, after wearing them around the house, they started to feel uncomfortable in the toe area. The toe box is shaped o turn up slightly, which is a flattering look. However, my foot doesn't turn up like that so it started hurting after a while. I originally bought the size 9, my usual, but it was too long so I sized down to a 8.5, which is when the toe box felt uncomfortable. Back to the drawing board for a stylish yet all day boot I can wear on an upcoming walking tour. *sigh*

These Cobb Hill Alexandra boots in the Stone color are very attractive (the black ones are fine, but not as much of the detail shows). However, I had trouble finding a pair that fit. I have wide toes (actually not terribly wide, but square, so I normally need a wide width) but narrow heels. The first two pairs of these I tried (in 6W) felt very comfortable, but my heels slipped so much that socks wouldn't even stay on. But the 6M was too narrow for my toes. I would have tried a 5.5W, because there seemed to be plenty of length in the 6W, but they don't come in that size. I was determined to make them fit somehow, so I bought a second pair of the 6W in Stone, and on that pair the heels don't slip too badly, so I am keeping them and hoping they don't stretch much! So while these boots are attractive and comfortable, if you have wide toes but narrow heels, these may not be the boots for you.

I really liked the look of the boots. I wear size 8.5. When I first put them on these boots felt tight on my feet and small. I could only wear a very thin sock with them. After wearing them at work all day they seemed to stretch some but overall I wish I had ordered a size 9 instead.

I have worn several pairs of Cobb Hill shoes and boots comfortably in this size, but this style seems narrower than others I have. The ball of my foot feels pinched after a short time wearing them, even just sitting, so I don't think they'll stretch out enough to be comfortable, so I have to return them.

I loved this boot. Unfortunately the first pair, 8W, was too big. My heel kept popping up. The width was perfect for my wide foot. I returned them and ordered the 7W. The right boot was perfect but the left one was still too large. I don't have uneven feet so this was strange. Sadly returned.

I usually take 8.5 W in almost any shoes, but that size in this boot was way too loose. I returned it for a 8 W which fit fine. Lovely style, comfortable on my wide feet.

So cute, I was optimistically hopeful, but the large protruding bunion on my rt. foot, made that cute bootie tight, bummed! so going back!

I bought the teal and they are more green than teal, not as shown on web site. I kept them anyway because of the comfort and style. After two weeks I sent them back today. This color showed the scuffs too easily and the scuff revealed a much lighter color. For the price they looked quite worn after a short time. I'm considering the black but also realize now they were stretching as the leather is thin. A beautiful boot though. I am a 9 1/2 N/M and they fit true to size.

Returning these because the picture shows them as far more of a teal color and the boots I received were quite a true green. The fit and comfort were above average.

I waited until the right size came back in stock. This is the third pair in this style that I had tried on for size. Finally, the right size was available but, lo, they have obviously been worn by another long enough to scuff the heels and leave creases across the toe line. First time ever that i have experienced this lack of care from Zappos in the shoes I have received. Sad day.

I should have read the reviews first. My bad. I just had my foot measured and I'm exactly an 11 B. I received these boots and my foot was totally squished, both length and width. Too bad, nice looking shoe, it's going back. I don't understand why shoe manufacturers don't seem to adhere to any sort of standard, it makes it tough to go shoe shopping (my very least favorite activity - besides cleaning the house).
