Even ordering a half size larger, these boots felt narrow and tight. The arch did not hit in the right place for my foot, and they felt awkward and uncomfortable.

This is a beautiful boot. I was excited to try it on. Problem was, I couldn't try it on. Couldn't get it over my bunion!. I ordered the size I always order and that works with other high end brands. What's going on here?

I love the look of these, but they are WAY too narrow. I have a wide foot. Always have. Would like to be about to purchase something that says "wide" and actually is "wide." Unfortunately, I have to return these and continue looking for a shoe maker that is true to it's statement. It's upsetting not to be able to purchase what I want when the reviews say it's true to size (in width). It's really not. These say wide, they're not. Don't believe it if you have a wide foot, they're extremely narrow.
