Different than expected. I purchased the teal in 9W - my usual size. The boot was very tight in the toe box and the color was brighter constructed but it wasn't me. Decided to return them.

I love the fit and feel and all-day wearability of Cobb Hill shoes and boots and these were no exception, but I just found this style to be sort of clunky and unattractive. I do wish Cobb Hill would use the same fit and technology to make more elegant styles.

This boot looked super cute in the picture and in person. Unfortunately the ankle opening was way to big and looked very unflattering on. Also, the boot didn't stay on my foot and all and I could almost take the boot off without even unzipping it. Definitely going back.

I purchased this boot because of the good reviews, but was quite disappointed when it arrived. For the price, I thought the quality was pretty cheap (plastic-y heel) and the leather was a little scuffed. The other reviews are correct - this boot is very comfortable, but a little too chunky and boring.

I ordered the Narrow and it is too wide. (I do not have a super narrow foot and can wear some shoes off the rack in Medium widths, such as a Lifestride slip on.) My sister has a Medium width foot and can wear any shoe. She tried this Narrow on and said it FITS LIKE A Medium. The shoes are okay quality, and have REMOVABLE FOOTBEDS, but you can see the glue on the seam of the toe. They are MADE IN CHINA.

It was still too narrow for me. The leather was fine.

I really like these boots, fit well, look great with leggings and pants. However I have worn them maybe 10 times for short periods of time and one heel the rubber is totally worn down and it has been less than a year of very light wear.

Very disappointed in the fit of this boot. I had purchased the same boots in brown last year and they are so comfortable. This time I ordered the same size in black and they were not as wide or comfortable. I then ordered another pair in the same size to see if it might fit better but they were even smaller than the first pair. They did not feel like a wide width at all. Normally I wear a 6W and I ordered a 6-1/2 W in these and they were still too tight.

I wasn’t sure of the size I needed (seems my feet grow a bit between purchases). Recently purchased pair of ABEO walking shoes are 8 N and for well but I tend to wear heavier socks and they have an orthotic. My 5-year old Munro American 7.5 N boots are a bit snug across the toe so I tried these Rockports (and two other styles) in an 8 N. Way to long and wide - even with heavier socks. 7.5 might be the right length but the Narrow will never be narrow enough - especially in the heel. Same problem with their Brynn Rouched Boot and Paulette loafer. I also though the toe was much rounder than expected on all the styles - clunkier looking than they seemed in the pictures. Not the right brand for me I guess.

The material of the boot felt buttery smooth, very luxurious. The boot itself felt narrow and did not provide much cushioning for my foot. The top of the boot was not flexible and felt harsh, even with socks on.

I ordered this in a narrow width (I have a narrow foot). The width was good through most of the foot, although it felt like it ran about a 1/2 size too small. The heel was not narrow and my heel kept slipping. Also the arch support did not fit my foot and did not feel good. Had to return.

Wide is not very wide. Kills my bunion.

I ordered these in the "Denim Blue," size 7-D. The only reason I am returning them is the color. They are "Denim Blue" only if you are blue/green colorblind. In my estimation they are "Denim Teal." I looked at them under fluorescent, LED, incandescent, & sunlight. Still teal, as in blue-green, emphasis on the green. I even set them on a green background; still green. The fit was OK, given that several reviewers have mentioned that the leather will stretch out in due time, accommodating a slight need for more width. If I was going to order them again, I would order the 7-E, or Extra-Wide, if there is such. The leather is extra nice. The style is Adorable! The size would have worked. If only...

I loved the shoes, it is comfortable, soft with a good support. I am returning it, since as soon as i took it out of the box, i noticed that it had been worn and there were a lot of dog hair under both shoes. I suggest, whenever you receive a returned shoes, before sending it to somebody else, inspect them for any issues.

Received my boots in timely fashion. The look and fit are good, but the material of the upper boot is cheap and even appears to have scratches in it upon closer examination. I'm disappointed that we women are expected to accept poor quality footwear. I'm sending them back. Thanks, Zappos, for your good service and wonderful return policy!

It appears that this shoe has a design flaw. The top of the zipper stitching where the ends of the thread are burnt is too rough and not covered by the zipper flap. I went to a store to see if I just received a bad pair and discovered this design flaw to be true of several other boots in this style. A super comfortable footbed and great color but this issue means boot will constantly rub and catch on socks, tights, etc.. Had to return and find something else.

The color of the actual shoe is significantly brighter and that makes a starker contrast with the color of the sole and heel. I did not love the way they looked. I also felt that the boot did not narrow enough over the top of the foot to keep the boot from feeling like it would slip off.

I was so disappointed with these Rockport boots. I have many pairs of Rockport shoes/sandals and these are not even close to fitting. Back they go...

I normally wear 10M and tried that and 11... Just didn’t fit my feet!

cute shoe however it didn't work for me. They felt very small and tight and I don't have wide feet. it seemed like a quality shoe and it looked nice. Also I noticed other reviewers commenting about the heel and I agree it is poorly designed. You feel like you could easily roll your ankle wearing these.

I love this boot so I am going to try one more time but if I get the wrong size again I think I may have to give up on Zappo's. Out of 6 orders that I have placed I have twice received an incorrect size. This time the shoes didn't match the size on the box. Zappo's motto is Powered by service... paying attention to details is critical to service.

You'd somehow dream that Rockport would make comfortable shoes! Silly silly you! These crappy booties were so narrow I couldn't walk in them. My feet are the defination of 7.5 medium width. So tight in toe box and across arch. Dont even get me started on low quality leather! Worse, zappos seems to be on vacation in updating, acknowledging or refunding cash when items are returned. Shipped my return via UPS, using Zappos return label, so really, WTF?

Wow. Just an awful fit. I ordered a wide width and this boot was very narrow in the toe/toebox then ballooned out in the middle and then was super tight in the ankle yet somehow my heel slipped when I walked around. I loved the color and style of the boot but woooweee the fit was really weird.

At least 2 sizes too small. I’d been wearing the same size in Cobb Hill shoes for years, but now they’re Rockport Cobb Hill.
