These boots are great. I bought a size 7 narrow and they fit perfectly. They are very comfortable and warm. I also love the look.

This is my third pair of Cobb Hill boots (the other two were the "Sarah" style) and I am batting 1,000. I figured with this being a New Balance company, the boots would be comfortable and they truly are. I can wear them all day. They are well made and stylish. I get compliments on all three pairs.

I have trouble wearing heels or anything snug across the toe box, so I thought that any boot like this would be impossible for me. Not so! This little boot is pretty comfortable. I only give it four stars for comfort because anything with a heel isn't five star comfort in my book. The leather uppers are really soft - like glove leather, very nice. The styling is like a boot with spats. I wear it with pants mostly, but I'd try it on with a dress or skirt. I'm really happy with these and would recommend them to others, especially if you're older and really need a comfortable shoe.

Love these - really beautiful styling, and super comfortable, even on my cranky wide feet. Ordered these in a wide, and my feet don't feel pinched at all. Would love these in brown, but didn't like the shades (too red or too tan).

I was looking for a comfortable low-healed boot for cold weather to wear to work and this is it. My feet get sore with even the best of shoes but these seem to stay comfortable throughout the work day without feeling like I need to take them off, that's a plus for me!

I have shopped for three years for a comfortable, stylish pair of boots. I have all kinds of trouble with my feet and I could not find anything until I found these boots. They are so comfortable and, as you can see, very stylish. I wore them all day shopping over the holidays with no pain in my feet. I even left them on after I got home to cook dinner in!! I was so thrilled to be able to wear pretty boots again. I can wear an 8½ or 9. I ordered a 9 in these so I could wear socks with them. The 9 is perfect for me. So I would have to say that they are true to size. I really can't speak too much to arch support because the one thing that I do not have a problem with is the arch. But I am assuming that the arch support is good since they are so comfortable for me. Oh, I also get compliments on them!

I love the Cobb Hill shoes for style, quality, and selection of wide sizes, which I have a very difficult time finding. Cobb shoes run a bit large in length. I normally take a 9.5 w or 9 ww. In Cobb Hill I take a 9w. This boot is stylish and very comfortable. I will have it in Black and Almond. The color in the photo is accurate.

I love the short boot. 7.5 wide a little large but I knew I would wear with socks so works well. First time I wore them folks noticed and complimented me. That first time I had them on for 5 hours and my feet felt fine. These boots are more glove like not stiff. Jeans or slacks....they look great.

Worth every penny. High quality look and good fit (perhaps a touch on the small size). They were waiting for me when I got home from a very long day at work and they felt like pillows under my feet. Very good arch support.

These shoes are by far the most arch support of any boots that I have tried on. I love the low heel. I tried the wide shoe thinking about room for socks but had to return as it felt two sizes too big. The 10M fits like a dream.

I was excited by the great reviews this Cobb Hill shoe received and couldn't wait to get a pair. Well I got it and it's every bit as good as everyone said. The quality/make of the shoe is excellent, soft and rich. The zipper zips up and down easily (sometimes with other brands they could get jammed). I can barely tell I'm wearing shoes with heels, it's cushy and so comfortable. I normally wear 8-1/2 to 9 Wide, and the 8-1/2 wide fits me fine as long as I'm not wearing thick fluffy socks. So tempted now to get more Cobb Hill shoes. =)

My first pair of boots in years and I am so glad I got them. They are stylish and as comfortable as possible with a little heel. Good quality and good fit. Love them!

Wow! Just received my boots by Cobb Hill, and what a great fit! I immediately put them on, and they feel great! The arch support is an added bonus. I wear a 7M and they are perfect. I noticed they are a New Balance shoe, which I thought was made in the USA, but these shoes are made in China! Anyway...great boot and very comfortable! I will be ordering another pair in Red or Merlot!

Bought this for my tween daughter after ordering and returning many other boots. This is both cute and very comfortable. She was happy from the moment she put them on. Great pick.

Another winner from Cobb Hill. I am so glad that I tried this brand. These are the most comfortable and true to fit shoes that I have ever worn. No breaking in for me. They were great from the moment that I put them on. I also ordered another style with the intent of keeping just one. That all changed when I slipped them on. They both were too comfortable to return. I will be buying more from Cobb Hill!

I'm so disappointed these didn't really fit! They're adorable and just what I was looking for style-wise, but they seem to run a little narrow. Walking in them revealed a pinch on the right near my pinky toe, and showed me the heels are placed in a way that they will likely slip out from under my feet.

a real cute boot and nice that you have to option to purchase it in a wider size. I can wear a size 7 but ordered a 7 1/2 and it was perfect. I have bunions so being able to get the boot in a wider size was a special treat.

Comfortable right out of box

Fit was true to size; leather on the ankle was soft, and the heel a nice mid-range that I think would make this a versatile style for a lot of fashion occasions. Alas, the toe box, even in the wide, was a little too narrow/shallow for me; the top of the boot pressed right on my bunion. It might have loosened up, but I'm not brave enough to risk it when the boot's over $100. Usually Cobb Hill is a great fit for me, so I'm grateful for Zappos' awesome customer service so I can keep looking! If you don't need the wide toe box, this is a stylish shoe.

These are great looking boots. The leather is soft and they look very stylish. Unfortunately, I normally wear a 10 1/2 N and these don't come in that size. Since I had never had shoes like these, I hoped an 11 N would fit, but they are too wide in the heel for me. I'll have to return them unless I decide to wear heavy socks in them.

Really cute boot, but the toe box was just a little too tight - narrower than I expected. I wanted to keep them, but had to return.

These were comfortable. But in person....I really didn't like the style at all.

Size 11. It runs narrow but I can feel I will be able to walk it in. The heel doesn’t feel very supportive, feels like I will easy roll to the size and twist my ankle. Will return them

Loved the style and they seemed true to fit and nicely made. However, I have foot problems and this was not a boot that I thought I could wear for hours in comfort.

I purchased an half a size bigger in the wide width. I will not be able to wear thick socks in the ankle boots. The circumference is always a challenge for me because most ankle boots cut into my ankles. These measure 12 inches around and were very soft and flex with my ankles’ movements. Because the leather was so soft, they didn’t dig into the front and outer sides of my ankles. Regarding the footbeds, it felt like I was standing on concrete or rocks. Extremely uncomfortable. Fortunately the insoles were removable. I removed them and placed a thin, flat, soft pair of insoles in, and then put the original insoles on top of them. This made them comfortable.
