Very comfortable! I work very long hours all on my feet and usually have to buy inserts for additional support but not necessary with these! This will definitely be my brand of choice!

I purchased two colors. The size is right on. The first time I wore them my feet were happy. I didn't slip because of cheap soles either. I tried to order these some time ago and signed up to be notified when they restocked. Sure enough, the system worked! I'm impressed.

I absolutely loved these boots. They are ohh so soft. Sadly, my usual 7½ size did not fit (and I am usually fairy consistent in shoe size). They were very narrow in the toe box area. I am unsure if the next half size up will fix this problem but I loved them so much that I am gong to try! I am just concerned that the next half size up will them be too long as they felt true to size lengthwise - I have the thumb-width gap between my toe and the end of the boot. I did not think that I had wide feet, but if you have narrow feet then these are awesome!

These are great. I don't wear heels very often, and these are very comfortable. The very first day I wore them I did a lot of walking and had no issues.

So bummed! This is a gorgeous boot. I ordered it in wide, but received the medium width, which didn't work for me. The leather is beautiful, design is sharp and Cobb Hill is superb construction. If you're a medium width, go for it!

I LOVE THESE BOOTS! They are absolutely as comfortable as they are cute and totally worth the money! I've had them for almost a month and can vouch for their comfort whether walking short or long distances or standing in interminable airport security lines. I write all of this as a person who has worked on her feet for many years and has to be really mindful of the type of footwear she buys. If you're like me and need comfort with your cute, these boots are for you!

I ordered these boots, and absolutely love them. They are comfortable, but fit perfectly. Also, I think they are very classy looking.

Are you kidding me? Cobb Hill and Zappos, win win. So happy to have discovered Cobb Hill, this is my third pair in different style. Does not disappoint. Wonderful to have shoe or boot in many sizes and widths. The craftsmanship and detail are top notch. Feels like putting on fine fitting gloves. I wear a 9N and have a very narrow heal, this is a nice fit. I would wear thinner socks with these. I bought the 'Almond' and wondered if these would be as reddish tan as they appear on my computer. Glad to say they are more of a tan, not reddish at all. To my liking even more. Cobb Hill you rock, keep up the good quality and you have a fan forever. Zappos, you're pretty cool too.

I absolutely love these boots. They are uber cute & very comfortable. The leather is soft & beautiful, and the inside of the boots are awesomely squishy. I could happy wear them daily for the rest of my life. Very happy with my purchase!

As a woman in her mid-thirties who walks A LOT (minimum 5-7 miles per day) in New York and Boston. I have started to develop some shoe and foot and back problems from walking in the wrong shoes once or twice (or 100+ times too often...) So I have finally decided it is high time to do a massive overhaul of my shoe wardrobe - throw away anything that is worn out, hurts my feet, or in the wrong size and START OVER. This is where Zappos and Cobb Hill come in. I had never heard of this brand before, but when I started looking for shoes in a 9.5 W based on customer reviews "Cobb Hill" kept coming up. So I ordered pretty much the entire line (with the full intention to return most of them...) This boot is FAR and AWAY the most comfortable boot I have ever worn. As we are currently buried in about 4 feet of snow with more on the way, I haven't had a chance to take them outside yet, BUT what I CAN say is that I have kept them on inside my all hard-wood apartment to keep testing them out for several hours at a time every day over the past week and I literally forget they are on my feet. They are SOOO supportive and comfortable. Though I always steer away from heels for city walking after too many emergency stops at the nearest payless (yuck) to grab ANYTHING that could get me back to the train station, these boots have proven to be MORE supportive and comfortable than flats. I kept coming back to the Alexandra after trying on the Samantha (slightly too narrow in the toe box for me) :(, the Sienna (slightly too high of a heel for me), and I'm still waiting for the Shannon. But the fact that this is the boot that I keep gravitating towards is proof enough that this is THE ONE. As a skier, there is a saying: "Date your skis, Marry your boots"... I think I'm ready to propose. :)

Cute and comfy. I like the color and that it feels a bit more casual. This is great with dresses or pants. The leather is soft and there is good arch support.

I love these boots - I wear them every day. Very comfy and good looking.

These ankle boots are very comfortable. The top of the boot is extremely soft around the ankle. I had to order a half-size larger than my normal shoe size though. However, they make my feet look smaller.

I have been ordering shoes from Zappos for several years! I have never purchased any that didn't fit perfect; are very comfortable. Also, It is amazing that Zappos has no shipping charges and also pays for any returns! I have recommended Zappos to many of my friends!

These are adorable, but arrived scuffed (and not as in an on-purpose way). They didn't appear to be properly wrapped up, so this may have occurred during shipping. Hopefully my next pair will arrive in better condition.

These are beautiful, comfortable boots. However, I normally wear a 9N, but had to exchange that size for a medium as the boots are cut very slim; I could not get my feet into them (I felt like one of the evil stepsisters!). I chose the almond and it is beautiful, can be worn with any color. I am very pleased.

These are the nicest boots I have ever owned. I paid full price because I really wanted some nice boots that came in narrow. I have sore feet and a bad back and I am rarely am able to find good shoes and boots that fit well. The comfort these boots provide is wonderful. They are very stylish and I get lots of compliments. I would love to get another pair in a different color.

I love these boots. I got the Merlot in 7W. I had to send them back as I did not like the red color. I guess I did not expect it to be such a deep red/brown--maybe more brownish. Pretty, but just not me. I am going to try to get the shoe in the Almond color but am waiting for them to come back into stock. I can get them on another website but am going to wait for Zappo's as there is a real trust issue for me, & I trust Zappo's to have my best interest at heart.---- The boot did seem a little too roomy or "sloppy" in the heel area & up around the top (shaft) but I can live with that. I did not have a real thick sock on. It would be good for jeans tucked into. These are very classy boots that can be dressed up or down.

I love Cobb Hill! I have a couple of different pairs and they are so comfortable that I ordered this style for my daughter. Cobb Hill seems to run just a little narrow and I got her a medium, they were too tight so I reordered in wide and they fit perfectly. She wears 8M or sometimes W in other brands. These are in wide.

Beautiful, beautiful boots! Fit like a soft glove and didn't require any breaking in. The color is prettier than the pictures on the site. If you are going to wear thick socks, you might want to order a size up but I wear them for work so with thin socks or stockings they fit perfectly.

These boots are very stylish and comfortable. They fit true-to-size for me (11M), but I sadly needed to return them. I had an ankle injury that has made it a bit difficult to wear anything with any kind of heel. These have a fairly low heel, but it was enough to hurt my ankle a bit when walking. If you want a beautiful and comfortable boot, definitely check these out!

Love these boots. Great color (I got the red) and super comfortable. No problem walking around the city in these. I can honestly say these are the most comfortable pair of boots I own other than Uggs, and of course they look great.

These are great boots. They are worth the money, true fit and comfortable from the first day. They are a little tight in the toe for one foot, but I have a bunion, and it stretched perfect after one wearing. They have nice looking heels.

Very comfortable from the time I slipped them on. I am very picky about comfort as I have had 2 bunion surgeries and have a high arch. I can't wear too high of a heel and need a toe box that's not too narrow. Also, this shoe doesn't look dowdy and will be great with leggings.

Love these boots! They are stylish & comfy. A bit more arch support would make them even better. I wear a 10N and a lot of the cute footwear is not available in my size so these are a great find. No breaking in period for these, just put them on and go.
