The shoes look/feel good but the soles started falling off after only one wear. Zappos thankfully took them back. These shoes are junk.

The picture looked cute but the reality is these boots are frumpy and appear to be very cheap.

Not what I expected at all! I was excited when I got the message my shoes were delivered, but very disappointed when I got home and saw them and more when I tried them on.

Way too small--and did not fit my feet at all.

I got a lot of wear from these booties, and I really liked them. I take decent care of my shoes, and I expect them to last several years. When I got them out to wear this winter, they had developed a very annoying squeak. My local shoe repair says this cannot be fixed. Now I'm looking for a longer-lasting boot.

I tried three different sizes in attempt to get a good fit. Unfortunately though I love the looks of these boots, I cannot get a comfortable fit.

Poor quality- part of the shoe actually came off when I put it on. This has happened twice with this brand Cobb Hill so I won't be trying them again. Disappointed:(

As one other reviewer mentioned, the sole on both shoes has detached for the second time. Back to the shoe repair store to get them glued back together. I'm not at all hard on my shoes, and have several other pairs of Cobb Hill shoes, but this pair has really failed me, especially because they're pricey! I would have given them one star, but the comfort and style are tops.

I bought these after buying the Angelina t-strap heels and was totally let down by the amount of support. Zero! I think they may have forgotten to add the insole or something, they were awful! Immediately returned them. Going to try another bootie style and hope it's got the kind of support that the Angelina heels have!

I thought I had read all the reviews, but had not gotten to the negative ones. I too had the problem of the sole separating from the right of shoe. I was in Europe and had to buy another pair of shoes. Why do such expensive shoes, fall apart like they do!!

I was disappointed in the quality of the shoe - for the price I expected something more substantial. It didn't feel like real leather. They were also very long - probably a half size larger than what I ordered.

I loved these shoes at first because they are so comfortable. I bought a pair and within two weeks the zipper on one shoe broke. I quickly exchanged them. The new pair was no better. The soles on both shoes started coming apart from the shoe. I've had the new pair less than three weeks. For the price, I'm very disappointed in the quality.

I so wanted to loved these boots but alas... I have a really wide foot, and it's tough to fit. I ordered these in the W width and while they fit, they were really uncomfortable around the inside of my heel of all places. Plus I felt they looked and felt really cheap and flimsy. Very sad.

This shoe is not for me. It is much cuter in the picture and in profile. I anticipated it for a trip, but it made my foot look old, not young and hip. the toe is too long and round -- it looks old not modern. unfortunately returning.

I first bought these boots when Cobb Hill was made by New Balance. They were so comfortable! It was like walking on clouds. I decided to buy a replacement pair because it's been nearly five years and they were looking a bit worn. The style has changed enough so that they don't fit my foot any longer. They are too narrow in the heel and in the toe area. I was so disappointed. They will have to go back.

NO arch support, which was very surprising for Cobb Hill. Also, the style isn't flattering. REturning this now.

I have two pairs of the original Cobb Hill version of these boots and I have loved them for years - so I was super bummed to discover that the updated Rockport version, although it LOOKS identical, is significantly narrower. DO NOT BUY if you are expecting size "W" to actually be wide.

I never give reviews, and I really liked these, but the sole of one of the boots dis-attached a couple of months after wearing them. I expect my boots to wear out, not fall apart. Kinda disappointed...

SOLES FELL OFF! I see another review from a customer who had the same experience I have: the soles fell off! I have also complained to New Balance and now to Zappos; however, they are out of warranty so I am out the $134 I paid for them and what a paid for repair that didn't hold. Sad, one of the most comfortable shoes I have ever had.

This WAS a great shoe until the soles detached from the upper part of the shoe. They self-destructed after 5 months of occasional wear.

What a total disappointment. They fit perfectly, run true to size. They looked great. Standing in them, even on carpet was like standing on bare ground. The sole was absolutely not there. They could not possibly have any support the bottom felt thin as parchment. I returned them. I have purchased plastic flip-flops at the beach with more support. Shame on you, Cobb Hill!

New Balance makes these? What a disappointment! The shoe fit perfectly, my 8 1/2 wide was indeed an 8 1/2 wide. However, once on, the shoe felt flimsy, like I was standing on cardboard and it smelled like...plastic, not leather. Sadly, I had to return these. I'm a little hesitant to look at any more Cobb Hill after this experience.

I am so disappointed by these shoes. They were incredibly comfortable right out of the box and look so cute (I was tempted to buy another pair in black!), but they totally fell apart within a month. The sole started separating from the upper part of the shoe, on both shoes, and now they are completely unwearable. VERY POOR QUALITY, especially for the price.
