I really like the look and feel of this boot! The leather is soft, not hard like some! I wear a 6 1/2 Wide shoe, but these we too narrow for me in a 6 1/2 wide. I'm returning them for a 7 wide. So hoping they will fit!

Too flat and the upper was stiff and uncomfortable.

I really love the look of these boots but just can't get exactly the right size.

I will start by saying that this is my favorite work shoe ever. I have bought four pairs in different colors over the last decade, when the company was just "Cobb Hill." I had zero problems with my first three pairs, wore them every single day, and they all lived a long natural life with zero problems. However, as everyone is saying, the newer shoes appear to have a manufacturer's defect in that the sole comes off of the shoe. I have had them glued and re-glued at my local shoe repair store too many times to count. Now, once again, the sole is coming off, and I am now here to buy a new pair and am surprised to discover that I am not the only one. I'll probably still buy a new pair since I basically depend on these. Time will tell if my new pair has the same issue.

I needed a wide wide, which zappos doesn't carry, however the boot shaft was way too wide. Felt awkward. But the leather was so soft. Wish they had fit. Super cute.

I likes the style of this boot,but it felt stiff and didn't fit as well the Cobb Hill Nicole booties that I also purchased.

The color is much more red than I had hoped. The ankle portion of the boot is quite large. I wanted a closer fit around the ankle. Will return but will not re-order.

This bootie is adorable and well made. However, the medium was too narrow and the wide was too wide,so I sent them back. I have other Cobb Hill shoes that fit fine in medium, so I guess this one is just cut narrower than usual. Sure do wish they had fit.

Cute, but too narrow in the toe and too wide in the heel. Unusual, because I generally fit size 7 medium width with no problem. They also squeak when you walk. Returning.

I ordered these in 10N. The right shoe felt close to size but the left shoe felt too long and much too wide. The left shoe fit as though it were regular width rather than narrow width. Cute and stone color is nice, but the fit was inconsistent. It's difficult to comment on comfort when the fit was exact. So, I returned them.

These are really cute but I bought a 9 wide my usual size and they are at least 1 size too large. The width is ok in a nine but if I buy an 8 I don't think they will be wide enough.

I take a 6-1/2 wide shoe with a high arch and instep, and my other pair of Cob Hill shoes fits well in that size. I want to wear socks with these booties to keep my feet warm in winter, so ordered a 7 wide. I can barely get my feet inside this shoe with socks on, and naturally, without socks my foot swims inside.

This seems comfortable. However, I ordered the stone. In the picture it looks almost greenish. In real life it is more like a dun color of brown, like fake brown suede. Otherwise, maybe not quite as cute as the picture but I think if the color had been accurate I would have kept them.

The size 12 boots M width were too big for me. I usually get a medium width, because narrow sizes usually are too tight. Perhaps a size 12N width would have worked for me or an 11½M, but as of now they do not have this size. These are good, comfortable boots.

I love this style in an ankle boot, but the leather narrows right at the ankle bones, which will cause discomfort, blistering, and possibly bruising. Therefore I'm returning them. Thanks to Zappos for your generosity in helping us all to find shoes that we'll finally be able to wear shoes that won't just sit in our closet for years before we donate them, new and unworn, to a thrift shop.

I was sent a used boot and also a big part of the soles had come off of both boots. I'm sure this was a mistake on their part, but I lost my confidence in this boot. I had made up my mind I was going to keep the medium width boot of this size which I had ordered as well, but changed my mind.

They're a little too shiny. They might've been cuter if I had thinner legs and could pull them off with leggings, but I'm not and I can't. I would keep them and wear them if they were half this price, but for this price I want to love my shoes.

These boots are good looking and comfortable. They are easy to put on/take off. I ordered a 1/2 size up because of a bunion. It would have been great if I could have had my correct size in a wide width, but these are working out. I put in an improved insole and they are comfortable for all day.

I think these boots are adorable, but will be returning them because they are a bit narrow for my foot (I found them to run true to size). Also, for my money, the material didn't feel like it was a boot that should be priced this high to me.

Bought these along with some Reikers for a trip to Paris. I was hoping for stylish ankle boots that were also comfortable. Well, these are comfortable, yes, but miss the mark on style. They were headed in the right direction with the leather details. But the ankle is a bit wide and overall, they strike me as a little dowdy. I kept the Reikers (though they need added inserts for comfort) and sent the Cobb Hill boots back.

The heel part is uncomfortable...it's hard and rubbing my skin. I bought them to be comfy everyday booties, so I am returning these. Also they are not as cute in person as on the screen.

I'm an 8.5 wide but will buy regular width boots if they are a 9M in which I can also fit orthotics inside for more support. That usually works for me but not for these. The 9M was very snug without my orthotic although the length was fine. These are very nice looking too bad they do not fit properly. They are going back. The Rieker 9M has more room in the toe box.

I was searching for a boot that would be comfortable to stand in all day, yet also looks nice and is a little fun. I love the color of these boots- but unfortunately the comfort is not there for me. The shape of the foot is very narrow in the front half of the sole, making my foot feel very pinched. As a result, these are going back. I THINK these would have been fairly comfortable if the width had worked- but it's hard to say since the front footbed was so darn tight. I almost never have issues with shoe width, especially in boots- so to me these ran very narrow. The strange part was that the heel is fine- so for me at least, they weren't narrow all over. I normally wear a 9 or 9.5 regular, and ordered these in a 9 based on reviews here. The length was fine- it was the width that got me.

I could have lived with the style if these had only been wide enough. Boots that are too narrow are just not OK! No breaking in for this girl; I need comfort.
