I love these boots! I ordered an 8, which is my usual size, and they are the perfect fit for a boot. They're a bit roomy so I could wear thick socks which is great. They're also very warm. Great style too.

Decided to buy these as a change from the many Uggs I have bought. I needed something warm and weatherproof. To me they feel like a sneaker when wearing them. They are comfortable but don't feel like they'll be particularly warm as there is no shearling in foot of the boot. I am usually a size 7.5 (6 in Uggs), ordered the 7 and they fit perfect with room for a thick sock. Overall not as warm and comfy as Uggs but weatherproof and I think they'll last longer than my Uggs have been doing.

These are really nice. Very comfortable, sufficient traction for snow/slush. Good for running through the snow with the dog - and easy on/off for those quick trips to the backyard. My only complaint is that they are NOT fully shearling lined. Only at the top. I have ordered shearling insoles so I don't have to put on socks for the quick trip outside with the dog in the evening.

Excellent design, very comfortable and 100% waterproof. Runs half size larger than marked, but with thicker socks is okay. I would definitely recommend Sorel Glacy.

I normally wear a size 7.5 but decided to get a size 8 because 7.5 were never available when I wanted to order. I haven't worn the boots yet because they just arrived but when I slipped my feet in the boots felt fine. I tried them on with both thick socks and no socks at all and they felt like a perfect fit. Not too loose at all. Hopefully they still feel perfect when I decide to wear them out. These boots are a very stylish alternative to Uggs. I am very happy with my purchase.

Want the fleecy comfort and warmth of Ugg without the messy unstructured reputation they've gotten from teens? These Sorels are for you. They slip on and off with ease, they're super cozy, and they're stylish.

Returned. They weren’t easy to get on.

I wore these boots for the first time in temperatures in the mid-20°, and I was disappointed how chilly my feet felt. I probably will not wear them when the weather is below freezing. Too bad - I bought them to replace my worn out Uggs but those are warmer by far. The soles seem okay in the snow and on ice. I have high insteps and had trouble getting the boot on the first few times - one foot really tight - I almost gave up. They are a tad bit big - I ordered my regular size 8 and will need to wear thick socks even though half a size smaller would be too small.

These boots required a great deal of grunting and energy to get them on. They need a zipper. I need boots that I can easily get on and off. I like the looks of the boots but they were not functional for me.

I wore these beautiful, warm, well-made boots once after tugging them on with boot horn for fifteen minutes. Once on, they were comfortable for driving, walking on clear pavement and indoors. Oddly tight on my big toe. Even with lug soles, they slip badly on ice. A friend says eventually the shaft stretches enough to make them easy to pull on. There's no tab to help pull them on. Tried one more time recently and gave up. Not worth the time it will take to break them in. Back they go. Too bad.

I am starting to find more cons with these boots the more I wear them. One, I wish there were still knee high boots in my size available. Today, the weather was a wintry mix of rain and snow. I stepped into some water and it shot above the boot all over my pants. Second, my dress pants cannot be tucked into the boots without a second thought. They keep poofing out and almost come out completely. I never had this problem with my knee high Hunters. Last, and well most importantly - that puddle? Well my sock got wet. Maybe I got a defective boot, but it was not waterproof. These boots are fine in just snow and either leggings or jeans. But they are not functional for me otherwise. Also, other reviews are correct. The length of the foot is fine, however the boot was too wide. I had to put in Dr. Scholl's inserts to make it more snug (out of desperation since a blizzard was coming). I will be getting new boots next season.

Cute good looking waterproof snow boots are hard to find. These cuties are cute, but too big, between half or full size too big. Not sure if a new size will fit.

They are pretty comfy, but look like ridiculous moon boots. Had to return them because when I walked, my foot would barely stay in them and my socks would slide all the way down my foot. If I were just shoveling snow in front of my house in them, they'd be cozy, but I intend to walk, so No.

Nice! But too small. I am a solid 7, and the 7 bumped my toe at the end in normal socks. So, too snug, and I for sure would want to wear these with thick wool socks, so returning!

Boots are too big in 8 1/2 and probably too small in 8. They are also a bit clunky looking and kind of heavy on the foot. Probably better for me to try boots on in person.

I was attracted to these because they looked comfortable but also more sturdy than my BearPaw boots...and are waterproof! Unfortunately, the sheepskin only extends down the shaft of the boot and not into the ankle/toes. They are not very warm and I don't want to be obligated to wear heavy socks in them. Sad to return.

I was looking to replace my 12-year old Ugg Brooks which have taken a beating and served me well. These boots have a great sole, very grippy. They work great as to slip on to make quick trips outside and can be work with or without socks. Unfortunately after about six weeks as I was slipping my right foot in, it caught on the seam where the fleece meets the faux shearling and tore a hole. Super disappointed that these boots didn't make it two months! Kudos to Zappos VIP, they allowed me to apply the purchase and exchange them for something else and I don't have to send these back. I'll wait til the fall and purchase another pair of Ugg Brooks instead.

Cute boot, made well, except that when I put my foot it, it slides forward, pushing my toes into front of boot. The footbed is a good size and width for a size 8, but the fact that something about the shape of the boot pushes the foot forward, makes it an uncomfortable fit. If I got a bigger size, my heel would flop out of position. Disappointed.

The instant I took these boots out of the box I knew they would never work in a Minnesota winter. About a quarter inch (if that) in what looks like a synthetic lining, with not much of a sole. I need boots that will keep my feet warm and dry if I'm outside in the snow for 2-3 hours, in below-zero temps. Because I also walk outdoors in boots, I don't want the clunky Sorels; they are really good for standing but not for moving around, For years I've gotten short sheepskin boots with a thick sheepskin or wool lining and a solid rubber sole with good traction to keep the water out. I get a new pair every 3-4 years b/c I wear them out. My first boot of this type was a Sorel, then migrated to other brands. Looking again, ordered a Sorel b/c the brand is so well known here in the northland; they are the name of winter boots. But not any more.
I'd also recommend:
Koolaburra, although Zappos doesn't carry their sheepskin boots. Too bad.

I got these boots today, opened the package happily and I noticed that the left one is totally torn inside Not a good experience especially that I was hoping to wear it for our upcoming ski trip

While cute, these boots are break-your-face slippery. There is no traction whatsoever on any slick surface. Walking to my office in these (midtown Manhattan) was like trying to walk on a slip and slide. It was fine on the sidewalks, but my foot slipped three times on the subway stairs, twice on the platform, and another few times in the deli by my office because they were wet on the bottom. Even my Chuck Taylors aren't that bad. They might be good in snow, but given the fact that I can't do basic walking in dry areas, they are going back.
