The best flats ever! I have flat, narrow feet, so I wanted a flat with support. I hate the cheap flats I've tried on at other stores. I have a toddler, so I needed something stylish, but comfortable for all day wear. The straps help to secure the shoe in place. I've received tons of compliments already! I'm definitely going to order another pair before they sell out!! I just wish there were more color options. I usually wear a 6/6.5, but the 5.5 fit perfectly!

I've received a number of compliments on these shoes. They feel like slippers on your feet even after a long night of standing.

I just received these shoes in the mail much faster than I expected. I put them on and have not taken them off. So cute, so comfortable. I work on my feet 8 - 12 hours a day. They are great.

These shoes are amazing! They are true to size. Look adorable with skirts, dresses, pants, capris. So many compliments. The back zipper is a great touch! So comfortable too. I would buy these in other colors if they had them. A must have shoe.

These Kenneth Cole Reaction ballerina flats are comfortable, beautiful, and the leather and stitching are soft. They don't pinch or scratch if worn on bare feet. I have narrow heels and sometimes even Mary Janes turn into flip flops- these fix that problem entirely. My whole foot stays comfortably in the shoe at all times. The tiny amount of toe cleavage looks good too.

I just received these in size 5. As you can imagine, it is difficult to find comfortable, fashionable shoes in my size. Many designers don't even make them anymore. Anyway...wow! I love the look, they are well made, and very comfortable. These are definitely a step up from a traditional ballet flat in every way. I am so pleased! Note that there are a few other brands offered on Zappos that look nearly the same...but I'll point out a few differences that may make a difference to you. One has a caramel colored lining (sometimes the lining shows as you walk), one has a much more squared off toe, and still another has a completely flat insole. Personally, I love the KCR's almond shaped toe, black lining, and extra padding in the ball and heel of the shoe. Also, at the back where it zips, it is very smooth. I've already had them on with ankle pants, and can't wait to wear them with maxi-dresses, skirts, and really, just about everything! This will be a three season shoe for me...anytime but when the snow flies! As always, great job Zappos.

These shoes are comfortable right out of the box. I like the styling with the ankle straps. I have a wide foot with high arch. The arch support is not significant, but an insert could be added. The width is pretty good for me, I could see this shoe fitting someone with standard width foot or slightly wider. I am hoping the ankle straps loosen up a bit overtime. These would be comfortable for a day of light walking.

Super comfy and so cute! Great with slightly cropped skinny jeans and long or short dresses. Zipper on the back of the heel takes a little getting used to when you walk, but so adorable they are worth it. Definitely run large - I am usually a 7.5 or 8 and I am wearing a 7 in these and they are a bit roomy.

These are absolutely adorable. I bought these for my 21 year old daughter for Christmas. These are the second pair because she wore the first all of the time and ended up getting paint on them (couldn't remove the paint). They are true to size and have padding on the pressure points of the foot bed. The straps are stretchy, which makes it comfortable around the ankle. Back zipper makes it easy to put on and take off. These are very comfortable but have no arch support for higher arches. You don't have to be 21 to wear these! They are ageless.

I feel like I found the impossible! I am short & have never worn flats with a dress. Totally scored with these. Received a ton of compliments. The fit is awesome, super comfortable right out of the box. Wore to a wedding & reception. After a long ceremony & 1/2 way into the reception I was the only female with shoes on. Love these shoes.

While I was hesitant to purchase these because reviews said there was little to no arch support, I am glad I did. It turns out that I usually don't enjoy flats not because there is no arch support but because they are stiff and uncomfortable. These are like a dream on my feet and I've only worn them once but they were perfectly comfortable all day long with no "socklets" and I have extremely delicate skin and a high standard for comfort. I ended up having to order 3 sizes though. My usual 7.5 was way too big while the 6.5 was a bit too snug. The 7 works perfectly. Love these!

LOVE these cute shoes; however they are about 1/2 size too big. Returning for smaller size!

Cute and comfy, a nice twist on the old ballet flat, as the straps literally make them look like ballet shoes. They feel and look well made, too. I doubt they'll last forever but I hope they last awhile, they go with everything.

These shoes are SUPER cute! I needed flats that had some kind of ankle strap, and these are perfect. The ankle band is stretchy but not too tight, and I don't have dainty ankles! They're well made, with room for a thinner arch insert, which I need. They don't have much arch support otherwise.

Love these shoes. I was looking for comfortable but stylish shoes to wear on vacation-these were perfect! I logged a lot of miles on the streets of Paris in these.

Love these shoes! Surprisingly comfortable. I have the same shoe in a light brown. I like how the elastic bands help hold the shoe on the foot, yet they are not too tight to be annoying.

I love these shoes! They are great to wear, once you break in the elastic because it is a bit snug. They are very comfortable and go great with jeans, dresses, skirts or capris! I wish there were more color choices. I plan on buying a second pair so that I will have a backup for when I wear these out.

I really liked these shoes but I ordered a 1/2 size larger as I usually do with the ballet flats and they are too big. The shoe runs true to size. The elastic is a bit tight but I'm sure they will stretch out with wear. They look like black ballet shoes--really adorable and very comfortable. Zipper on the back keeps elastic from getting too stretched out.

Ahhhh, bliss. These already feel like they've been broken in just for my feet. They're a little plain to look at, but they go with everything. Love, love, love.

These shoes fit perfectly, even 1/2 size up. So, so comfortable and add great style to anything; denim capris to dressy black capris. Will take them everywhere this summer.

Love these! I have such a hard time finding shoes that fit me because my ankles are very narrow. These are just perfect and fit so well. They are also super cute and amazingly comfortable.

I needed a dressier shoe, NO HEEL that would fit my orthotic and not look too clunky. These are very comfortable, & the orthotic doesn't show. I wear between a 9 and 9.5, and between a narrow and medium width (the orthotic pushes every shoe size up a bit). These feel secure and I can wear them all day.

I love these shoes! My challenge is that I love them so much I want them in other colors but cannot find a taupe or brown to purchase. The grey is not for me. I'm keeping my eye out for new colors.
