I love this stylish and comfortable shoe. I need a soft and cushioned shoe and this is. I have flat feet and Achilles tendonitis at my heel but I can wear these for a few hours without pain. Look great with crops and they're well priced.

Love these shoes! Very comfortable right out of the box. I wear between a size 6.5 and a 7 and with these I needed a size 6.5. These look great with both dresses / skirts as well as pants. Recently, I have been wearing them with leg warmers and they look so cute! I would definitely recommend these if you are looking for a black flat that is a bit distinctive. Zappos, as always, was awesome. I had to exchange them because I first ordered them in a size 7, and the woman I talked with on the phone was extremely helpful and polite.

I love these shoes. They were comfortable right out of the box. I was able to wear them to school without breaking them in. These were my first Kenneth Cole shoes and I am very pleased. They are really cute.

These shoes are wonderful. My feet are a bit wide and flat and they fit my feet well. I wear a 7.5 and they fit just fine, not big on my foot at all. They also don't make my foot look clunky. They are very chic and polished. So comfortable!

Adorable! I ordered a 7.5 (I usually wear 7.5 or 8) and the length and width were perfect. I only deducted a star for comfort because the stretchy ankle straps are very tight. I'm wearing them around the house right now, lunging and doing ankles rolls to loosen them up, because I like them so much I won't send them back! I would not recommend if you have a wider leg/ankle because they might just squeeze too tight. The small amount of toe cleavage is flattering as it seems to elongate the foot.

I love these shoes! They fit perfectly and they arrived in one day! They go well with ankle slacks.

This shoe is very cute and comfy. It is well made, with soft leather and good support. I had to send it back because the toe is very low cut which exposed a lot of toe cleavage on my foot. I was really sorry to send this back especially because it is hard for me to find a gladiator that doesn't bind up. That said, Zappos is the best!

LOVE these shoes. Perfect comfort right out of the box. I have bony feet that need support and padding, and these fit the bill. Low-cut fronts (some toe cleavage) means they're not tight across the ball of my foot, and they have delicious padding under the ball and heel. Nice, seemingly durable rubber sole. I thought the tall back would rub my ankle until it broke in, but it was perfectly comfortable from step 1. Elastic might be tight if you have bigger ankles, but I find it fits comfortably and doesn't gap on my slender legs. Beautiful with tights or without. Walked all over London in these shoes and still loved them!

Adorable shoe and seems like an incredibly comfortable walking shoe although it runs too large. I usually wear an 8.5/9 and when I put on the 8.5 I had major toe cleavage (to the point of my small toes even popping out of the front). I'm going to return the 8.5/9 I bought and reorder 7.5/8 to see if that helps. Otherwise, this is a perfect shoe. It looks like a ballet shoe and would be good for casual and non-conservative business situations. The really comfortable ankle strap means your foot can completely relax in the foot bed (which is squishy and comfy) without worrying that the shoe will pop off. I'm very excited about trying the smaller sizes and hopefully finding one that fits!

So comfortable! These are soft, high quality leather, not stiff like some ballet flats. The elastic cross strap is so wonderful and comfortable. Some times ballet flats have a tendency to fall off my foot due to a partial paralyzing in my leg. These stay on! They are adorable with long and short skirts and cute with a cropped jean. Highly recommended! Worth the splurge.

Finally - a keeper! I think I've tried on about 20 pairs of black flats in the past year and couldn't wear a single one of them back. I've had two problems with other shoes. 1) the back usually tears into the back of my foot, and 2) the front pinches the ball of my foot making walking around the house extremely painful. The high back on these completely eliminates the back problem and the front is wide enough to not pinch at all. The elastic also helps keep the shoe on so there's no rubbing. I'm so happy have finally found these. Yay!

I have tried to write a review three times for this shoe, so I apologize if it comes up more than once. I love them so much I felt the need to persist. Comfy right out of the box. True to my Brannock measured size 7, between a B & C width foot. It actually also fits my light blue Birkenstock three quarter insole and the Birkenstock natural insole. The straps keep my medium arch, medium volume foot and heel in the shoe. So, perhaps if you have a narrow foot, it may register as running a bit wide. Don't feel the zipper or the high back, and I have sensitive feet. A bit of toe d collet, which I don't mind, since the sides provide enough coverage so I don't feel like I am spilling out of the shoe. Love this shoe. Has a bit of metatarsal pad and a bit of heel padding, but like most flats, it doesn't provide much arch support. I have also tried Kenneth Cole reaction Blink wink, Sam Edelman ballet, Anne Klein ballet, and a few others, that run shorter than this and don't fit the insole without my heel lifting out of the shoe. Oh shoe Bali does fit the insole and a higher volume foot, but I found the heel to slip in my size.

These are keepers. Soft, soft leather, super comfy. The elastic at the ankles makes them easy to keep on, and the zippers make for quick on and off in places like airports. To me, they look like "ballerina shoes". Have only worn them a few times, and have gotten lots of compliments.

I really like these, except for the too-short toe vamp -- they are not too big, but my toes are about 1/3 uncovered. It's more that toe cleavage, as my little toe pops right out if I bend my foot too much. I wear an 11, and they're true to size, but I'm wondering if the vamp length isn't scaled up properly in the larger sizes. The lining is synthetic, so they might get a little sweaty after a while. If you have long toes, probably not for you. Otherwise, they are adorable and quite comfortable.

Love! I am on my feet all day at work and these shoes feel like I'm walking on clouds! It's like I'm wearing tennis shoes they are so comfortable.

In a word: LOVE. These look great with everything from jeans to LBD. They're versatile enough that they were just my non-sneaker shoes on vacation. Comfort: Excellent, right out of the box. The straps, apart from being adorable, keep the shoes from slipping around on your heels. There's just enough padding in the heels and toes to make these feel noticeably different from most ballet flats. (Not much padding in the arches, though, for what it's worth.) And these fit my bunion with no chafing or pressure. That makes me think they may run slightly wide, but I'm not complaining.

A cute take, almost literally, on ballet pointe shoe-ribbons. Very comfortable for a half-day out and about walking, though I really bought them as an alternative to special-occasion heels. They look nice with either pants or a skirt. The leather feels a bit cheap but overall this shoe is a good value for the cost.

My daughter loves these shoes. She has to wear black flats to school. The fit was true to size and the elastic criss cross keeps the shoes from falling off or walking out of.

These are very comfortable shoes with plenty of room in the toe box. The elastic straps were a bit tight but I just pulled them stretching them out for a few seconds several times and then they were loose enough. I do use gel arch supports in all my shoes due to foot problems and they're no problem in these shoes.

I felt these were cuter on the shelf than on my feet. The sides bowed out a bit. The straps were more snug than I thought would be comfortable, and the left shoe rubbed my big toe joint. The length seemed correct for my normal size 7 and I appreciate the padding on the foot bed.

I have difficult feet and need a roomy toe box. Although I like the style, and it looked to be of good quality, it did not accommodate my toes.

The shoe fits true to size. It is very comfortable and stylish. They slip on easily which is great so I don't have to deal with the zipper in the back. The straps are a bit tight on the top of my foot but I'm sure that will relax with wear. The zipper does make noise but not enough to bother me and prevent wear. I love it when I find a comfortable shoe that is not hideous! And this one fits the bill. Will be great for travel and shopping and when I just want a break from heels. Looks great with ankle length pants and/or capri for summer.

My 16 year old daughter reports that they are very comfortable. We bought them for concert shoes. She is a percussionist So the flexibility, round toe and elastic straps work great for concert band, jazz band and ensemble groups and changing instruments. They do run a full size large. Her shoes are all 11 or 11 1/2. In these a 10 fits.

These are very comfortable shoes which can be worn both for work but also for downtime activities. My last pair lasted two to three years. The shoe is a bit tight around the big toe. But after I wore it a few times, the upper leather stretched. They do not take up a lot of room in a suitcase and are easy to slip on and off when at the airport. So for the price, it is a good buy.

I wanted to love these flats, but they just didn't work for me. The straps were too tight around my ankles, and although they were too long, ordering a half size smaller would have caused rubbing on my bunion. They are adorable shoes though, and if you don't have aging feet, get them!
