These are super cute. However the sole is very thin and unsupportive. Although there are a couple of spots of padding, they are not enough to make them comfortable. Back they go. Too bad, because I do think they are cute.

I'd been wanting a style of shoe like this for months, and tried on the Jessica Simpson Mandalaye at a local store, but bought the Kenneth Cole version when I found them on sale online. Unfortunately, at first wear they are comfortable, but after an hour it became apparent that there were some definite cons. The toe cap is kind of a low profile so you see toe cleavage, but worse, the edge of the material rubs up against the knob of the big toe and creates a blister. The back of the shoe zips up the heel, and the top edge rubs lightly against the base of the ankle. The zipper pulls also make noise as you walk. The material of the shoe also doesn't breathe, creating a sweaty foot. If you have longer, bony feet with high arches, I'd recommend the JS Mandalaye instead. The toe box is longer and a bit wider, so the edge of the material rests comfortably on the top of the foot, and it has no zippers.

I really like the look of these, but the zipper on the ankle is stiff and comes up rather high, so it always rubs and it was very hard to break them in. Even now they are not comfortable for the whole day because of the stiffness and rubbing on the back of my ankle. The rest of the shoe is comfortable. My feet are typically between a 9W and a 9½M. These were way too big in the 9½, but fit well in the 9, so I would say they run a half size large and run wide.

The sole of these shoes started showing significant wear after the first outing. By about the 15th wearing, the heel sole pulled away from the upper on one shoe. Very disappointing, as they are super cute.

Two words: dangling zipper. It flops up and down and jangles with every step on each foot. For this reason I have to return them. Also, there is absolutely no arch support in these shoes. They are flat flats. I agree with other reviewer(s) they would have accommodated a bunion rather well. They are quite roomy, and the ankle elastics provide good hold on your foot. These are cute shoes, and I recommend them if you can tolerate the lack of arch support...and don't mind a jangling zipper while you walk!

I needed a pair of black flats to go with a variety of outfits, but I have a bunion on one foot and other foot aging ailments. These are so cute, I can wear them all day, and bought a second pair in case I wear these out! I did go with a 7 instead of my regular 7 1/2, but the toe bead is plenty wide and offsets the shorter length.

These do fit comfortably right out of the box and are true to size - except the roomy toebox in which my toes were SWIMMING. I had high hopes for the style based on the reviews, but I personally found them dowdy.

I kept these shoes and I do really like them. I like the fit around my ankle. The shoes are too wide for my narrow feet, but I can keep them on using the elastic ankle straps. I probably shouldn't have kept them, but all flats are way too wide and these seemed worth it. though after wearing them for a while, I would possibly reconsider.

Pros: Very cute styling. Loved the shape of the toe, the elastic straps and the zipper at the heel. Felt secure on my foot due to the elastic straps. Decent leather construction on outside. Cons: Absolutely no arch support. None. Worse than barefoot. I can wear cheap flip flops but no way could I handle these. I considered buying inserts but not at this price point. Also, the zipper pulls on the back of the shoe are darling but they're weighty and make noise when you walk. More annoying then you might think.

These shoes are stylish and well made and fit true to size; however, I'm sad to have to return them because after wearing them for 2 minutes, I had a red mark across both of my small toe areas, where the edge of the shoe cut into my foot.

Cute shoe in the back. Strap at ankle and nice zipper. Not so nice at the toe. Comes to far up, cuts into side of bone at foot, shows toes, not attractive.

Not sure, they look good but I would have liked a bit of height. They look like ballerina shoes. Not my favorite because if the color, maybe in a different color would go with more clothes.

The shape of the toe box on this shoe is not almond or round, instead it is an odd shape wherein the longest point at the front of the shoe is the toe. This creates an almost square, wide looking toe box (although actual width is pretty accurate). After wanting them to change my mind, I have decided that they look boxy and a bit clumsy, almost like clogs or orthopedic/comfort shoes. It is not the sleek, sophisticated look that I wanted them to have. The odd way they fit creates a strange crease in the leather on the front of the shoes. They are just not quite right, and you can feel it. A round or almond toe and they would be great. Also, the heels are odd. Why not just go totally flat than the strange bump they chose. These could be so chic. Not uncomfortable however, good padding. So maybe they would be okay if you do not nitpick overly. But for not for this price. Kenneth Cole breaks my heart again. Back they go.

This is a beautiful shoe, sadly the shoe does not have room for toes to move and making it tight on top of foot. It also showed bottom half of toes and elastic was too tight making ankles look swollen GROSS!

I was excited when I first put these shoes on. These flats had a nice, roomy toe box and straps so my heel wouldn't slip. After a few hours of wearing, I noticed my feet were super hot. It turns out the inside of the shoe is man-made lining, NOT leather lining, like the description says. I am really disappointed I paid this much money for these shoes and since I wore them, I can't send them back.

These shoes are amazing but the sole doesn't last. Within 10 months of buying these shoes, the sole had holes in the bottom.

I wanted to really like/keep these shoes! They did not work with my feet at all. They seemed a little big in my normal size. But I could tell if I ordered a half size down my toes would be crammed in the top. One shoe, my toes literally came out when I walked. I think there is not enough coverage in the toe area for me. Too bad, they seemed to have a comfortable footbed!

I ordered these because of the positive reviews. However, the back comes up too high on my ankle/leg, and stabs into my calf on the left side. So, I'm returning them.
I'd also recommend:
Ralph Lauren, Nordstrom BP, Jessica Simpson

The shoes were cute. They are not super comfortable just ok. But the back of the zipper rubbed on my heel and it hurt to walk, so I had to return them.

So cute! So uncomfortable! I walked around in them in my house/on carpet to make sure they fit - and they did - so felt it was a good purchase. Then I wore them to work and by noon I had blisters on my ankles. Too late to return. Found a very similar pair made by Jessica Simpson which were cheaper and much more comfortable

These shoes rubbed the back of my ankle where the zipper is and across the top of my foot at the rim of the shoe rubbed as well. I couldn't take more than a few steps before they started to hurt, but the fit was nice.

I loved these shoes for about six months - but unfortunately they have completely and totally fallen apart in that time. Like, heel rubber is stripping off on one shoe, complete hole worn in heel of other shoe, fallen apart. I need shoes that can stand up to way more than this - I am a no-fuss girl and appreciate having a go-to pair of flats, but I do not ever remember a pair of shoes falling apart like this, even ones from Target that I have gone through phases where I wear a lot like I have these. The only extended period of time I wore this pair was on a weekend trip, which was some walking in a city (but a lot of being in the car, too) - so nothing crazy - it is not like I wore them to tour across Europe or something. The rest of the time was just normal, wear-to-work (desk job, not on my feet all day) and wear on weekends to dinner or the museum. Again, nothing outrageous. But the fact that they did not even last a year is a problem no matter how much you wear them. I got them from 6pm.com and thankfully they (like Zappos) are awesome with customer service, and said I can return them. May try Jessica Simpson's Mandalaye and cross my fingers that they hold up better. I am writing this mainly in the hopes that word gets back to Kenneth Cole, since it is pretty much impossible to find customer service contact information for them online unless you fill out a form after having bought something directly from their website. I sure wish that I could keep these but they look ridiculous at this point.

Poorly made shoe. I had a similar pair by Kenneth Cole, and they were far better quality. They lasted me 2 years, and I'm pretty sure these will only last till the end of the summer. I would have returned them, but I didn't realize how bad it was till I started waking around outside.
