Was looking for cute and comfortable flats to wear with skirts, and bought these based on the positive reviews. I'm afraid they have to go back. The ankle support was great, but zero arch support and the top of the shoe was very uncomfortable against my toes, even when wearing stockings. Shame, because they are adorable.

Overall I really like these shoes. They definitely fit true to size. The straps are a little tight and take some getting used to, but I opened the box and started wearing them right away. The strange part is the longer I've been wearing them, the more uncomfortable they have become. When I first got them, I could wear them all day. Now I can only wear them for most of the day. The zipper on the back started rubbing my ankle a little raw and my pinky toe started to get a blister, but again, overall these shoes are great. I still wear them and I love how they look.

I ordered both this and Jessica Simpson Mandelaye. The Kenneth Cole appears slightly better designed, but the seam around the opening pinched across my toes while Jessica Simpson version had more flexibility and give. I returned the Kenneth Cole's based on poor fit for my feet (which are really wide). This may be a great shoe for somebody else's feet, just not mine.

These require no breaking in and cause no blisters. Also really cute. However (like most women's shoes, sadly), they are desperately in need of arch support and cushiness. Insoles required.

Love these shoes. Very comfy right out of the box. If you have a narrow foot, they will gap slightly. I've received lots of compliments. They look very much like Gentle Souls but much less expensive.

These are so cute and I prefer the style over near identical triple price Gentle Souls but there is no support for the middle and sides and they just don't work for me. About half to quarter size big as you most likely will wear bare foot.

These shoes are extremely cute and comfortable. A difficult combination to find. They run a little big and it shows a bit of toe cleavage.

I agree that these are adorable, but they hit my ankle in a funny way in back--I fear they could cause some pretty uncomfortable blisters. Just wearing them inside right now but think they'll be going back.

I had to return these because of the fit of the toe part. It was very uncomfortable and painful over the bony part above the big toe.

Asymmetrical toe awkward and cat-ladyesque.

I like the look, feel and stability of an ankle strap, and these met those requirements. But not good because the widest part of the shoes gapped widely with every step, not sure why.

I wanted to love these. But the zipper! I can't deal with it. With every step, it makes a little "clink" which, despite my ridiculously calm nature, I can't deal with. I only wore them around the house on the tile floor, and after 10 steps I knew I would never wear these shoes. Of course, tile floors affect the soles of shoes, so it's doubtful I can return them despite wearing them for 4 minutes. Zipper aside, I would have kept them. I purchased these to replace my favorite pair of discontinued Clark's in the same style. These are slightly tight at the widest part of my foot, but with wear they would have stretched just fine. Sadly, they will be donated right out of the box.

I thought these would be really cute and elegant, but they somehow managed to look dowdy and matronly. I did not like the affect. The fit was ok.

I wanted to love and keep these so badly. But my foot swells a bit in the afternoon and the leather digs into the top of my foot. But the balls of my feet, my arches, my heels, and my ankles were all very comfortable in this shoe. The ankle straps provide just right amount of support I've been looking for in a flat to allow me to be as active as I please without losing a shoe. This could possibly be a very comfortable shoe with some breaking in. But I don't want to go through the pain to do it. With so many great shoes to choose from, I'll hunt for one that is cut differently in the front or has a wide width as an option.

Cute shoes that I thought were very comfortable and really wanted to work, but after a few hours of wearing them without that much walking, they ended up abrading my right small toe to the point of redness and tearing of skin. Not so cute. It might just be my the shape of my feet and the sensitivity of my skin, but this is the second time that Kenneth Cole shoes have attacked my feet. Don't think I'll go for a third.

The product listing on the web site indicates this shoe has a leather lining, but when it arrived the label on the shoe said the lining is manmade. I specifically chose this shoe over others because of the leather lining. I will be returning them.

Wanted to like these but the fit was awkward. The straps are stretchy and comfortable and the zipper is covered so no concern about rubbing. The back of the shoe felt snug but the front was wide and gaping. The toe box was very short and there was a lot of toe cleavage. Almost felt like I needed to go down a half size but there wasn't quite enough length to do so. Sadly returned and my quest will continue.

Leather very stiff and not giving at all. I am returning for this reason instead of exchanging for different size.

Loved this shoe the moment I saw it and the moment I put it on my feet...then I started walking..the zipper pull on the back sides of the shoe, they're noisy...each step you hear a jingle. Sending them back :(

This shoe is so cute and comfortable! Definitely felt stable with the added ankle straps, with a nice comfy sole/insole. They felt true to width, but somehow also managed to be femininely narrow. Unfortunately I ultimately had to return due to the fact that you can see "toe crack". The toe box is just too short. If you don't know what I mean - congratulations, you are a well-adjusted human being. If toe crackage is a problem for you too, you'll probably want to avoid this shoe.

Just okay. I was looking for a less expensive version of the Gentle Souls flats, but I should have just shelled out for them.

These look cute but sadly are very wide.

I liked the look of this shoe. I'm sometimes a size 7.5, sometimes 8. Reviews said this ram true to size so I got a 7.5. It's a little pinchy in the toes. But the reason I'm sending them back is there is no padding at all in this shoe - I would not be able to walk in them all day, as others have stated they do. Cute, tho.
