I ordered these for my 6th grader for formal uniform days at school. They are cushioned nicely in footbed, straps allow her to run at recess and the ballerina cross strap style is quite a bit more fashionable (ie not unduly clunky) than I expected from such a practical shoe. At this price point a good buy.

These are very comfortable and oh so very cute! I wear these with dresses, pants, and shorts. They have been a durable pair of shoes also. Highly recommend!!

Had this shoe 1/2 size smaller in Pewter and totally wore them out. Have been hoping it would be re-released but nothing yet. When I first got them, they pinched at the toe box but I have wider feet. Since they’re leather, they are eventually stretched to fit perfectly. The pewter metallic color was perfect for dressing up and a pop with outfits. I wore these to work regularly and on many vacations, traveling with me to Europe multiple times, walking 7-10 miles a day. Fingers crossed pewter/silver metallic will be released again!!

These shoes have become my go-to. They go equally well with jeans or dresses. I thought I would be annoyed at first by the zipper tab at the back, but I don't even notice it. I've been pretty tough on the shoes - wearing them in all kinds of weather and on all different surfaces, but they've held up. They're not the best shoes for the hottest part of summer, but have been more than great in the fall and spring. I ended up exhanging them for a half size smaller than I normally do.

Beautiful shoe, very comfortable and fit true to size (I wear a 7M). I especially like the elastic straps that hold the shoe on securely (as well as looking very stylish) I have a narrow foot and small ankles but I can see how the elastic straps might be a little tight on some people.

The zipper on the back of Right shoe is twisted closed and will not zip down. My left foot does not go into the left shoe with the zipper open, so I guess this old lady has to give up on having these cute shoes. I cannot answer the questions below about fit because I never got them on my feet.

These shoes are just what I was looking for. I didn't like the true ballet square toe of the Jessica Simpson brand of this style so the rounded toe was perfect. Some people say you can see toe cleavage which I was nervous about, but I don't have super long toes so it you can't see any when I have them on. Very comfortable and super cute.

I love these! So comfy and they look great with capris, rolled up jeans or even a casual skirt. The toe box gives toes plenty of room. The bands around the ankles fit perfectly--not too floppy nor too tight. I've had mine for a couple months and wear them often.

These shoes are excellent. They are very stylish--I often get compliments on them. They go with all my vintage clothing, but they are more practical and comfortable than vintage style shoes. I wear them every day. I'm on my second pair. I can walk a reasonable distance and be on my feet all day without any ill effects. I'd love to have cute feminine shoes that I could walk five miles in, but at least these come closer than most.

I LOVE these shoes! I can't usually wear ballet flats as the tightness needed to keep them on the foot irritates my skin, and also I like having a little bit of shape under my foot, even if it's not arch-hugging support. These fit the bill and look so elegant as well! I can't wear them with Foot Petals inside (too tight) but they seem to be doing fine with being worn barefoot anyhow. I hope Kennth Cole never stops making these.

An absolutely charming shoe. It's comfortable and well made. I love it with long skirts, makes me want to dance through my day. I recommend this shoe as unique option and alternative to a traditional ballet flat.

I usually wear between an 8.5 to a 9. I ordered the 8.5 and they were huge. I could fit two fingers in the back. I would order at least a full size down on these.

Been looking for a nice black flat and these are perfect! No breaking in period was needed, very comfy first time worn. Look adorable with jean leggings and perfect for dress up. Would love to have them in other colors.

One of the most comfortable flats on the market. I did have to return the shoes because the box of the toe was very wide. As a result the shoe was very rough when you bend your feet. The back zipper is great and it is not tight on your ankles at all.

I saw the Chloe version of this style and fell in love, but I balked at the $500 price-tag for a pair of flats. Instead, I researched and researched what similar styles have nice support and so on. I decided on these, and I have to say these come pretty darn close to the visual of what I wanted. When looking at the pictures online, I like that there was a zipper in the back, which I thought meant it would be easier to take on and off. I also figured it would mean stretching the criss-crossing less. Personally, it's not worth the trade-off: the zipper makes noise when you walk, and I am a light-of-foot walker. The noise drove me insane when I did a lap around my house. In short, these are going back to Zappos. I love the style and have nothing against it, but I wish the zipper had been smaller to minimize the noise. These could have been the perfect work flat for the spring. But, in terms of sizing, I ordered both the 9.5 and 10 to see which fit better. In terms of length, I am a 9.5 but I have wide feet so sometimes I need to size up to 10s or 11s(!). I'm still not sure if the 9.5 or 10 would be better; both were comfortable, both were not tight. I read a few reviews that said these break in, so I imagine the 9.5s were the right fit for me, but there was toe cleavage.

I love these shoes. They are cute and comfortable. Arch support is minimal but the fit is good.

I love these. They are surprisingly more supportive than I'd thought they'd be. There is definite toe cleavage if that bothers you. The straps are a little tighter than I thought they'd be but they aren't unbearable. Some of that is probably due to my ankles swelling during the day because it's more noticeable on the right side vs. the left. I would definitely order these again.

These are super-comfortable and really cute. I use them for work. I wear them with pants, skirts, and skinny jeans (on casual day). If you are looking for a cute pair of classic black flats, I would definitely recommend them

Excellent style and attention to detail. The overall fit was good, and the ankle straps are just the right length. The little touch of height gives it an extra bit of class. The padded foot bed makes this a much better option that the usual no-support flats. My only caveat is, the toe box is just a bit too tight for the ball of my foot. I tried them on a few times over the last few days. I've looked far and wide for a shoe this style, and everything else about it is so on point that I'm going to take it to a cobbler to have it stretched.

I love this style. I originally ordered it in my usual size 10, but had to exchange for an 11. I typically wear a wide width, but I took a chance since some other reviewers said these run wide. I found that a size up was perfect for me.

These shoes went straight out of the box onto my feet for a full day of wear at work. Put them on at 6am and took them off that evening around 6pm. They were comfortable and I got compliments all day long. Great purchase. Just wish they came in other colors.
