This shoe was just what I was looking for, BUT, straight out of the box, the top of the toe box was sharp against the base of both my big toes. I am not one for "maybe they will stretch out", especially when I'm taking them on a trip. Sorry, these are being returned, have to be comfortable immediately for me. Do love the design of the little heel, makes it look less like a flat. Also was hoping for more arch support, compared to Gentle Souls, there was none.

I liked the way these looked, but I suspect the band across the ankle would feel like a tight sock by the end of the day. The shoe itself seemed comfortable. I did not keep them.

These are cute, but not as comfortable as I’d hoped. And they are a little tight on the top of my toes. As someone else noted, the zipper jingles when you walk and is a little annoying.

ridge at the edge digs into the big toe bone...& the ball of my foot sticks when sliding on, may just need to break in the insole. these are going back.

Shoe is cute, but no support and is wide. The toe area seems short on coverage too... like it doesn't quite cover my toes? They're cute, but not a good fit for long, narrow feet. It may fit better on someone with short toes and wide feet. =)

These hurt my feet the moment I put them on and stood up. Super uncomfortable along ball of the foot. The heel was also a little odd. Had to return.

Man, I loved these shoes! I know they're discontinued, but they were my ride or die, three to four wears per week, perfect shoes for over a year before I finally wore the soles to death. they were excellent. Bring 'em back!

I really like these shoes. I have an injury and can't bend my foot to get it into most shoes. these work perfectly for me! I can slide my foot straight through from the zipper at the heel. they have a nice style without looking boring. super find, very comfortable. I did add an insole because I'm not accustomed to wearing flats. I wanted more cushion between my foot and the ground.

These are attractive and comfortable. Very simple, but go with everything.

Very comfortable. Lightweight but warm. Very happy with this coat for the price. Fits well, and is well cut so it has a bit of shape and isn't just a box. There is a room for a heavy sweater, although the coat is warm enough I haven't needed one yet (temps in the 30's). My only nitpicky comment is I'd like the pockets to be slightly higher - when I lean over with my phone in the pocket, it hits in an awkward spot.

I just bought these again for the second time. As I get older, although I love ballet flats, I find I need more support/comfort than they give. These shoes look like an edgier ballet flat and offer the comfort I am looking for. My feet don't ache at the end of the day and they look cute too.

I wanted to replace a pair of KC Gentle Souls (Bay Unique) but I wasn't about to slap down another 200 bucks for shoes that might only last a couple years, as mine did. Decided to give plain ole KC a try, as these are very similar. Extremely comfortable! Keep in mind, I have a very slim ankle, and the elastic fits perfectly around it. I love that the heel won't slip like most ballet flats on my skinny ankles/heels. I put "no" arch support, but there is a slight arch, just not enough for me to label it "moderate."

These shoes are fantastic! They are soft, high-quality leather, and the elastic straps hold the shoe securely in place. I have a narrow foot, and I read a review where someone with a narrow foot said these shoes fit just fine. They fit at the heel, but the front of the shoe was too wide. Sadly, I had to return them. I wish more manufacturers would make narrow widths!

These shoes fit very well! My feet are wider at the toes and more narrow at the heal and these shoes fit very well without squishing my toes or slipping at the heal!

These were comfortable right out of the box. There is some nice extra padding under the toe pad area. I was a little worried that they would look too casual for work (I'm an attorney frequently in court & I wear business suits everyday) but they definitely can work with a formal look. I believe I walked around 8000 steps the first day I wore them and I had no blisters or irritations from these shoes. I even have a sprained ankle right now and they fit just as well on the swollen ankle with a brace as they do on the normal-sized ankle. I read in some reviews complaints about the zipper being loud but I do not notice the sound ever. I also find that my feet do not sweat/smell bad in these shoes after 8+ hours of wear. I will probably end up ordering another pair of these because I am so pleased with them.

These were way too big. Ordered size 7.5 for my daughter and they were enormous. Returning for a 6.5.

My daughter always wears an 11 or 11 1/2 with a rare 10 1/2. We ordered an 11...It was OMG BIG! Thankfully with Zappos we order 2-3 pair, she tries on, we send back what doesn't fit or she doesn't like (she is a teenage girl :) ) and order again. So we ordered a 10 and it fit perfectly.

This size 11 is a bit too long, and, I still love them. They look cute. The size 10 was a bit short for some of my toes, because of the shape of the shoe. This is my 6th try of various brands. I wore them immediately and was comfortable for hours! Yay!

Love these! I have flat, narrow feet and criss-cross straps like these are often too loose, but these are perfect. It's great to have some structure in the sole--not like walking right on the floor. Super cute!
