These are incredible right out of the box. I struggle with flats because of my wide ball-of-foot and narrow heel combination. Even mary janes irritate my heel or pinky toe. I guess I have Goldilocks feet! But these, wow. I could tell as soon as I zipped them up, they were staying with me (and I promptly put two other bruiser-flats in the "donate" pile). Where have these been my whole life?! While the arch support isn't like a running shoe, the soles on these feel like slippers!

I have skinny feet and ankles. The elastic bands sort of squeeze my feet. The shoe bed is flat as a pancake. I need to send these back.

Comfy and cute. No breaking in necessary. Nice padding and support, especially for a flat shoe. The elastic keeps foot secure. Roomy in front and narrow in back. Great for people with narrow heels whose shoes always slip off.

These were out-of-the-box comfortable. I have wider feet but they stretched easily. A little tiny bit of toe cleavage, which isn't my favorite look but I can overlook it for the comfort and style of the rest of the shoe.

I really like these, my feet are SO narrow, I walk right out of any flats. The elastic is good, but its tight, hoping it will break in..? They look good- I almost didnt buy them because of the negative reviews about the zipper being to noisy. I have very sensitive hearing and I dont find them annoying. Its not like bells... its jingle here and there.. not a big deal. For me, I feel it more than hear it. Hitting the back of the shoe. But I'm keeping them. My ONLY concern is foot sweat, i may need those terry insoles.. we'll see.

Love, love love these shoes! They're my new favorite. If you're wondering about them and can't decide - they look way cuter on then just in the picture. Fit is good, and they're comfortable!

I've been eyeing a much more expensive version of this shoe for a couple of years and finally decided to try these instead. They are perfect! Stylist, comfortable, and affordable. They're great if you want to look nice but need to do some walking. I love them!

These shoes flatter your legs, they are incomparably comfortable, too. Short of wearing them on a hike in the mountains, they satisfy almost any black shoe need you may have. For the cost of a few ducats, these are well worth your closet space.

I loved the way the shoes looked, but the edge dug into the flesh beneath my big toe and the straps were too tight. I'm sending them back, but am considering getting a half size larger to see if that solves the problem. They really are cute looking, but uncomfortable, for me at least, to wear.

This shoes are contable but not to walk long distance. They make your leg look gorgeous.

Due to a volunteer commitment, I needed a pair of black closed toe shoes. I've heard Kenneth Cole has amazing styles/comfort, so I chose "Pro Time" and liked the zipper on the back. On July 4, I marched with my group for 3 miles on street surfaces in these shoes, and not once did I have any issues, pain, discomfort.. just loved walking in them. As I am now considered a color bearer for the group (auxiliary to veterans) I wear the shoes at all County events, meetings and functions, as I am lead for carrying the USA flag. If you need comfy marching and/or walking shoes, go with these. The X straps add a little flair to this for desig and are adjustable on the ankle area. Thanks.

These are beautiful shoes, super stylish but comfortable enough for all day. They look great barefoot or with black tights ad especially cute with capri leggings. I can' t wear a lot of plain flats because my feet are flat and I walk right out of them, so I usually have to wear Mary Jane styles. This ankle strap is an awesome alternative to my many pairs of Mary Janes. I just bought a second pair when I saw they were available again. My current pair have stood up to super frequent wear for about 4 years and I'm so glad to have a brand new pair.

I really liked the design of this shoe! While the width was accommodating for my wide foot, and the footbed felt nice, unfortunately the top of my big toe rubbed really uncomfortably against the top of the shoe when I walked. These will be going back.

I got a 6 1/2 and length wise it fits fine, but it's a pretty wide shoe. The toe section is a little boxy as well and since they're new I'm getting some beginning blisters on the smaller toes, but hoping that will go away with breaking them in. The straps help keep the shoe on well despite it's wideness BUT the zipper in the back makes so much noise walking around. Kind of annoying.

purchased this shoe for teen, it needed to be uniform appropriate. more cushioning than typical for this style. Daughter likes it - yippee

This is the best feeling shoe ever! Great comfort and the toe box is nice and full so that I didn't have to worry that there was no 10 1/2 size. I was glad to have read this in another review of this shoe.

These are adorable and comfy. I have super-sensitive feet; bunions, etc. And these look stylish, and feel good. Runs true to size and the elastic ankle bands are not too tight, just right. Nice room in the toe box too without looking dorky! Very classic little skimmer with high style. Zappos as always, is fantastic with their selection, and customer service.

I loved these shoes as soon as I saw them. They arrived and they are adorable, but oh how I wish they came in a wide width. They are tight right across the toe line and I simply cannot wear them. They actually hurt. I will try to have them stretched... ;-(

Eh. For the price you can buy something more comfortable. These come with a serious break on condition need.

Too narrow for me. If you are lucky enough to have pretty ankles they be awesome for you.

Fits a size small. Comfortable first time. My teen daughter likes the style.

Super comfy really happy with the shoe. The elastic was a bit tight but with a wear or two it will totally stretch to a comfortable spot.

I really love these shoes! I did not have the problem of a noisy sipper that other reviewers had. Very comfortable.
