I usually wear a 7 EE from New Balance but these were too short and too narrow.

These shoes fit comfortably at 7.5 EE. This is the second pair I've purchased. Easy to clean, easy to wear.

New Balance has always been my go to shoe for my husband and myself. This shoe is very disappointing though. There is no arch support what so ever, unless it is misplaced under the ball of my foot. Weird. Plus the box was totally smashed. Returning.

The shoe was true to size, but the toe box was too tight on the right shoe.

I have a bunion and ball of foot pain. I was limping after playing tennis in these shoes. Zero arch support.

I don't understand why shoemakers believe all women have dainty feet, or, rather, they don't understand there are many women who work on their feet 16hrs/day and, over time, their feet widen. This shoe was not even a 2E in width, as posted. And I couldn't get my foot into the toe box to checkout the sizing or support. Back to MENS ugly shoes! :-<

I like the shoes but I do feel the toe width is a little tight. I was looking to purchase another pair of shoes and will do so but, I'll go back to the 928v3 which has more toe room.

Way too narrow through middle of the footbed. My orthotics didn't fit.

I've never written a review about a shoe. But this one is so bad - here I am logging into Zappos to warn others. The shoe feels like you are walking on cement. The tongue sticks out because the laces end to soon. It's just a terrible tennis shoe and I'm probably going to buy new ones because I tried to break them in - but they aren't getting any better. Waste of money.

I returned this item. I have a narrow foot with an orthotic so I ordered the 11 medium. The shoe was too narrow and pinching my outer right foot. The shoe on the left foot felt too short. All of my toes bumped against the toe tip. Typically I’ve worn New Balance for Tennis and Pickleball. But this time this shoe brand was inferior to the ASICS shoe I ordered at the same time.

Beautiful shoes. Love the look of the shoe but I should have read WHAT these shoes were meant for. I needed walking shoes and these are way to stiff for that. I choose a different style. Love the New Balance shoes.

Fit perfect for ladies size 12. Much better than purchasing men’s shoe as it is cut to fit woman’s foot.

This pair of shoes were true to size. The problem for me was that it is a somewhat stiff shoe that was rubbing my foot and creating a hot spot.

I love new balance 900 series and walking shoes. Have many pairs in a 9.5 M. This shoe was too narrow in my regular size as well as one bigger. I also tried the wide in next size - fit great in the upper portion but was too wide in the heel.

I have a neuroma and these extra wide shoes are the most comfortable I have had for a court shoe.
